Zathan walks up to the remaining bandit and without speaking, grabs him by the hair, drags him over to the fire, and (assuming he doesn't resist and nobody else interferes) binds his hands and feet (yanking out a guyline from one of the tents if necessary).

Without orders to attack, Jjagir follows, licking his chops and waiting for the bandit to make a wrong move so he can lunge at his throat.

Btw, a couple of us have taken damage. I have 7 damage, and Sarah got 6 in the same round. Is that all of it?
Sarah, do you have any healing magic as a cleric, or is it only negative energy stuff? We should have thought to ask for a wand of CLW (or better yet, infernal healing) and maybe some potions when we were getting gear. Lay Z is here with us, right? Would he happen to have one?
Lay Z appears from a tent, and starts surveying the scene, waiting to see how interrogations proceed.

Sarah - roll diplomacy of bluff depending on the approach you want to take (sounds pretty diplomatic, but you could be bluffing. You choose.)

Sarah, might want to double check your bonuses before you roll. Your sheet says +2 in both of those, but it also says you have an 18 CHA...
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
I have a -2 on Diplomacy and bluff from my flaw ,foul brand, the 8 pointed star on Sarah 's forhead. Wouldn't have changed much with a roll like that...

Well, with a -1 charisma, Zathan won't be terribly persuasive. But, to quote Jayne Cobb, "Pain is scary..."
Zathan pulls out his handaxe, takes ahold of the bandit's ear, and touches the blade to it just enough to draw blood before looking to Sarah, as if to ask permission to proceed.
Intimidate: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
The bandit gulps. "What do you want to know?"

Also, Billy is not that bright, so he thought that shipments go on ships, meaning they have a ship =)
I know, I just couldn't see the bandit being smart enough to see through that.

I considered responding to that question with a bevy of my own simplistic questions, but that seems to cruel.
As a refresher, the bandits have a shipment of goods, and you are you to retrieve any magical artifacts from it and put them in the Vault.

I'm still here, my character just isn't the talkative type (this is why I usually try to play characters with at least moderately good charisma), so I've been waiting for someone else to do the talking. Let me know if you want me to kick the bandit or something.
