[PACS][CaG II] BR Dinketry's Curse of the Crimson Throne

Or rather, welcome to my PACS (oooh shiny and new!) table for the Cards Against Gnomanity DOS event of Curse of the Crimson Throne!

I'm familiarising myself with all things Harrowed and Cinderish; please check out the new Core rules (as linked in the Campaign Info tab) if you need to do so, as we will be using the new PACS rules for this scenario.

This is the out-of-character thread, so give it some thought and post an intro here. I'd suggest answering the following questions:

Hey all!

MauveAvengr here aka Koren the Paladin. Koren is definitely more of a support character so he'll probably follow people around.

I'm currently playing in another one of BR Dinketry's games as Raz the Paladin, the Mounted Menace. Been quite fun so far. It's my first PbP and my first PACS game (so this will be my second of each). Played through all of the old APs with some friends from college before and had a blast with them!

I'll read up on the Core rules. I may make some mistakes but I'll try not to!

Currently living in Oregon (west coast of the States). Fairly regular with my posting and can post throughout the day usually.

I'm WilderRedbeard and I'm planning to play Cogsnap from the Alchemist deck (paired with Ultimate Intrigue). That being said, I know there will be some overlap with Varian from CotCT so I am more than willing to switch to another character if it would balance the party better.

I have been playing online PbP since last year's CaG event and have completed 1 full AP (Season of the Shackles) as well as a couple of events (Retrocon and Gameday VII) since then. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing online and in person and have started collecting as many of the base sets and character decks as my budget will allow.

I am located in Southern Ontario, Canada (EST) and can post fairly regurlarly any time during the day on weekdays. Weekends I am able to post at least once per day but usually less frequently than during the week.

I have not used Discord for PbP yet (or really much at all) but am interested in finding out how it works. I'm looking forward to playing with you all!

Greetings everyone. I'm Katlyn99 and I will be playing Damiel (S&S) with the UE deck added on. I haven't played any PBP before. Went a little crazy and signed up for three tables for this convention though.
I've played PACG since it first came out and PACS since it launched. Even so, I still manage to forget things or confuse rules so please let me know if I make a mistake. :) I've been a BR at many many local games. I am in Idaho (MDT) and work from home so I should be able to post pretty regularly during the weekdays. Weekends vary though I will be able to post at lest once a day.

I'm ajpopp, playing Zadim the Slayer, the Shadow of Sarenrae. I'll be using the Inquisitor deck (as per the adventure reward) and Ultimate Equipment.

I've played all four of the original PACG with my family and we just finished the Dragon's Demand. I am playing a PbP with Dinketry as BR and MauveAvengr and Sonor as players.

Things to do:

1.) Tell me how/if you want to spend your hero point. You can spend this for any feat - skill, power, or card feat. Or you could keep it, but once you decide to not spend it now, you cannot spend it for a feat in the future.

2.) Roll for your deck upgrade choice. I prefer a weighted preference list of d1000 rolls for any deck upgrade desires, and we can sort it out via a combination of diplomatic negotiation and dice rolls to back it up. Use the formulation below:

4.) Speaking of Katlynn99 (Damiel), we have been gifted a bonus boon from their treasure trove! This is open to all other players at the table! I have decided a unique way to reward this boon - each player who wishes to try their luck needs to roll a d12 and a d20, then multiply the two together. the lowest roll wins! This is for all you gutter-ball dice rollers out there! Show us your worst rolls and win a boon! What boon, you might ask?

5.) And if you thought your trip to Boon-Town was done, then you'd be wrong! This is a convention game and as such, there's a potential boon to be had....but we don't have the info just yet. Nevertheless, I'll have everyone roll a d20 and then I'll sort it out once prize support has been clarified for our convention.

6.) Lastly, for the next scenario, let me know if your character is going to be making use of Zellara's Harrow Deck as a loot item (swapping it out for a different item in your deck).
