A few benches and empty armored training dummies are the only things of note in this spacious chamber. The chilled air here speaks to some kind of magical refrigeration, though it has little effect beyond misting breath. A door leads out to the building’s arterial hallway to the east, while a partly opened wooden door leads to the north.

Looking at the dummies, you can discern that they were used recently and bear marks from a variety of different slashing and piercing weapons. You reflect that this once must've been a cold storage chamber that the Onyx Alliance converted to a training area...

As she nears the northern door in the chamber, Zaarah detects the subtle smell of raw sewage wafting in from the partially open door...

Pushing it open further, a pungent stench of sewage fills this dark room...

Assuming a light source is activated

Tipped over crates fill the southern end of the chamber, some leaking a rainbow of muted colors onto the floor. Zaarah hears some mumbling to the east...

"Alas, poor Willuh..." The source of the voice, a three-legged freakish creature that is mostly mouth, with four tentacles, two tipped with barbs and one with eyes, extend from its sides, seems to perk up when it sees you. In a low rumbling drawl, the creature says, "Greetings...you haven't come to take the rest of my hats have you? Sadly, I have accidentally ruined my favorite one..." His huge mouth has a sad, pouty look...

I am guardian of the Sewer Dragons, a kobold tribe in Absalom allied to you Pathfinders; yes, I know what a Wayfinder means. I journeyed here with Drendle Dreng; when I noticed one of his notes kinda fell to the ground, I saw it mentioned a magical Ossirian hat and it's likely location. I came here and acquired it..."

I think we are misreading the situation here... Agent Hats has deftly completed his mission to recover the Ossirian hat. He should get all the glory for returning it to Lady Blakros. The fabulously wealthy Lady Blakros. With an EXTENSIVE wardrobe. With lots of exquisite hats in it. That I'm sure she would be more than willing to share with whatever intrepid agent returned the museum property.

Ridley will take a few moments concentrating on the ossirian headdress to identify it. I'll take 10 on spellcraft for a 27. Then he'll do a quick once over of the other rooms to see if we missed anything.

Also, you find numerous vials of various chemicals (you can gather up to 10 alchemical items from the Core Rulebook).

Leaving that area with Hats in tow, Zaarah once again takes point, and moves back to the hallway...she opens the northern door, revealing...

Harsh, cold blue illumination fills this space, coming from braziers hoisted up on the ceiling some thirty feet above. A cracked-wide ebony pyramid rises ten feet off the ground in the chamber’s center, covered by a thick layer of dust. Small cases line the joins between wall and floor along the northern edge of the room. A series of paintings hang from the northern wall, each depicting a somber scene in muted colors.

Of the three pictures mounted on the wall, the Yamada Osa painting rests at the center between two glass paintings. As Nigel Aldain’s inventory list indicated, the image portrays the somber view of a Tian Xia village situated between a mountain and a forest.

You can pinpoint the village as in the Yamada Osa painting as being Baakai, the largest settlement in the dreary Tian Xia nation of Shenmen.

Not long after the door is opened, two large figures emerge from the glass paintings and approach you with ill intent...
