Known Sorrows:
Sorrow Caligrific (male): Leader of this branch of the Order of Forgotten Sorrows. Takes a personal interest in the first few hours of all new recruits' lives with the Order of Tears at least up until their first assignments.
Sorrow Absentia (female): Your supervisor and guide. She is responsible for you when you are out in the city. She also has some kind of feud with Guard Captain Cabbalne
-- Ann: Absentia's true name. She is Elan, psionic, and connected. Not to mention mind-numbingly beautiful.
Sorrow Ministrant (male): The other sorrow at your induction. You have yet to hear him speak. Absentia places him as one of the key players in the threat to the Orders, but has no proof of any kind.
Sorrow Bloody Dismemberment: Massive sorrow who leads the larger and more monstrous Tears. Probably at least part Giant.
Sorrow Abraxas: Rumored to be the most powerful of the Tears in terms of magical ability. Crafts the Masks.

Distributor: Shady figure wasted by both the Aspis and the Orders. Captured by the Orders.

Other staff/characters:
Guard Captain Florborax Witherwarch Cabbaine: or Ol' Shorteyes. You can call him Captain Cabbaine. He is short in just about every way except smarts, and has a bit of a chip on his shoulder when it comes to the Order 'assisting' him in keeping order in Dockway. His temper is something of local legend.
Ol' Mam: a burly, no-nonsense matron, runs the Old Fang, a favorite local watering hole decorated with the nautical trophies of her late husband, a hunter who died on his last trip into the Mushfens. The head of the enormous swamp barracuda that killed him before he could return home now hangs above the bar-testament to the fact that 01' Mam is not one to be trifled with.
The Beast: A massive Dire wolf defeated and captured near the Old Fang Tavern
