First straight d20 rolls, now d10+7.
I don't know about the rest of you, but when the DM rolls mystery dice, I get nervous. At least most of the rolls are on the high side.
Of course that may not be a good thing for us.

The d10s are for random items.
The d20s are for NPCs checks and so on.
Rest assured..........................for now.

I'm from GMT+8 (Singapore) but I can post from all over if those who are in my other games noticed lol.
Only Weekends are my bane as I work. :P
Mori, Go Ahead and change it. I have no issuses.
Just in case anyone is interested, if this goes into PFS legal and you want a Chroncle Sheet, do inform me.
I'm interested.

I think it varies. Some people prefer to use languages with foreign scripts or alphabets to get a more exotic feel. I think Draconic as German is actually pretty entertaining though, and I imagine to a Dragon the Kobold dialect of Draconic would sound a bit like rusty German anyway ;p
As an aside, what's the caster level on the scales Nightdeath?

Minor Artifacts Mori.
No caster level on them or rather I haven't read upon those.
I'm currently preparing the maps and Pictures for all 3 tables. Thank god you're all roughly the same pace.
I can always use the Google Translator to do so and put the translation in a spoiler.
German is pretty cool unfortuantely my grasp of german is pretty poor too.

Off at concert last night, so didn't get a chance to post. Re other languages, Google Translate is your friend; I think at one point I was using Cyrillic Russian for Dwarvish and Thai for Undercommon. It looks cool.

Good News People!!
Just received word from Kevril the Half Elf Paladin that he'll be back but needs to retool his char abit.
| Kevril Silverkin |
Hey guys, I'm back in to help out. How would you like me to go into the gameplay thread? I will finish working on the character tomorrow morning, been at work quite a bit since coming back from the holidays
nightdeath
|
Kevril, I'll work you into A4 so place your character token there. You're gonna be all coiled up and ready to go. *snicker* *Snicker*
| Kevril Silverkin |
Okay updated the build after looking at the party. Hopefully I'm not stepping on anyone's toes. Kevril is a spell-less ranger in medium armour specializing in aiding allies mundanely. Still going Marshal as stated in my application. Still going to provide leader-like buffs without the need of magic eventually, most kicks in at level 5. (Just with less charisma to my chagrin.)
For all intents and purposes though Kevril is a Lawful Good Knight, in heavy armour (I'll eventually take heavy armour as a feat), has taken a vow to the Code of Valour, just no longer called a paladin though will still act like it. Basically all that has changed is the mechanics so I can play as I envisioned Kevril to be.
Edit: Scratch that previous question if you saw it. I'm scrapping favoured enemy for constant buffs to my allies.

Ok there's two now... Have I lost the rest? I maybe too slow I guess.
| Kevril Silverkin |
Yea I'm the same as Daylen not sure what I should be doing at this conjecture, most of the questions I ask the party they don't answer or don't know, so I'm quite lost in all honesty.
nightdeath

Which questions?
Is it directed to the NPCs?
Let's see if I can remedy it here.
Currently you have an invisible laughing something floating in the air above all of you.
| Kevril Silverkin |
Sorry for delay got myself sick.
Most recent one, who is Milorn. No-one replied to that so I'm not sure if the players/NPCs don't know or know and just aren't telling me.
Edit: Looking at the posts now, apparently the invisible person was Millorn? If that's the case I'm surprised it didn't answer that question itself? Or draw attention as it wanted to talk?
I have no idea who the other NPCs are with us. I asked earlier who people are and I think 2 PCs told me who they are and what they do.
As for NPCs I can hazard a guess one of them is blind from earlier conversation and one is a priest. (I haven't read further back in the thread as I don't like to have meta knowledge.) So as a character (and player incidentally) I really don't know what's going on other than we should try to get out of here, which is why it has been my only goal thus far. Seeing as nothing from Ozem has turned up yet either most of the religious stuff has had no bearing to me either, but that might be more to do with the story at hand more than anything else.
nightdeath
|
No Problem Kevril. Let's see if I can answer some of your questions.
Story wise, not a lot of stuff from Ozem. I'll see if I can add some stuff in regarding that though I do believe, those are mostly from Book 2 onwards.
Millorn is well insane and while he may like to have some attention, his instability means he'll just attack if the PCs attack or try to talk.
Horgus Gwerm is a male Human as far as you can tell who is a loudmouthed, rude and rather obnoxious merchant who is or could be the richest merchant in Kenabres.
Aravashnial is an Elven wizard whose injuries have now caused him teh use of his eyes. He also believes Horgus to be a cultist and has stated or hinted various times in his journey with the Party.
Anevia Tirabade is a female Human Rogue who has her leg broken, fair shot with her bow and with a rather interesting backstory if coaxed to talk.
The goal is to get out, but the story pulls you through it having you face and meet the different inhabitants whom some could be allies or not. That's the way the AP was written unfortunately.

Pace seems to be picking up, which is good--thanks, nightdeath and everyone else. Kevril, I think I've missed some opportunities to interact with you, but am trying to do better. It helps that we haven't had many long pauses in the last few days. Still not sure what happened to the kobold, though.
ETA: Which is too bad, as the player was doing a very good job with him.
