Re: Bollixing telepathy. Thinking EC Psi set to nullify would manage at least temporary shielding or maybe not. Have to experiment later.
From my interpretation of observing you & GM-Peanuts conversation on the topic, it sounds like it would provide a negative modifier to attempts to establish a Telepathic link with anyone within the generated field. Granted, it would also probably give Belledonna a major headache, but the others might not consider that as much of a downside as she would...

I am thinking the same. SW likes the -2 on a success -4 on a raise mechanic for other things so something like that seems reasonable. Mind you there could be plot reasons for it simply not to work.
Still EC Psi - damage could be fun. 2d6 heavy is quite a headache. Pity DA won't be adding the elemental trick for a good while.

Sorry that I have been inactive. I have been sick for over a week, and the last four days it has been extremely bad like I haven't been able to get out of my bed to even get my laptop bad. This is the first time I have been on the computer since Wednesday. I am hoping that I am on the back end of whatever is going on, but I don't know when I will be able to concentrate and thinking properly. I would say anywhere from another day to another week is what I hope. Will keep you informed as much as I can.

Well I am starting to recover even though I still have a cough, and it turned into an ear infection (I think/hope because otherwise my ear is hurting very painfully for another reason) today which sucks. I should get things back into things (and catch up) and be able to post tonight or tomorrow.

My apologies, this is my first pbp game and I'm having trouble tracking when it's appropriate to post or not compared to having my character pipe up in f2f games. I'll try and post more going forward.

Yeah, unless you're character is not present it never hurts to post a 'this is what I'm doing' post, since it lets everyone know you're paying attention and haven't been lost to RL or other concerns.
Even if you're not present, I'm perfectly happy to maintain several tangents; it's one of the benefits of play-by-post that a DM can split the party without splitting his focus. I really would like to get some more input from you guys, and have you go off and do your own things, if you start straying to far then I'll let you know, so don't worry about that :)
I've also been meaning to remind you guys about your beliefs and instincts, they can be updated at any time and earn you extra bennies and experience. This mission's just about over, but please review your beliefs ready for the next one :)
Case-in-point: Belledonna's steadfast belief that she is leadership material took a serious hit this time & has a strong likelihood of switching over to something else...

Well there doesn't have to be a major change in outlook or anything like that to change your beliefs, it's more a question of what is important to your character right now. So if circumstances change or some new information comes up, then it's probably a good idea to take another look at them.
