Marnarius see the glittering form above being scorched and grabbed and roars joyfully. "NOW I GET TO EVEN THE SCORE!"

Swift to study my pal Master Zey, a charge to get me close by and an attack to make me feel better.

"It's is time to die... Aram Zey!" says 322 softly before summoning primordial darkness torn out from the void itself and evenloping the mage witth it.

Interstellar void: 7d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 3, 1, 6, 3, 5) = 23 Fortitude save DC17 for half

Self explanatory I guess

VC - Sydney, Australia

322 tries calling the void.
Fort 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Aram is neatly engulfed by the frigid touch of space!

Jolly warms him up though, with two flaming strikes!

Marnarius closes in and tries gutting the Wizard, but finds a lot of the strike absorbed by an unusually stony skin.

The Ambitious gets in and grabs the Wizard!

Oh no you don't!

Move Action
Rataji moves closer to Aram Zey. He has a cunning plan. Movement noted on map.

Standard Action
Rataji looks at The Dragon and winks. Have fun! He casts Telekinetic Charge on The Dragon. I can't move him right next to Aram Zey, but I can get him close enough to be able to 5 foot and full attack. I put a Green indicator for where I want him to end up.

Telekinetic Charge Effects:
Telekinetic Charge Rataji can telekinetically launch an ally from any location within 40 feet to any other location within 40 feet. This movement causes the ally to provoke attacks of opportunity. If he causes the ally to land adjacent to an opponent, the ally can spend an immediate action to make a melee attack against that opponent with a +2 bonus on the attack roll.

Marnarius lifts the man up by the scalp from behind. "And in case there was any doubt about where I stand; go f$&% yourself dirtbag." he grunts into the master of spell's ear before stabbing him through the back with his serrated sword.

A silver trail emerges from him as the life leaks from him, and when he finally bleeds out, it leaves him like a wisp of smoke swirling up from and extinguished candle. It changes direction and moves toward the experiment - and into her pocket.

Rataji casts Detect Magic near the Sky Key and not directly on it to see if there are magical wards around it. Then, after that is checked, he points his Detect Magic spell on the Sky Key itself, hoping that there is overwhelming magic emanating from it so that he is sure it is authentic.

The slayer shrugs. "Salt him and take him as a snack for all I care" he quips with an evil smile and approaches Rataji deferentially. "You did good by me, and I won't forget it, by my word. So what do you want me to do; snatch the thing?" he asks, taking a look at the fabled Sky Key. "Looks like a piece of Numerian junk to me."

The various protective magics are more to contain the powers of the device than to protect it from theft, so it eventuates all that was needed was to smash the glass and take off with the Sky Key.

As you make good on your escape, a second team of Aspis agents approaches and the lead operative flashes a silver Aspis badge while saying, “Nicely done. I figured we’d be late to the party, but its still five fingers till Oathday.” The last part of this statement is the code phrase that identified them as the agents responsible for carrying the Sky Key to its next objective.

As the you escape the Grand Lodge, wyvarans, yetis, extraplanar humans, and more rush about the walled campus attacking their Pathfinder oppressors, releasing more of the caged menagerie, and setting fire to structures.

Only a short while later, the northwest tower of Skyreach tears free from the castle and begins gently floating and orbiting the campus. Over the course of several hours, the Pathfinder Society gradually subdues most of their assailants, restores some semblance of order, and even recovers the Sky Key. These are nevertheless hollow victories, for the Society’s access to the Hao Jin Tapestry demiplane is crippled, the Master of Spells is forever dead, and the Grand Lodge that was once the pristine home for Pathfinders worldwide is scarred and scorched.

***

The Aspis Consortium celebrates the groups success. Each of you receives a missive from your contact, congratulating you on a job well done.

The Aspis operative group have played a key role in ending an era of Pathfinder Society aggression and heralding a new age of Aspis Consortium dominance. You shall each receive compensation as promised, and in the coming months, the Aspis will certainly have more work for the team.

Thats a wrap!
