"Ooowww…" Yelis said, having taken the full force of the blast. He shifted back into his natural form, picking out glass shards with his much longer nails. "Ow, ow, freaking ow…"
Waya, lower down and out of the worst of the shrapnel, whined softly until Yelis stooped down to help her as well. "Heh. Well, job well done, hmm?" he said, finally standing up again.

I have one more spell in me for the day, if anyone is badly hurt let me know.

Skjor looks around at the others, Aegis slung over his shoulder waiting to be used once again. "Tell me, my new friends, what did you think of Aegis? Did she not give a beautiful performance?"

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

I just enjoy helping people Devic. I found the song relaxing as odd a word as that might seem. for the future, if ever i get out of hand in a fight i hold leviathan with a loose grip, disarm me. my blood tends to get a bit out of control sometimes
Ammon walks over to Yelis, holds his hand over the wounds and chants.
cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Ammons breathing grows a bit heavy as the light fades.
are we all ready then?

Yelis |

Yelis nodded gratefully as Ammon patched him up. "Thanks… I needed that," he said, accompanied by a few faint clinks as his healed wounds pushed out a few smaller glass shards. Yelis gave a slight shudder at the sound, his tail bristling a bit.
"It was, uh, very nice. But doesn't it go, y'know, up at the end of the intro riffy thing? Yours went down," he answered, gesticulating vaguely. Musical terminology wasn't exactly his forte.

Geralt Snacko |

"It was...intresting no doubt Skjor, but we really should head deeper" Moment speaks up from the front of the group where he was until now pulling a small number of glass shards out of the places his armor didn't cover.
"uh, on a side note; do any of you happen to have a napkin?"

![]() |

"Not all intros have a crescendo at the end, my shifter friend," Skjor said to Yells before turning to the others. "Indeed, we should make haste, for I fear for the others taken by the fiends."

Geralt Snacko |

"for my blood" Moment says nonchalantly as he pulls a cut up sleeve back to show a semi bloody arm "I wish to clean myself before it stains...blood is really hard to get off your cloths once it's set in"
He gives a light chuckle
"expecially when it's not your's"

The hall of mirrors gets darker the further iinward you venture. Low-light.
The mirrors also change, from simply a multitude of clones of yourselves, to warped versions, proportions being shifted wildly, and limbs growing to freakish lengths.
Let's see if we can get Kavak here before your next life-or-death experience.

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, M/DF (a firefly)
Range touch
Target object touched
Duration 10 min./level
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance no
This spell causes a touched object to glow like a torch, shedding normal light in a 20-foot radius from the point touched, and increasing the light level for an additional 20 feet by one step, up to normal light (darkness becomes dim light, and dim light becomes normal light). In an area of normal or bright light, this spell has no effect. The effect is immobile, but it can be cast on a movable object.
You can only have one light spell active at any one time. If you cast this spell while another casting is still in effect, the previous casting is dispelled. If you make this spell permanent (through permanency or a similar effect), it does not count against this limit. Light can be used to counter or dispel any darkness spell of equal or lower spell level.
As it gets darker Ammon Casts light touching the mirrors.
each light would last 10 mins with a radius of 20 feet
that should help at least a little bit, it's getting a bit too dark. Also i still vote we break these mirrors, they are starting to creep me out. He looks toward the ground avoiding looking at the mirrors.

Anyone else thinking we don't have to worry about lighting at all now, since mirrors reflect light? Given that mirror houses usually have mirrors at angles, I'd hazard a guess that the entire place is kinda bright. ^^
"You owe me a bandanna." Ramiel says as he takes his neckpiece off and hands it over to Moment. "Or owe me a wash for it at least. And thanks for the light, Ammon."
Taking a few seconds for himself, Ramiel closes his eyes and concentrates on focusing his mind again. Full Round Action: gain Psionic Focus.

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

anyone else still thinking about that mirror creature? it was made of glass or something.

Yelis |

Yelis waved a hand dismissively. "Oh don't worry about a bit of staining. I've got that covered." He made a pass of his hand over the affected area. "And the mirrors are easy enough to take care of without smashing," he added, making a slow pass over the mirrors and leaving an ugly dark coating over them so that they wouldn't reflect. "Better?"
Prestidigitation, also known as Really Limited Wish.
Yelis continues to maintain Light on his left hand.

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

I read a lot of books...bad things happen when mirrors are involved...and it's not the creature itself that's bothering me anymore, I have no problem killing bad guys, but he shattered into glass, he's in a fun house, and there have never been any bodies. if this were one of my books we would be end up in some weird mirror world, slowly getting picked off or separated. have you ever seen a creature like that? it can shape-shift, but something tells me that that was it's real form. thanks for handling the light, i'm still a bit new to magic.

![]() |

Skjor walked along slowly, his vision not impaired by the darkening light. When breaking the mirrors was brought up, he looked over at Ammon and stated, "Do not break the mirrors, that shall visit upon us bad luck that we do not need." He gave a nod of thanks to Yelis as he darkened the mirrors with his magic. [b]"There may be a secret passage behind one of these mirrors, we should check each one.
Perception to do just that: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

Geralt Snacko |

"gotta love presditigitation..." Moment apraised his new clean arm from the front of the group, only seeing as far as his ioun torch would let him.
"thank you anyway Ranmeil".

Devic Zaitsev |

Skjor walked along slowly, his vision not impaired by the darkening light. When breaking the mirrors was brought up, he looked over at Ammon and stated, "Do not break the mirrors, that shall visit upon us bad luck that we do not need." He gave a nod of thanks to Yelis as he darkened the mirrors with his magic. "There may be a secret passage behind one of these mirrors, we should check each one.
Certainly. I'll be ehh, very careful. Lyudi nikogda menya ne slomat' chto-nibud'...
Perception to do the same: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20 Devic pulls out a Gas Mask that appears to be very modern in make, but as with all of her possessions so far, heavily customized. Stylish dull red lenses cover the eyes. She wears the mask.-2 perception, immune to inhaled effects.
Ya mogu postavit' yego obratno vmeste... She continues to grumble to herself, though now muffled and even harder to understand than normal as she moves mirrors around. Ne trudno...oni delayut kley dlya nego.

Seeing some of the group look at the mirrors, and idea strike Ramiel and he kneels down to look at the floor, focusing on the direction the glassman came from in his search for some sign of the creature's path.

need some help? learned a bit of tracking back in School

Kavak Murch the Third |

Well, the light certainly made the funhouse easier to navigate. Not that a creature with darkvision, like Kavak, would be hindered all that much by its absence. It was just nicer since lighting in enclosed spaces pretty much removed all the parallels between the locale and the tunnels where Kavak had grown up. "Now then, I wonder who fixed the lamps in here." Lamps that on a closer inspection were still either turned off, missing, or broken. "So it's not electrical. Hmm, magic?" the goblin queried as he walked up to a site of struggle. The area was damaged and both floor and mirrors had suffered.
Quickening his pace at this sign of unrest Kavak was soon to come upon the group, they were only a few meters or so up the path. Slowing down to not appear threatening he called out to them. "So something happened in between my call with Ammon ending and my arriving here. What did I miss?"

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Ammon making little to no progress with assisting in tracking , noticed Kavak approach.
A fight, the man i mentioned was a shape shifter or something. we killed him and he burst into glass. we stopped after the fight ot wait for you to catch up.
He shifts uncomfortably avoiding looking at the mirrors, he takes his place protecting the back of the group ready to continue

![]() |

Any results on the Perception checks on the mirrors?
Skjor looked over as their goblin companion arrived, his white wings folded behind his back. "It is good of you to finally join us, my new friend," he said, giving Kavak a nod. "I have a feeling that all hands will be necessary in our endeavors."

Ammon Knight of Ragathiel |

Ammon draws leviathan and moves to the front ready to strike.
we can't trust any one who comes out, agreed Ammon whispers

QuidEst |

"Hmph. Let's see if we can't put them off balance!" Yelis hissed quietly. Judging the general direction of the noise, he centered a small bit of illusory magic in that area- sirens, muffled as if outside, and the faint sound of police cars pulling up and doors slamming.
Casting Ghost Sound. With all the glass walls of the maze, the ambient sound hopefully won't seem too off. In any case, will save DC is only 14 to disbelieve.
Yelis nervously positioned himself near the rear, looking around and holding his hands up to cast another dazing spell. "If we can knock them out, then they won't explode, will they? Might be best."

Jaster Kite |

The glass fiends come into sight, standing across the width of the hallway from one another, the tips of their fingers sliding against the mirrors, almost melding in with the glass as they touch.
Check to Disbelieve: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Being masters of illusion themselves, the glass men listen upon the sirens and notice the familiar trappings of Ghost Sound, a duet of metalic laughter echoes through the halls.

Geralt takes a sizeable chunk of shards out of the glass-man's shoulder, he staggers against the mirror, putting his arm up to brace himself, but it melding against the glass instead. Weakly, it swings it's arm out at Geralt.

Deciding to change things up a bit, Ramiel let's his power surge in a way he doesn't usually employ and fires off a small jet of fire before adding a bigger blast to follow. Both are aimed at the glassman that attacked Ammon.
Manifesting Energy Splash while Wild Surging(changing my active energy type to fire) expending my Psionic FOcus to use my Surge Blast as a free action.

"More of these vile fiends?!" Skjor yelled as they were besieged by two more of the mirror creatures. "Thou shall feel the might of the primordial gods! Sing, Aegis, sing to the heavens!" With that, Skjor ran his fingers over the chords of Aegis, the sounds of heavy metal once more reverberating through the building.
Standard action to Inspire Rage. +1 to melee attack and damage, thrown weapon damage, and Will saves, -1 to AC. Also, posting on my phone so no video tonight.
