Soooo Bracnos steps on the body of one of the dead guards and kicks the door in. people will hear that...Everyone sees a large Mess Hall with doors on either end. The door to the North is open and voices of people who were playing a card game can be heard asking what was that noise...the door to the South appears to be a kitchen where the night shift appears to be preparing the morning meal. All noises stop after the door is crashed in.

depends on how many there are, though I would not be surprised if one or two of us died, the one who opened the door, for example, should not expect me to be at all expedient in healing him, wade can be a tad petty sometimes
Wade quickly scans the crowd, looking for the biggest threat, if one was not obvious than just whichever one is the biggest looking

@Lillith- you can see a guard at the doorway of the adjoining room to the Mess Hall. He is 25ft away.
Everyone can surmise there is a large mess hall and the room to the south is the kitchen judging by the smells coming from that area with voices just beginning to voice alarm. The room to the north appears to have guards, perhaps a guardroom or barracks. The actual mess hall is bereft of people but you know that won't stay that way after Bracnos kicked in the door and bellow out for all to 'get in the ground'. The guards won't be surprised, but will take time to arm themselves and attack.

Those near the kitchen see two civilians (man, woman) who were preparing food. As soon as the combat started the woman dropped a tray of bread after seeing the guard die. The man grabbed a meat cleaver but does not move to attack. Those near the guardsroom see two guards with swords drawn out and grabbing shields.

Zyx looks at the female worker and says "Fear not young one this won't hurt." moves to the center of the room and casts darkness in the immediate area. 20ft radius, should cover the two gaurds in their room and half of the kitchen, those with darkvision can see normally. She says aloud "Kill those guards fool before they alert others to our escape!"

when it come to my turn i will attack the guard closest to me, prefibly putting him in flaking position if it is possibel to do so with a 5FT step and and full attack on said guard claw(x2) and bite
claw: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 i did the attack not counting in if have flanking bonus
claw damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
claw2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
