You guys can easily navigate how to get to her and when/where, which you get the feeling it's a fairly urgent letter with a time frame of yesterday please.
Although mechanically speaking, you can spend a day shopping whatever... hand waved to did it before you got the letter etc.
Also any that want to try and dig up any relevant information from their memory banks, give me knowledge local or diplomacy(gather information) and/or Knowledge(History)
(Please do it in this thread, I'll post results here, and you can translate that to your characters)

You know that she's a textile merchant that sells information as well as fabrics. Her fabric and information tend to be of good quality due to her relationship with the pathfinders and other organizations.
(I also forgot, knowledge religion as well, so there are three separate checks that can be made to think of stuff on your own related to this)

from history you know
Covering much of modern-day Varisia, Thassilon
was an ancient empire that enslaved giants as warriors
and laborers to build enormous monuments. Each of Thassilon’s seven provinces was governed
by a Runelord, a powerful wizard who embodied one of
the seven deadly sins.Krune was the slothful ruler of Haruka, which was
east of modern-day Kaer Maga and north of Janderhoff.
From Religion you know
Lissala is not a deity commonly worshiped among
today’s faithful.

Also I'm not familiar with the tome, if you could just provide a brief description of it's mechanical effect.
Lissalan Library Amid the Feasters of the Heart's prized possessions is a collection of ancient volumes on their faith. When consulting these books, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus on Knowledge (religion) checks regarding Lisala and her ancient cult.
I always try to use boons in creative ways. Otherwise why have them?

if you want to aid another, if successful you'll add +4 to his roll then, or you can do your own check.
for diplomacy to gather information
The Wyvern Mountains are home to fearsome aerial
predators, such as wyverns and giants. Few expeditions
travel there, so any site could have gone undiscoveredA fellow Acadamae graduate recognized his former
classmate Naroth Balam as the head Lissalan cultist leaving
Kaer Maga 2 days ago. Back in Korvosa, Naroth focused so
narrowly on conjuration magic that he completely forsook
evocation and illusion spells—he was incapable of even
using a wand or scroll of one of those schools. The Lissalans abducted several travelers outside
the city, including a dwarven merchant from Janderhoff
and a Taldan nobleThe Lissalan cultists used enchantment spells to
enslave their prisoners and summoned phantom horses
before riding off at an incredible pace eastward.

Marching order looks good.

From Ursus's description:
Ursus is a bear of a man, standing over two meters tall and almost as broad. He is gifted with the hulking musculature that makes his people sought out as bodyguards - his massive limbs and chest thick with corded muscle. A thin iron filigree headband keeps his wild burnished golden mane out of his eye while still allowing it to frame his rugged features.
He is bare-chested and wears little more than a few furs draped down his shoulders and across his hips but never seems uncomfortable in the cold. Strapped to his back is a thick composite bow and at his waist a simple dagger but he carries no other weapons. A fine chain ending in a black iron amulet emblazoned with a fist dangles midway down his bulging pectorals.
I think Kaer Maga has been anti-Pathfinder in the past so his Wayfinder is hidden under his furs. He keeps Endure Elements running all the time. It's one of his three spells!
***
If you guys have Pearls, Ursus can hit you with Endure Elements.

you remember identify this is an Angel, Monadic Deva.
Monadic devas are stoic watchers of the Ethereal Plane and the Elemental Planes. They search those planes for fiendish enclaves, battle evil planar monsters such as xills, and act as celestial liaisons to the genies and elementals. They have been known to broker temporary peace between warring elemental factions, often using their inherent magic to end hostilities long enough for negotiations to take place. In the armies of the good planes, they are leaders and officers, and after centuries of service to a deity, they may be transformed into astral devas.
Monadic devas like giving their maces names and proudly announcing them in battle with evil foes. Many of these weapons have seen battle for thousands of years and are quite battered. Younger devas may lend their weapons to good churches on the Material Plane so they can be used by great mortal heroes, though the angels eventually reclaim them after no more than a year and a day.
You also know that they have immunity to death effects, can at will discern lies and detect magic and plane shift, and is also immune to a smattering of elemental types and has spell resistance.

I appreciate your effort with suggestion, but I tell you right now it'd of got him gone for 1+1d6 rounds before he returned based off how you stated it if he had failed. I almost gave it a +4 circumstance bonus because of his Greater planar ally spell cast to bind him =)
If I had the ability to give extra karma or exp, I would, because that was a great use of suggestion.

Well, I'm never good with wording things. For example I would never want to have a magic lamp. I'd screw up the wishes.
We can call it even if you promise to never attack me. :)
