Responding to his belligerant nature the dwarf keeps chasing the evil monster and after rushing down the tower's stairs reaches her as she's engulfed by his elven companion's fire...

Barin smashes the harpy a couple of times. He is starting to look somewhat ragged now. Beatice joins in the fun, but misses him by a whisker.
Badly damaged, the harpy wings upward, trying frantically to flee, as the norhtern guard continue to fire arrows from the his tower. But the press of bodies seems to have really put him off. Or maybe it was the fireball.

Fumbus blows a raspberry at the fleeing Harpy, and then throws some fire at it.
Alchemist's Fire: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22, for 2d8 ⇒ (6, 3) = 9 damage, and 2 Persistent Fire damage.

Sounds fair. Draw flask as an action; stride; throw;
Fumbles rushes forward, a smoking bottle in his hand. With incredible dexterity he tosses it. The flask strikes true! And the harpy turns into a mid-air fireball. That doesn't stay mid-air for long, plummeting down to the ground.
The two guards, their enchantment broken, stop firing at you all.

"Bah! I was going to gut the abomination here and now and, of course,the goblin steals the glory for himself..." Barin scoffs but doesn't seem really angry at Fumbus. He then turns to the guards:"I see you stopped trying to kill us. Does that mean the monster's hold on your mind has been released? We did not come here to fight you, we just need to retrieve something the flying menace stole..."

Indeed upon questioning, the guards turn out to have come from a variety of caravans that have been raided over the last few weeks. They reporting running battles with local minotaurs.
Searching the cave turns up a variety of treasures, but perhaps most importantly a lovely coffer inside of which is a nice looking clasp.
Where on ends this adventure. Sorry it was a bit stop-start there. I do encourage you to fill in the PFS survey about it. You should have received your playtest points for this some time ago, as I reported it via the gameday feedback system.
