Angel Eyes
The man's approach and loud whistle puts Angel Eyes on instant alert. A signal of some kind? He watches for ambush, letting Antonio or one of the others to do the talking.

"Good morning, friend! I'm sad to say that we're here for business rather than pleasure. The good sheriff in town seems to be under the impression that there's been a murder or a certain Englishman John Cordon, but, if I'm to be quite honest, the sheriff doesn't seem particularly well informed about the situation. We're here to see if we can't sort out what's actually happened oh so many days ago, and were hoping we could interview some of the men here at Serenity Ranch.
"Name's Curly, to whom do I have the pleasure of addressing?"
GM Fuzzfoot
A different man speaks up. "Name's Henry. Who do you work for?"
Beauford "Curly" Jackson
Curly tips his hat to Henry. "Good to meet you Henry. I guess right now you'd say that we're working for the sheriff, though that's a very recent development. Thing is, the Sheriff didn't have all that much for us to go on, so we're kind of light on details beyond the murder having happened at this point. We were hoping we could talk with the ones who brought a group of suspects in to see if they could shed a bit more light on the situation."
GM Fuzzfoot
Henry responds.
"Sure, I can tell you what happened. McInyrne sent some men to cattle russle, and they got what was coming to them. You said that you could say that you're working for the sheriff, but I would say that you're probably working for someone else."
Beauford "Curly" Jackson
Curly listens to the reply and as he does so, his eyebrow rises. "Now that's interesting in a couple ways. The sheriff didn't mention anything about cattle rustlers and you don't seem to be mentioning anything about a murder, so either I'm slower than normal today, something's missing in that account or the sheriff had the wrong information on his end."
Glancing back at his companions, Curly shrugs. "There really wasn't any chance this was going to be simple was there?" Turning back to Henry and the others in front of him Curly scratches his chin while he thinks and then goes on. "From the sound of it, you're a bit suspicious of strangers just now. Well, or maybe just me. I wonder if you'd mind if I dismount, so I'm not talking to you from way up here, and we could sit down and talk about what happened when Mr. McInyrne's men came through?
"No sudden moves on my part, I just want to hear the whole story. From how you said it, I'm guessing you and your friends here did the giving when they got what was coming to them, but I know that the men ended up in jail and not the ground. I might be optimistic, but I'm going to take that as auspicious."
Angel Eyes
Angel Eyes speaks up as well, his grey eyes still scanning the area. "You might want to know as well that the sheriff released those men. I'd wondered if they might think of coming back to finish what they'd started."
