Looking over the threads from earlier. There was some discussion about Hero Points and everybody taking the Anti-Hero Feat for a TW Feat. What was decided on this looks like some people have it and some don't.

Zeljka's not much of a leadership person, or maybe that's just me. Always feel lost when people ask me what to do, lol.
As for items...um. Better axes? Really, Zeljka's interested in just about everything that's magical, but she puts combat survival first before other pretties as a matter of course.
In terms of personal goals, Zeljka's in Isger looking for someone, a missing brother, though the party doesn't know that yet. If she's signed up with mercs, it's because her leads dried up and she needs money to eat while she keeps looking in her off time.
Farther afield, she'll almost always take an opportunity to prove her heritage isn't "monstrous" like so many people think it is, she'd someday like to pass the Magus's art on to others, and perhaps gain a bit of Big Damn Hero Fame on the side.
As a player, I also think it would be hilarious to roleplay an attempt at awkward lighthearted romance, even if only for comedic relief (though we've no shortage of that). I'm playing a lot of other characters who are smooth operators, so the juxtaposition is entertaining.
Anything else...not sure yet. I tend to hit walls trying to create real-seeming personal goals for characters.

Shuri is not much of a leader type. i haven't decided what kind of item i would like for her. but i have a few ideas i can draw from the character's previous incarnations.
i would probably prefer a defensively oriented practical magical accessory that grows over time and appears to augment her kimono. a scarf or hair ribbon would be preferred.
you can work that out.
i cannot really think of an idea of how to explain such occurences without recycling my frequently rehashed Shuriken Nekogami backstory cliches. she is one of my more frequently recycled characters.
a ribbon passed down to her by her older sister, over a decade ago, after an exchange of promises behind a group of sakura trees on the first day of summer. the promise she made to her older sister was to eventually live a fuller life than she, back to her, her older sister promised to wait for her before crossing the styx. her older sister the next day died of unknown causes and her spirit was detected inside the ribbon. the ribbon's gift remained dormant for a long time before finally being awakened by the deadly wound upon the younger sister whom wears it. she rarely ever removes it from her hair and keeps it close to her at all times.
this ribbon has been in almost every Shuriken Nekogami incarnation in some form. whether as an item of true magical power or not. it's effectively her security blanket.

Motivations: Not being aware of his childhood events. Alestar was happy growing up as a ward to the great nation of Andoran. He understands the pros and cons of the national philosophy, despises slavery, tyranny and injustice. He also hates elitism, aloofness and bureaucracy. This places him on the fence as far as his duty. He understands the importance of protecting the nation from infiltration or outright warfare. But he also believes that Andorans biggest problems lie within it's boundarys.
Alestar will fight and perform his duties of the Twilight Talons to his best ability, but also filters some of the information he gathers. It makes sense to hum that the Twilight Talons would want eyes and ears in the various mercenary groups located in Isger. Though if he knew of say "Hangman's" background, he wouldn't be the type to divulge this information back to his superiors, as he wouldn't deem it a threat and would consider Hangman's role in the squad as more of an asset to further his own goals.
Items: Alestar would value above all other possessions anything that could help protect him defensively. (Mostly AC or provide him with Concealment). Other than that he would greatly appreciate resources to stock the group in alchemical items and potions and poison. Alestar is also going to be multi-classing Alchemist/Fighter pretty much 1:1 and will be picking up a Great Sword, to be his weapon of choice.

As far as a leadership role is concerned, he definitly would not be opposed to it, although the squad would be run in a very "Malazan" style. Depending on what the situation dictated he would allow an open forum on how the unit should proceed, deferring to scouts and skirmishers for recon duties, rouges for infiltration, spell casters for arcane or divine input. He would consider the unit a tool box. Right tool for the right job while the others provide support. A unit of specialists. Ultimately he would have to have the authority to pull rank when it came to disputes and in the obtaining and distribution of orders.

Of course all these things could be changed depending in what his agenda or mission is from the Twilight Talons, or if he were ever to learn the truth if his parents demise, who knows where his loyalty may swing? He may turn the entire unit into the spearhead if revenge and hunt down the Grey Wardens, he may turn in the nation that raised him under a blanket of lies or lash out at the homeland of his parents to redeem his family name....oh the future...what will it hold for young Alestar.

for motivations, the closest thing i could think of to fitting Neko is to one day, aqcuire the gift of enlightenment and ascend into godhood. a goal of eventually surpassing Irori and eventually replacing him.
she is not inherently a megalomaniac and is commonly quiet about this. but a pretty big part of her wants this for the boost to her self esteem she believes she will have once she gets it.

Always wanted to fight a horde of zombies. Remains to be seen why the Hell Knights and Eagle Knights are there. So far I think the group gels pretty well in combat. With no preplanning everyone has fallen into their roles and not stepped on each others toes.

@Voice of Wisdom - I need to get a clarification on my last attack action in Round 6.
According to the rules. When I attack a grid the target is AC 5. Basically I am forgoing direct hit damage to insure splash damage to all creatures in the grid. So with my last attack there should not have been any deviation.
I intend to use this tactic frequently as bombs have limited availability. 4/Day for right now. So every hit counts. I will probably be attacking grids especially with my last bomb of the day so they do not go to waste and when the pressure is on and damage (no matter how small) to a larger group of adversaries could be the groups saving grace. This also kicks in Alestars second round of ground tactics. As soon as Alestar runs out of bombs is when he decides to "hulk out" by imbibing a mutagen and wading into melee combat.
Also keep in mind that when I attack with bombs it is ranged touch attack and should be targeting against touch AC. If I have misinterpreted these rules please clarify so I can adjust tactics accordingly. Thanks! And keep up the good work!

You are correct. I was thinking it was DC 10. I will roll more reflex saves, and apply the damage accordingly. It probably won't kill any of the dogs, but it should put a nice dent on the packs's hp.
Yeah, I didn't think it would make a big difference in the round either. I was just wanting to make a clarification on the rules for future reference. All outa bombs anyway, now hulk smash!

Okay. So this is before we got to the fort then. Just wanted to know if there was a surprise round or something I missed because my map didn't load and the paizo site was down most of the day. Thought I might have been missing a few posts.

No big deal, this time of year is busy for a lot of people. I was just concerned I hadn't really heard from that many people. This time is as good as any to ask how people are liking the scene. I've been trying to pace it properly, but am still comparatively new to DMing so have never done anything like this particular scene before, with all of the different things going on at the same time.

Not trying ta nit-pick but...
Web (Ex) Creatures with the web ability can use webs to support themselves and up to one additional creature of the same size. In addition, such creatures can throw a web up to eight times per day. This is similar to an attack with a net but has a maximum range of 50 feet, with a range increment of 10 feet, and is effective against targets up to one size category larger than the web spinner. An entangled creature can escape with a successful Escape Artist check or burst the web with a Strength check. Both are standard actions with a DC equal to 10 + 1/2 the creature’s HD + the creature’s Con modifier. Attempts to burst a web by those caught in it take a –4 penalty.
Bold emphasis mine. I usually, research my actions before going through with them. Don't wanna screw up and waste a turn ;)
