Cool! And in light of the action a la spoiler..

Action on my turn:

Full attack action

Main Hand: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

Bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Off Hand DMG: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Bite: 1d2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

If Odd'n hits with both unarmed strikes, he deals additional rend damage

Boar Style Rend: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 2) = 7

The following bit of action is occurring AFTER Caltrop does whatever a dog does in this situation

Odd'n falls upon the beast in short order behind the brave pooch, the burn on his skin forgotten in the blood-lust as he punches and chomps down upon the beasty before him! A right is followed by a left, before he extends his neck to nip at the beasts wings..

Note- since I didn't clarify, and seem to be to lazy to remember too, presume my unarmed strikes are doing bludgeoning dmg

"Are you two all right? Have at you foul lizard!" Bronan rushes in and tries to deliver a spikey body check to the dragon.

Swift action to issue a challenge. As long as either Bronan or Caltrop is threatening it, everyone gets a +1 circumstance bonus to hit it.

Kingmaker Table 1

There's a rule that says you can aid another with an attack of 10+, regardless of the opponent's AC. I'm just going to assume any attack above 10 but below the AC is an attempt at this, and automatically apply the bonus where it's most needed, and where it can be applied. I'll also keep track of flanking since we're posting differently from the order we move.

The Desert Road--1840

Caltrop bites the dragon to distract it.

Odd'n connects two punches, rending the flesh from the beast. 19 dmg dealt

Gwyn dodges the breath blast taking 6 damage instead of 11, and retaliates with a slash from her dussack. 22 dmg dealt

Bronan joins his companion in distracting the dragon with a bespiked body slam.

Tanwen runs forward and says "Cure" in celestial while touching Odd'n's burns. They glow and mend a good deal. CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Hearing Garret's comment of surprise the dragon half hisses, while under attack "That's a good question, ape! I was wondering that myself! Perhaps the answer will come with your deaths!" With that the dragon spreads his wings, and leaps backward over Caltrop and Bronan AoO to everyone in threatening range to unleash another breath attack, and the opportunistic attacks dealt by Gwyn and Bronan make the dragon's wounds unbearable. In a final effort to subdue his prey, the dragon blasts his breath weapon again REF/FORT DC 14 to cut 15 damage to 8. Breath Weapon: 2d8 ⇒ (7, 8) = 15

AoO:

If you do/don't want to use an AoO right now, let me know, otherwise I'll assume that only Gwyn and Bronan do for no apparent reason, ;)

Garret fires another arrow at the dragon, flicking off his horn, distracting him.

The cooling sensation of Tanwens touch on his skin brings a momentary smile to his face before he realizes that she might be inflicting him with some sort of curse. Flinching, he pulls back from her touch before launching a swipe at the beast as it attempts to flip away.

The following occurs after the AoO.. and caltrop..

Can I propose a question about AoO? Due to positioning (prior to the dragons backflip) one could argue that the beasty didn't move out of a threatened range for some of us, but merely WITHIN the threatened range. Does everyone get an AoO or do only some of us? I might be misinterpreting the rules (and as I've noted before-- I am not totally clear on them). So please, fill me in on these! My @home pathfinder group will appreciate :)

It's moving out of a threatened square that provokes (even if it's in to a different threatened square), so everyone who was adjacent to it should get one. The exception is if it took a mere 5' step or made an acrobatics check against our CMDs.

It slumps over wheezing, "Now I'll never know..." Once crumpled on the ground at their feet, the fear of the beast left them long enough to see it was no larger than Caltrop altogether. Just a baby.

Kneeling beside Gwyn, his hand still on her shoulder, Odd'n lets his mind wonder back to the battle. The noble, Garret, he knew something about this.. beast. He asked how it got here? It didn't seem to know though.. I wonder where it came from & what it was. Odd'n looks to his arms again, I've certainly never seen, or FELT, this before. What did Garret call it again.. an Umbrella Dragon? It's breath.. that was no fire.. it was like.. darkness that sucked the life out of me..

Odd'n looks to Gwyn, still mumbling quietly in a ball on the ground, then to the area around them. Such an odd creature, whatever it truly was. Maybe, maybe there is some sign of how it got here or where it came from..

Garret finds nothing of interest on the dragon. He knows that if this creature was not a native to this land, which it didn't seem to be, it was likely summoned from the Shadow Plane. A ritual which would require a large area and a very great deal of power to do on purpose. Why anyone would go to that much trouble to summon a baby dragon, he couldn't guess.

Odd'n and Garret both see the dragon's tracks coming from the east where the cache was. Odd'n can see that the dragon clearly buried that cache in the dirt. Beyond that, he figures dragon probably flew here. Based on the landing pattern nearby, he guesses from the west or northwest, but that assumes the dragon flew here in a straight line.

As the heroes investigate the cache, the sky deepens in color from a bright to a dim blue, and soon after with a pink streak. As they look, they can see the sun setting behind the rock formations to the west.

Umaveti, after he was certain it was safe, came out from behind his rock and answered Umaveti's question, "To the northeast stretches the Wyrm all the way to it's head, the volcano of Pyralis. There are a few mines, the temple, but mostly forest to the north, and desert on this side. Bronan's right, it would be impossible to pinpoint where it came from, and for all we know, it's a native and this amnesia business was just a ploy. Dragons are tricky beasts, you know."

Cache:

The Road to Fwey--0000, 9 Desnus 4714

Four hours later, the group finds that Odd'n's feather-lamp only glows in a five-foot radius around Odd'n. The feather even blinks briefly at true midnight. but when the light returns they find they are surrounded by statues of angels with frightening faces...haha, no I'm not that mean

"Okay, everyone it's time, I've been awake for 18 hours, and I'm simply bushed." Umaveti says plopping his pack on the ground, "If someone would gather firewood, I'll start a fire. I know I'll need it so I don't freeze while I sleep...cold blood and all." His voice seemed calmer and more harmonious, it's clear that he's more relaxed and in his element in the dark of night.

Perception DC 10:
You see a patch of bushes and aster about 20' away from the path. The bushes appear quite dry.

Umaveti begins to retrieve his flint and steel and a vial of alchemist's fire from his pack.

If were are up against those, I hope Tanwen is packing stone shape. Seriously, why did no one in those episodes just pull out a jackhammer?

Kingmaker Table 1

I know, right?! That's my first thought every time! I guess there's never a sledgehammer around when you need one...and the Doctor does his best not to kill things.

Sorry work got busy and my wife returned after 3 weeks away so my time has been used up these last couple days.

I grudgingly follow along with the rest of the group getting farther away from my goal of killing the bandit leader with every step.

When we finally settle down for the night I help set up camp and look about. perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20

Before everyone drops off to sleep I split up the treasure from the dragons cache. Gwyn and Bronan, any input as to how you want it split? You never commented in the discussion thread.

Kingmaker Table 1

No one will ever have to make excuses to me for not posting. This is a game, nearly everything else in the world (except perhaps, other games) takes priority over this, and I completely understand.

Garret can see very little in the night outside of Odd'n's lamp.
