Karri finishes her chant and drags a squadron of fiendishly deformed lightning elementals out of her flesh. She sends them in a buzzing whirl towards the high priestess that has Lyla and Nalun prostate.

Psst, GM? Prayer doesn't have a save. SR yes, save no. All allies gain +1 to hit, weapon damage, saves, and skill checks, and the priestess gets a -1 to the same. Flat. I don't think it's affected her saves or anything yet, but still!
With the priestess surrounded by living lightning, Ortik continues speaking, his words still echoing with the Old Dame's voice. "Your death will ease the Old Dame's suffering," he intones. "You are the infection. We are the cure."

Totally cool - it's a hidden gem because of that. Hits everything on the battlefield and there's few ways to resist it.
"So you say," Ortik replies, altering his prayers. "Your goddess is weak here. Already she withdraws her support from you. I wonder...will Pharasma show you mercy when we send you to her?" Ortik finishes his spell, and the room begins to smell even stronger of ozone. Dark clouds form in the ceiling, and a blast of lightning is sent down into Andaisin as he brings his fist down into the palm of his left hand.

Once again, Lyla feels the channeled energy of Urgathoa tearing her from insde. And once more, she concentrates on the wounds, focusing her mind and senses on her pown physilogy. The halfling girls reaches out to parts of her body to work in specific, calculated ways, healing its wounds from the inside with a mere command of the brain, as if organs and blood could be controlled as easily as arms and fingers.
Fending off the worse of Andaisin's attack, she also notices that the shock has snapped her out of her control, and she quickly kips up. She grabs a bomb and throws it at Andeisin, rooting for a massive explosion.

As Andaisin walks in the air towards Karri, Lyla notices the priestess proximity to the sanctum's wall and seizes the opportuniry to stop her in her tracks.

The girl jumps over the pool, landing next to Ortik, and immediately throws a gooey projectile at Andaisin.

The bomb explodes into liquid, splashing the floating priestess and the wall behind her; within seconds of the impact, the solution starts to solidify into a potent glue.
Since she's hovering above the floor, the idea here is to use the wall behind her as if it were the floor on a normal hit, in order to keep her glued to the wall.

"Dammit", Lyla blurts out as the light dims from her eyes untill there's nothing but darkness left. "Well, now I'll just have to humiliate you by showing that I can kick your butt with my eyes closed", she answers impertinently. She pats her body looking for her extracts, and removes a vial from the pocket in which she keeps the fire breath solution. A little awkwardly, the girl uncorks the vial and drinks the potion; without the distraction of sight, the burning sensation in her mouth seems even stronger than usual. Feeling the arcane fire building up down her throat, Lya stretches out her hand and says "Ortik, just pick me up and point me in the right direction."
Lyla is tiny and weighs around 3 lbs. at the moment. I'd say she qualifies as a one-handed exotic weapon (blowtorch). :)
Plus, holding her still leaves one hand free for Ortik's spellcasting.

The scuttle to the priestess and attack, mandibles dripping with venom. With eyes glowing green, she crosses her arms and smirks, "You should have let the Inquisitor take you. He would keep you alive. I'll just give you to the Abyss."

Her unholy symbol pulses out another wave of negative energy in response...

What Andaisin is doing, I assume, is trying to break free (which she can do with that roll, if you swap that Ref save for a Str check). But she remains entangled as long as the goo is active (2d4 rounds, but Lyla rolled a 3).
Lyla pulls on the dwarf's beard and gets ready to attack Andaisin. "Just say the word, Ortik!"
Ready action: use fire breath on Andaisin as soon as Ortik points her in the right direction and gives the command. Since it's an area effect (cone), I suggest no one approaches Andaisin untill Lyla can take the shot. We could also delay that until after the spiders act, so they don't die from Lyla's blast before attacking Andaisin.

Lyla hears Ortik's voice accompanied by the crack of lightning, and opens her mouth releasing a powerful burst of flame. Though she cannot see the fire illuminating the chamber, the girl feels the heat on her face as the combined forces of Ortik's lightning, Lyla's bonfire and Karri's arcane blasts come together to engulf Andaisin.

"Don't worry about me, chief. First, we gotta check if Andaisin is alive and, if so, make sure she's gagged and bound. She said something about becoming impossibly more powerful if we struck her down and, well, even if it's probably just the cuckoo voices in her head, we can't take any chances." Realizing what she just said, she adds "Er, no offense, Karri."
She jumps off Ortik and lends a little awkwardly on the floor. The halfling reaches for her bag and searches for some of her alchemical components, laying the alchemist kit on the ground and looking for the right components. She uncorks and sniffs each vial, putting aside the ones she wants. "About this blindness, I have an idea that might work, at least temporarily. I just need someone to help me with the quantities to make sure I'm cooking the right stuff. I don't want to make any mistakes on this one..."
