I have been working on this character. I have had some difficulty deciding spells, feats, and I'm working on the background, but I would appreciate any and all feedback.
Hrm. Given your Attribute spread, I assume you're going to be more casting than melee.
Given that, a decent feat right off might be Extra Arcane Pool. Even with low Hit Chance, the Magus is still a pretty frontline attacker, so something like Dodge or Toughness would probably be swell, too. Weapon Focus would also help with the low Strength. Personally with the 13 in Con, I'd absolutely take Toughness. Especially since the Magus doesn't get Medium Armor until 7th.
Most spells are pretty useful, I'd pay special attention to Shocking Grasp (which is the bread and butter for most Magus builds) and Shield (which will absolutely help keep you alive). A lot of them are super useful depending on how you want to play your character - Vanish can be awesome, so can True Strike, Obscuring Mist, or Enlarge Person.
Aardvark posted while I was typing all this up, so I'll skip over the Background, only pausing insofar as to say that I always always always check out the Campaign traits when I'm working on the background. It not only helps with having some idea of what kind of stuff the Campaign entails, but it gets you into a cool position to figure out some particulars of the character.
For instance, the Campaign Traits for this present all manner of opportunities for interesting things. One suggests having ended up in the Worldwound, while another has you coming from a family of Crusaders. Still a third has a demon actually getting through and nearly killing you as a child. There's being an orphan with a strange symbol, or having been abducted by cultists for some kind of strange ritual. They're almost always there to be tweaked, and can help raise questions like, "How would my character react in this kind of situation?" or "What would he be doing there?"
Another thing to consider is motivation. The opening for this one is pretty simple, I believe. We're joining the 5th Crusade. So, why does your character want to do it? Are they good? Are they being pushed into it? Do they feel responsible or obligated? Are they seeking atonement? Etc. For instance before settling on the idea I have now, I thought about making a character who was being sent in as a condemnation. We need bodies on the field, even as fodder. So I'd have committed a crime that basically gets me sent to this hell to survive or die. But I came up with something I liked more.

My advice is generally to try and write the background, or at least come up with a concept, before you try and make the crunch. It makes the mechanical decisions much, much easier.
For example, "I want to make a craven rogue who was (as Yoricks' idea) caught by the law and sentenced to life in the Worldwound. He's incredibly terrified of all things demon, but I want him to eventually grow into his own as he learns that he really does have the power to defeat them."
He's likely from Cheliax, as I can't think of another place where they have that harsh of a punishment where they also care about the Worldwound. That makes him human. His dealings with the law and imprisonment should land him the Stealthy feat, and it's likely that he has low Cha because of his lack of strong force of personality.
Do you understand what I mean?
Doing some setting research helps a lot. Each place in Golarion has a pretty set flavor, and making characters from different places can have promise for having personally different characters. The PathfinderWiki is pretty complete.
Looking through the diety portfolios also helps me a lot. Making a character that is a devotee of a specific diety helps because it allows you to ask a few more questions. "How did they come across the diety's worship?" "What kind of impact has the religion made in their life?", etc. etc.

Thanks for the help guys! I'm thinking that the Riftwarden Orphan is the trait to go with. As far as background goes, further than the trait, I'll be starting to rough it out. You can check it out on my character's profile as I work on it, but it's going to be general ideas on there for a bit, the good story won't be put together until a bit later today. I do appreciate the advice though, it's really helping.

I should be good to go. I had already built him at average wealth (from the recruitment thread), so I didn't make any changes. He is over money wise, but it's because his Silver Holy Symbol was free with his Trait.

I have a question about Lysene.
What is the source of her power and what does she think the source of her power is? Are they different or the same?
I'm gonna put up a gameplay thread at some point today just for some establishing characters and making it show up in your campaigns page.

Greetings everyone! Looks like I will be the fifth wheel. I am a RL friend of Aardvark and currently play in his Skull and Shackles campaign as well as a TT game with him. I am still farely new to the online campaign but I think I have everything down pat.
As for my character here I will be rolling a Dwarf Inquisitor. I should have the character finished within the next couple of days.
Just an FYI for Leinathan, I have family coming into town this Friday through Tuesday. I will try to get on here but no promises. My character will be finished before they come in though.
I look forward to playing in the Campaign with all of you!

Ok I have the character built, all that is left is the backstory which will be done tomorrow.
Leinathan if you could double check over the character to make sure everything is in order that would be great. Aardvark looked it over but a second pair of eyes is always better.

FYI Leinathan, I'll just tell you here instead of in every game - I'm taking a class tomorrow and Thursday, so I will only be able to make 1 or 2 posts on those days. But I'll try not to hold things up!
Yeah, this is shaping up to be my situation as well. Best days for my posting will be Wednesdays and Fridays.

I'm here keeping up, just wanted to say Mulluq'Tar has no response, nor will he leave the safe darkness of his alley to partake of the festival.

Cruroar, Arm of Torag |

Just another reminder, I have family coming in today through tuesday so my posting will be very limited if at all this weekend. I will try to get on over the weekend to check up but no guarentees.

Gear purchasing complete. Oh, and I look like this. Does anyone else want one of these little icons?

HOW CUTE.
I'm taking that as a "yes, I want one". Here it is. Please let me know of any desired changes.

Just a heads-up, but I probably won't be available to post until tomorrow morning. I have class from 14:00 to 22:00 hours on Thursdays :(
EDIT: nevermind, turns out one of my professors canceled the class at 14:00. Should be able to get a post in.

Hey Leinathan, I'm asking on behalf of Cruroar (I think he's afraid of you J/K).
He found the Dwarf Inquisitor Archetype, Exarch, and it fits his PC's concept to a tee. Would you mind if he made the change to his character, since none of what it replaces has really been used?

Mulluq'Tar Sheptat |

So, what's going on, are we still doing this?
I don't know if we are waiting on Lysbeth or Lein. I can see either one waiting on the other. Given the strike I just delivered, the others may just be waiting to see if the battle is over already.

I will say there is an interesting dichotomy between the two.
She has a very dark past (no pun) but is the face of innocence and purity, where his exterior in no way reflects the purity and innocence in his soul.
