OGGM: If it makes a difference to the giant's attack rolls, Aurora has AC 23 against them (19 versus anything else). I will ensure I post changes clearly in status spoilers
Hands going to her mouth in the realised horror of what she has just done, Aurora is struck dumb, nearly falling from the sky until her instincts kick in and keep her wings beating. The thrown rocks tumble past and she pays them no heed, though one nearly clips her small body.
The vision of the woodsman fleeing for his life then being incinerated by her fire is burned in to her mind, she grits her teeth and the air around her shimmers as she barely keeps control of her fire.
Kellen's shout is the only thing that brings her back to herself, then her gaze alights upon the giants now cowering behind the trees.
No. You should not be here, you should not inflict pain, death on these folk...
She screams then, a guttural and animal cry, and the fire answers.
Another (empowered & intensifed) fireball, placed right in the middle of the hiding giants... Ref save DC 23 for half damage

Assuming it is not too late, Tomaru will take Praxim's suggestion and Teleport the group to the roof of the cathedral. It's not ideal for me and Thordak, but a quick stop here gives Praxim a good view of the entire area.
Praxim, don't forget you still get a full action with bardic performance and Prayer.I assumed that Prima took a double move to reach Lym, but if not,

It was a double move to reach Lym. Also, I'm not sure bardic performance works over line of sight. What type of performance was it? I mean, you actually have to perform something. i have a hard time believing the lilend sang a quick celestial ditty and flew off, but the effects keep on going.

I looked it up. It DOES matter what type of performance it is. A performance with visual components can be maintained at line of sight. Lillends have Performance: (stringed instruments), so they must be able to hear the performance to get the benefit. At the distances in question and with the noise (screams, bells, shouts, etc), it just isn't possible to hear her from more than 50' or so. Team PTT would have gotten the bonuses in the first round after the performance, but once Primus flew to Lym that ended, and now Lym would get it.

Seeing the assault of flame on the giants, Kellen nods. "Keep on them; keep them away from town!"
He continues his assault on the bears while yelling at townsfolk to flee.

Lym:
Longtooth Ref save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
The dragon dips and rolls over to his left, simultaneously performing a sharp turn and dodging the worst of the ice ball blast. What damage does hit him washes over him with no effect!
He goes in hard, straight at the cathedral, only to pull up sharply at the appearance of Tomaru and the others. He is 60' up from the roof of the cathedral, and 200' from Lym's group.
Kellen/Aurora:
The second fireball incinerates the giants fleeing the conflagration across the pond. The stench of burnt flesh is strong, despite the breeze blowing in off the sea.
Kellen's arrow slays one of the bears still charging across the bridge. The other two reach the edge of town in a frenzy. An unfortunate woman, caught watching, dies under the claws of one of the dire bears. Another woman, dragging her child in terror, trips and falls in the street. The second dire bear rises up on its hind legs, all 14' and a thousand pounds of it, and moves towards her. From up the street a troop of guardsmen approach, but they won't make it in time...
The dire bear stops in it's tracks as the sound of music begins playing. The creature tilts its head to the side, fascinated by the enchanting melody. Just behind the woman and child, Ameiko has appeared, samisen in hand and singing softly. She looks up at you, giving you a quick nod, but does not stop her song.
For all:
The sounds of battle: screams of dying men, the roar of giants and the crash of rocks on buildings comes to your ears from the south end of town. It appears another contingent of giants has pushed across the Sandpoint Bridge and is working up Market Street.
| Lym Blackhand |
"Get him!" Lym growls at the elemental. Old Gusty is not fluent in Common, but his summoner's intent is clear; he barrels towards the dragon at top speed!
Old Gusty double-moves towards the dragon, 200 ft.
"Please heal me," Lym murmurs to Prima, "then go help those who cannot defend themselves. Please."
'So someone has indeed found out how we work. Protection from Cold on that dragon to counter my mastery of ice... fire is out... still some options left!'
Lym shoots towards the dragon, cape belling out behind her, and fires a spell at the creature. Five darts of force unerringly seek their target!

Let me know if this can be done with the fly effect. I could attack, but I fear it won't be enough to disable the beast - and that would leave us with Ameiko and the other people vulnerable.
Cayden bless you, Miss Ameiko!

Still acting more on instinct than thought, understanding from the warnings that she is needed to the south, Aurora throws one hand towards the rampaging bears and clenches one fist, thrusting it towards the sky. At her gesture the stone pillars of the bridge erupt outwards in an explosion of rock and stone, flowing across the end of the bridge and joining together to form a thick wall between the bears and Sandpoint.
Cast Wall of stone, 11 * 5-ft squares of stone, Hardness 8 and 30 hit points per square, all stacked up in front of the bears so they can't make any further progress.
Aurora then beats her wings powerfully and flies southwards.

Can I see the giants? Still 120 ft. up...
Partially. The problem is not your height, its a combination of the height of the buildings on Market Street and the narrowness of the streets. There isn't much of an angle to see them. Besides, you're a bit busy with a dragon right now. Bottom line: You all with have to go down there to do anything about it.

The magic missiles catch him as he breathes, drawing another scream. Then he's caught by Ol' Gusty and and Primus and decides it's better to live another day. Longtooth drops from the sky to gain speed, pulling out just below rooftop level and flying as fast as he can to the north.
Gusty and Primus get an AoO on the dragon as he bails out, but they won't be able to catch him. Praxim, he is staying out of line of fire by using the buildings to block your fire.
Kellen, Aurora
The stone wall pops up in front of the bear, surprising it and causing it to drop back on it's haunches. Amieko grabs the child as Kellen reaches the woman, both dragging the crying townsfolk into an alley and safety. Aurora, there isn't anything to see from where you are other the heads of the giants on Market street and the bear on its butt.
Tomaru and Thordak
A sudden twist of the gut, and you appear right behind a trio of stone giants. They are busy looting Market Street as you appear. One has an arm reaching through a second-story window, pulling out valuables. Another is busy dis-assembling the roof of a building, looking for treasure. The closest to you, only 10' away, is stuffing a screaming fat merchant into his bag. Thordak lays into that one, hacking furiously. They roar in alarm, hefting their clubs and moving to attack.

Guys, you really have to check the map. The groundscale is on the bottom right. Sandpoint is not that small. If you've never used a groundscale before, you literally use the distance on the scale to measure distance on the map. For this map, every inch is = 150'. From the cathedral square to Market Street is easily 600'. What this means is that Lym still can't see what's happening down there, and Gusty/Prima will be 2/3 more rounds getting there. I'm moving the boxes around the map as accurately as I can, but it takes a while to get there by flying (especially at 80' at turn). Tomaru, you'll have to check how far you can 'port total, because you're probably over a 1000' so far just by yourself.
Lym/Gusty/Prima/Aurora:
The four airborne heroes fly as fast as they can towards Market Street to assist their comrades engaged with the three giants. The sounds of combat echo up from the narrow streets: Thordak's battle cries, the clash of steel, shouts of pain and rage. There is a flash of lightning that that temporarily causes spots in your eyes as you head towards the sounds.
Praxim:
Your arrow flies true, striking the dragon squarely between the wings. Longtooth rolls over to his left, trailing blood and struggling to stay aloft. He drops below the level of the cliffs, completely out of sight.
The dragon can't be seen from where you are, Praxim. You know you'll never catch him if he keeps going, but he was hurt pretty badly...
Tomaru/Thordak:
Silthanan catches the the giants in a line as they approach, and the air crackles with electricity as he looses a bolt of lightning.
giant ref save: 3d20 + 6 ⇒ (20, 17, 2) + 6 = 45
The first giant, engaged by Thordak, takes the brunt of the bolt, partially shielding the others. He dies, wreathed in blue light, allowing the dwarf to step to his right and hack at the second giant. Three savage blows combine with the lightning damage to kill it outright. The body crashes into a building on his right, smashing glass and crushing the roof, drawing screams from the family hiding inside. The last giant wades in:
att: 1d20 + 16 - 3 ⇒ (9) + 16 - 3 = 22att: 1d20 + 11 - 3 ⇒ (1) + 11 - 3 = 9
Thordak hops deftly inside the giant's overhead smash, dodging it completely.

Forgot Kellen:
Kellen, untrained in the ways of flying, has a hard time gaining enough height to clear the wall cast by Aurora. He just manages to hit the wall at waist height. His torso is over, but his legs dangle behind him. A very surprised and angry dire bear rises up to his full height from where he sat, face to face with Kellen. He roars in the man's face, hot breath and spittle washing over him.
Totally worth the wait, eh? ROUND SEVEN: you go - check the map!
| Praxim |
Hover: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 3 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 1 - 3 = 14
Try as he might, Praxim can't hover and must move. Before he does, however, he sends one arrow at the dire bear about to eat Kellen's face. Then he flies 30 feet towards where the dragon went over the cliff.
Arrow: 1d20 + 19 + 1 + 1 - 4 - 6 ⇒ (9) + 19 + 1 + 1 - 4 - 6 = 20

Thordak crushes the last giant on Market Street with a flurry of blows. Blood and gore rains down on him covering him in stone giant viscera. The giant topples backwards, crushing a wooden cart and its load of wheat. The chaff flies up into the air and sticks to the blood-soaked dwarf.
The dragon is gone. No more sounds can be heard from the town itself. Aurora, Lym, and the rest - save Kellen and Praxim - arrive on Market Street to the scene of the battle: Tomaru and his minions, and a breaded barbarian.
Prima lands before Tomaru offering a short bow. "Tomaru," it begins, "there is smoke coming from across the harbor. I saw the mortals villas there. Burning."
