Rosa did post that she would use inflict on the guy after he said he would fall asleep. We can only assume she did this fully aware of the fact that it would wake him up and would ruin our chance to coup the grace him. Though it might be that post was posted as the same time as the post about the guard falling asleep.
The only problem I see is that The Crimson Blade is before the guards in initiative, so he should have gotten the opportunity to strike the guard before he called out.
I'm not familiar with the stamina rules, how would spending a point of stamina guarantee a hit?

For the lower levels, slumber is best used together with coup de grace. That's a full round action that provokes attack of opportunity, so it's not possible to move more than 5 feet and do it in the same round unless you have some special ability. It's also worth it to try to not stay within reach of another enemy when someone tries to do it. It's an automatic critical and the target has to make a fort save at 10+damage. For those of us with low damage modifiers it might be worth to pick up a high damage weapon for this, a punching dagger(3d4), a spear(3d8) or maybe even a scythe(8d4). Of course we can't exactly choose our weapons at this point...
How does Miguel have a stamina pool? I don't see Combat Stamina on his sheet. Do we all get it for free?

Though I do encourage you looking over it as a way to grant us attack roll types something to do other than roll d20's at things.

* Combat Expertise, Deadly Aim, and Power Attack are no longer feats, but simply combat options. They may be done freely by anyone with the requisite ability scores. Also, Point Blank Shot is no longer a feat. It’s just a natural consequence of being closer to your target. Please, still declare when you’re using one of these options though, for clarity’s sake.
* The Improved [combat maneuver] feats no longer have as prerequisites Combat Expertise (Improved Dirty Trick, Improved Disarm, Improved Feint, Improved Reposition, Improved Steal, and Improved Trip), or Power Attack (Improved Bull Rush, Improved Drag, Improved Overrun, and Improved Sunder) because those feats aren’t feats anymore. I would love for combat to be more dynamic and cinematic than just a hackfest.
* Combat Maneuver attempts only provoke attacks of opportunity if they fail, or if the target of the combat maneuver has a greater feat in that maneuver than you. (no feat < Improved < Greater) Same as above, maneuvers make combat more fun.
* Creatures under a fear effect receive a new save each round to decrease the fear effect by one step. (shaken < frightened < panicked) No one, not even the GM, wants characters taken out for long. Shake it off and get back in the action.
*I will roll initiative for combat using the Combat Manager application and post the order. Everyone can post their action as they are able and then I will string them together into a cohesive narrative. I’ve never tried this before, but I hear it’s the smoothest way of doing it. This may mean I have to make some minor calls on your behalf (you attacked monster 1, but it’s dead now so I’ll just have you attack monster 2). It’s just faster than waiting for everyone to post what they rolled.
* I will use each player’s passive Perception score (10 + bonuses) at all times, UNLESS a player indicates that they are actively searching something or being especially vigilant for something in particular. It just keeps things moving smoother. And I’m not a stingy GM with searching stuff anyway. I’m not going to pull the “You did SAY you look there!” nonsense on you.
*I realize that this is a fair number of house rules. I have only included rules that I believe will contribute to the style of game that I would like to run. If you have questions/concerns with any of these, please, speak up.

Given that, I have a question for the future. I don't qualify for power attacking now, because my strength isn't high enough. However, next level I will be able to use my Wisdom for attack and damage while psionically focused. Would you allow me to do the equivalent of power attack then?

Never said he didn't. But it doesn't hurt to have things to do other than full attack/maybe a combat maneuver in a fight.
I don't think waiting is a good idea at all. If guards disappear they might get suspicious and call more reinforcements or start to search the prison. As much as I hate wasting resources, I think it's better to channel and then move on. I doubt the girl would want to wait as well...

I agree about the AC issue. Nobody is ever going to miss.
I've found that when using the armor as DR rules, it helps to use the Class Based AC rules as well. That gives everyone a small scaling dodge bonus to replace some of what is lost by reducing the AC bonus from armor.
The other benifit of that rule is that it makes touch attacks a little less easy across the board.

No, but Rosa is a fiendish vessel, she heals everyone evil. It does heal and deal damage at the same time though, so might be worth saving for combat.
Doesn't shield apply to defense? Though I guess even with shield and dex it'll be really easy to hit eh? One thing I hadn't considered when making my character is that dex for defense is going to be pretty worthless pretty soon with these rules.
Mostly it means being more tactical\ and not allowing full attacks.

So i need to know as i don't wish to offend anyone or cause a bad memory to surface...

My trigger is just making sure that character conflicts don't get personal for the players. I like character conflicts, but player issues kicked me out of the last WotW game I was in. Usually a little ooc feedback is enough to make sure things are good.

Mostly it has to do with graphic depictions of sex and sexual violence. Graphic depictions of torture are also more than R. Anything involving pedophelia, necrophillia or beastiality is out completely.

These days X is pretty much entirely about sexual content, but it originally filled the same niche as NC-17.
NC-17 was created more recently to be a "more than R less than X" category.
These days any film that's probably going to get an NC-17 rating just bypasses the film advisory board and releases their movie as "unrated"
Because of all that, NC-17 didn't have a very long life span.
Actually, the MPAA trademarked all of the ratings except X. So third party people called their movies "Rated X". So NC-17 replaced X in the official ratings. And there are still some movies released under NC-17, it's just rare because only independent chains will show them.

Your in good company GM Bones, I'm kind of Infamous for my dark, sick and twisted CON games. Like the time I had all my players be Child soldier from the Congo in a CoC game. Or the time they where a troop of gay gladiators in a Rome like city, in Hero-quest while being made to have strait sex with rich noble woman or fight each other to the death at dinner party's. A slaves revolt that was crushed after. hehe
But Rosa are Rosa, she has done such dark thing. Horror is easy but genuine Terror or that takes art and well elegance.

This is what we get for failing to rescue the man... Though I think it would have been natural if he had said or done something up to this point. Honestly I had forgotten him. We are not there in person so it's pretty easy to miss someone who is basically non-existant.
Kendrella is ambiguous in her suggestion on purpose. She doesn't hold much love for the man after what he just did, but neither does she want to order someone killed who haven't directly harmed them, even if he might have brought the guards down on them. Hopefully screaming are normal in the prison and the guards won't take much notice.
