this is the out of character discussion page.
Human (Aiel) Algai 2 / Wilder 5 / Wise One 2 HPs (89) | F+ (10); R + (10); W+ (12)| Perc +17
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Also checking in and ready to go.
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Warrick, shall we make it official and make you Niketsu's warder?
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
I think the second option we discussed works the best; they did not know each other previously, but the depth to which they came to depend on each other welded them together.
Yes, I like that option too. It works well.

niketsu and warrick, I think this would be an excellent start to the campaign, by having niketsu bond to warric.
If no one has a problem with this, perhaps we could RP this brief joining of aes sedai to warder?
I had originally envisioned their having already been bonded for a while and 'settled in' to that relationship, so to speak. However I don't know how set in stone that needs to be. If Niketsu has no objection to starting as we are bonding, I am fine with it that.
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Warrick pretty much echoed my thoughts exactly. I envision them having been together for a couple years at this point.
Rizzen, If you would like to start with a bonding ritual, perhaps Natalya and Meridian?
Male Dwarf IT Engineer 1
Do we actualy begin in that chamber with the general?

ahhh .. i do not know how i missed the fact that there was discussion going on here. I am okay with starting with Meridian not being bonded yet. Then again I am okay with starting already bonded.

soooo....where is everyone?

As am I. Been a busy couple of days though. I will try to post something in the game thread tonight.

I'm here. Are we supposed to be the suicide squad?

Oh...ok suicide squad here we go

natalya, do you want to play out the bonding? or do you want to start already bonded?

I know some of you may be suddenly second guessing the whole "suicide squad" adventure, but trust me, this will turn out to be awesome.

also, a note i forgot to add...
for a higher level aes sedi, you are allowed to "learn" an extra 6+ wisdom modifier weaves.
and "rare" weaves are considered "common". so if a weave says rare, you can learn it. the only ones off limit are the lost weaves

ive been out camping this weekend. Figured people would be out doing whatever during the weekend, and would post again on monday.

Sorry, for some reason this wasn't showing as updating for me.
We can just start as bonded to speed things up.
Nice, I'll add the extra weaves

Are rare weaves open to me as well? Don't know if I even want any of them yet, but I figure I may as well ask.

yes, they are open to you

Cool.
Just wanted to let you guys know I'm gonna be away most of Thursday and Friday. There's a chance I may be able to post, but it is unlikely. In the even that Tandem needs to roll for anything, feel free to take the reins, Rizzen.
"I will always strive to write better" , 25 years gaming, 20 yrs DM
can do tandem.
also, i think everyone who responded to the honor given was well roleplayed. It definitely fit the style of WOT. SInce it was so well played, i give everyone a free reroll on anything of their choosing, and you can choose the higher of the two.
Good job to everyone
Sorry i forgot the illianer accent in my first two posts...

its fine.
natalya, have you looked into an rss reader?

Hey guys. I might be unable to post for a couple of days starting tomorrow afternoon. I'm heading to Rome for a semester abroad and my flight is tomorrow. I'll still be able to post when I'm there, but obviously my posting times will change due to the change in time zone. I should be able to get some internet on my second or third day in.

I'm hoping it will be awesome. I got good classes and I've heard great things from friends who were in the same program.
(Btw, sending this one from the airport, still don't know what the internet deal will be in Italy).
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Question, I was looking at Natalya to see what weaves she has, so I could take unused options and I noticed her stats are significantly higher than mine. Were we supposed to apply the Pathfinder +2 to a stat and bonus skill point/feat, because I did not.
Not meaning to put attention on Natalya, just wondering if I missed something I should have included in my character.
Female Human (Jaramide) Wilder 2 / Initiate 3 / Aes Sedai 1
if we weren't oops I'll fix
"I will always strive to write better" , 25 years gaming, 20 yrs DM
good catch niketsu.
But natalya is correct in her PC generation. I stated that we would use the pathfinder rules for all things, aside from classes. and if the feat repeats, from wotrpg and pathfinder, the feat in pathfinder supercedes the WOTRPG.
hope that helps.
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Not a problem at all; I will make the necessary adjustments. Does this apply over on the Combined Effort game as well?
Female Human (Jaramide) Wilder 2 / Initiate 3 / Aes Sedai 1
glad I wasn't accidentally cheating
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Never thought you were; I just thought one of us misunderstood the instructions, and that could just have easily been me.
Female Human (Jaramide) Wilder 2 / Initiate 3 / Aes Sedai 1
no, but after your post I though I may have. I knew you weren't accusing me.
Oops. I'll have to redo the math to be sure, but I don't think I applied the racial ability boost or the exrra skill points either. I will look it over this weekend and make any needed adjustments

Warrick Gentara wrote: Oops. I'll have to redo the math to be sure, but I don't think I applied the racial ability boost or the exrra skill points either. I will look it over this weekend and make any needed adjustments Huh. I don't know if I included that. I'll have to double check as well.
Btw, sorry I haven't posted in a bit guys, things have been a bit hectic in Rome. I'm going to go through and read all the stuff I missed on each of my campaigns, so I'll be posting in a few minutes.
Actually, I found out that my roommate and his friend who is here as well are both huge D&D nerds. They haven't seen Pathfinder yet, but I think I may be able to start up another in person game.
*Edit: Fixed it. +2 went to STR.
My ability scores looked ok, but I hadn't added the human skill points. Fixed now.
