Being as we have high level light sources, and Simon was first for the party, can I get a Haste off on everyone before splitting? (Will use Arcane Bond to do so) Simon will stay where he is.

Lesser Metamagic rod of still still is a standard item. Then again, checking it looks like it is UE. Let me check my chronciles. I've been using it for a while now, so maybe I found it on one of them.

Edit: Well, this is embarrassing. I've got chronicles for all sorts of metamagic rods but not for still spell. I've been using that little sucker for 16 chronicles now.

Simon throws up a spell to quicken everyone up.

Auri takes a stance ready to have the demon eat holy steel as her blade hums in anticipation of teaching the demon the error of it's ways.

Liminy identifies the creature as a Nabasu. It's resistant to most weapons not of good alignment and/or made of cold iron. He also makes sure to blind it with a well placed spell or multiplied glitter.

Blend peppers the flying demon with arrows already blinded by Liminy's spell.

Taman hurls himself over the crease, aided by spell and his own commendable jumping power and slashes the demon in mid air who obviously didn't see him coming and wasn't high enough to avoid it.

Having cleared the archives of demons, the party sends word to Osprey and Xersus to inspect and recover the information they seek.
Osprey thanks everyone for your excellent work, but asks that the party not to repeat the nature of their mission to anyone, at least until facts can be sorted out and the Decemvirate has time to further assess things.
