GM Tealk's - Core - Thornkeep Series (Inactive)

Hi everyone, GM Tealk here!

Our current gang of adventurer's is in need of a fresh member to join the ranks! The party is adventuring through the dreaded Thornkeep, and will be looking to complete the adventure by the end of the year!

We are more than half way into our venture, having completed floors 1-3! For anyone who wants to experience the full thing, this is probably not for you.

We have lost a member of the delving team, our reliable trickster rogue! No, he didn't die, but the horrors of the dungeon and the threat from Nhur Athemon growing ever more relevant - were too much.

Telos - Sorcerer
Roran - Paladin

we will be starting by doing a speed run through From Tome of Righteous Repose to get our members up another level. We are planning on starting this within the next few days, properly on the 16th of September. If you want to also join in for this, please feel free to hop in whenever. This will be for levels 3 - 5!

Where the adventure official resumes when we finish FTORR:
Floor 5 - The Dark Menagerie - This is technically the correct floor to go to after floor 3, since this will be for levels 5 - 7!

I would really like to play this, but don't have any Core characters. Could I play a Level 7 Core Rulebook Iconic and then assign the Chronicle to a non-Core PC?

Hi Jhaeman! I want to say yes, but I would prefer to give preference to people with core characters for this one.

Hi Telka! We have a cleric, but he is definitely more of a fighter really. Which will bring some good diversity to the table, god knows they need a support. :)

@Both, please stick around for another few days. I am happy to see people showing interests. I am not starting Tome until the 16th officially anyway.

Thanks, I understand. Just PM me if the slot is available later. I GM'd the first three levels of Thornkeep, and it kind of broke my group :) I'd like to experience the last two levels (obsessive completionism!).

August Dupine here, might fit the bill. Was supposed to be in a game day game that never seemed to happen. Hard boiled detective type, monk/rogue classes.

I would also like to express interest. Would have to level myself if so. 13 xp currently, so level 5, would be one behind getting to 6 but still fine for menagerie. Alternately I have a 7 who would also be willing. (He is druid / wiz)

I have a level 5 bard archer (core) I'll work on getting his character sheet built. Currently at 12 XP. I have a level 7 wizard as well, but it looks like this party could really use a support and has a sorcerer currently.

Edit: I quickly put up his character sheet. I still need to fill in a lot of details, but need to go to bed now.

Thank you everyone for showing your interest! I am glad we have so many people to chose from to help us out in the adventure.

Looking at the party level and composition, I believe it would be best to bring on Will Shenrit into the mix.
