Hello Paizo CS People,

It appears from my recent credit card activity that I was double-charged for this order from April 1. I have looked at my order history, and there is only a single order listed there. Would you be willing to look into it, please, and let me know what's going on? Thanks in advance!

Hello Alan,

Thank you for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and it appears that there were multiple authorizations open at one point, but there has only been one settlement. So the duplicate should expire from your card in 1-5 days, but you will only be actually charged once. I apologize for the confusion!
