@Aaron: This comic is amazing. Cruel prank #1: Putting a wall of force into your obstacle course.

Traps, lore, stories, strength, obstacle course, crime scene, animals right >.<
From an RP standpoint, Ksarress has little interest in staring down tigers or what have you. Trite and trivial. Luckily I think we just got two for lore so I can roll for funsies. :)

Just so we know where we are before tomorrow's speech:
Crime Scene (Max): Heal, Perception, Survival
Obstacle Course (Gaevus, Yitza): Dex-based skill
Storytelling Circle (Genta, Yitza): Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate
Weightlifting (Ksarress): Str-based skill, attack roll, CMB roll
Lore Symposium (Yitza, Genta): Linguistics, Knowledge
Animal Taming (Yitza, Gaevus): Handle Animal, Intimidate, wild empathy, attack roll vs. animal/magical beast
Trap Mastery (): ???
TL;DR: People can still try the crime scene, the weightlifting, and the trap mastery tests.
As for pieces of information so far (that I've noted):
Max (Crime Scene): Venture-captains are back for the event; some were promoted, some were not; there's a sneaky elf on the loose
Genta + Fetch (Storytelling Circle): Sheila Heidmarch and some Pathfinders were interrupted on business by goblins
Gaevus (Obstacle Course): Aericus mentions being sent to Jalmalray to curry favor with someone, who gets himself killed; surprised at the flamboyance of the party
Genta (Storytelling Circle): Lots of new recruits, probably from efforts with Mendev
Yitza (Lore Symposium): Sky Key is surely finished by Master Zey by now; rooms without corners are good?
Genta (Lore Symposium): Pathfinders are a "weirdness magnet" (no kidding), and Lord Omrys of House Ahnkamen has asked Absalom to keep special watch over us
Gaevus (Animal Taming): Calisro has gone missing, perhaps in Arliss Hall?

I have no idea what to do about that information. Maybe someone else with more Int could go back and clarify some of the hints we've picked up as our party gets back together for tomorrow's speech?
@Genta: I think at least half of our party has tried and failed, so I think that you should go for it! Perhaps an esteemed author has the eye for a fabricated crime scene?

P.S. I think I've tried all that I can! Except for the Strength test, which I think I will spare everyone from, unless they want the humor. I think I'd need to roll a 28 on a d20 to even be in the running.

Not all of the characters have been mine, some like Pyro who dropped in, actually belong to people I played Eyes of the Ten with. I also have fewer than half the number I know some people have.
You can take 10 on anything but the Disable Device. I think you have all the bits of info now (whether you can interpret them is unclear); it's just the few bonuses remaining.

“Pathfinders, please get settled. All campus-wide events are closing. All venture-captains and field agents are invited to gather on the north lawn for refreshments and the keynote address in several minutes.”
Table GMs Act 2 begins November 10th when the Overseer Announcement is made, please begin to conclude whatever contests are ongoing.

Since I've failed at the crime scene, done the weightlifting, and currently have a grand total of -4 to disable device checks and I don't think knock is going to be helpful, nor would simply breaking all their traps, I think I'm done. By right of conq uh, rolling faster Yitza gets 4 bonuses ;P

I've worked out how to set up RSS feeds so you get an email on thread update. You can use https://blogtrottr.com. For the URL of the feed you wish to subscribe to, put http://paizo.com/campaigns/SiegeOfSerpents/gameplay&xml=atom for updates to the Gameplay thread, or http://paizo.com/campaigns/SiegeOfSerpents/discussion&xml=atom for updates to the Discussion thread. (I did it twice, once for each thread.) You will have to confirm your subscription by email, but that's all there is to it.
Be advised that when you first sign up, you'll get something like 20-30 emails from each thread, because the system doesn't know what's "new" yet. But otherwise it seems pretty good.
