In response to Perlivash's question, Obi smiles.

"I think I know someone who would like you. We still have to explore a bit though, so do you know any interesting places?"

M somewhat akin to a kender Y / MA

"Perlavish know hot bath and man temples near here."

Directions

Spoiler:

Temple is in the hex out of edge 4

The hot springs are through the next hex and out edge 5 into another hex

So your current hex is adjacent by edge 2 the radish patch,
Edge 3 the bandit camp
Edge 4 the temple
Edge 5 the dead trapper
Edge 6 the traps

Ellaria smiles at Perlivash. "Both those options sound good. I'd really like a good warm bath now - we could go there and then proceed to the temples", she says with a glow in her eyes.

M somewhat akin to a kender Y / MA

Perlavish smiles a bit.....

"I not go I have things to do, do you has foods?"

Male Human Paladin 3 of Cayden Cailean

Eadric seems entirely amused by the encounter. His interest is piqued by the mention of a temple.

He smiles and shakes his head knowingly at Obi's comment. And lets out a chuckle at Ellaria's obvious excitement for a break from the dirty work of exploring.

"Many thanks to you, kind Perlavish! The sharing of your knowledge is greatly appreciated." Eadric fetches some food from within his saddle bags and offers it to the tiny dragon before continuing, "Is there anything that we can do to help you in some way?"

M somewhat akin to a kender Y / MA

Perlavish considers Eadric for a bit....

"If yous gets rid o bad bignesses, keep bad bignesses away."

The fey dragon considers the food offered...

"Haves you pies, pastries, cookies....?"

"I do not. Obi tells the little dragon, feeling a little sad about it. But then he perks up! "But I know someone who might! She's a real nice lady who has always served good food."

Obi carefully goes into detail about Svetlana's kindness and cooking skills, as well as directions to Oleg and Svetlana's.

"As long as you don't cause any trouble, you should be welcome there."

M somewhat akin to a kender Y / MA

You finish exploring the hex with the fey dragon and can either head back to Oleg's Edge 1, the radish patch edge 2, The bandit camp edge 3, the temple edge 4, the dead trapper egde 5, or the trap area edge 6.

The most viable options for after lunch are
Edge 1 back towards Oleg's
Edge 4 the "temple of man"

Male Human Paladin 3 of Cayden Cailean

"That is exactly what we intend to do Perlavish. If there is anything else we can do to help, I'm sure you know how to find us."

I still see no reason to return to Oleg's... I vote edge 4 to the temple...

M somewhat akin to a kender Y / MA

Even knowing the temple is in this heavily forested hex it is difficult to find....

The thick tangle of brambles gives way into a large clearing
in the woods, its border partially defined by ruined stone
pillars. The western face of the clearing is dominated by a
looming, upthrust ridge of rock, nearly 300 feet across and
rising to a moss-topped height of 100 feet at the center.
The side of this towering boulder facing the clearing has
been carved in the likeness of an immense elk, its antlers
drooping down from its weathered face to frame a 50-footwide
cave entrance. A flight of stone steps leads up to this
cave entrance from the forest clearing—both the steps
and elk face feel quite old and are thickly encrusted with
layers of moss. A 50-foot-long oval pool sits in the middle
of the clearing, its waters thick with algae.
Like many ancient things, the Temple of the Elk lies
forgotten in the forest depths. Travelers can easily bypass
the overgrown temple, which is surrounded by numerous
thorny plants.

The water in the pool is foul and stagnant.

"I'd like to investigate this further. Perhaps we can rededicate this temple at a later time." Torod moves toward the pool.

Ellaria frowns at the pool in the middle of the clearing. "Maybe we can also rededicate this pool..."

Speaking more seriously, she adds: "I agree about exploring this. No use in leaving it here. I was never too pious, but I must say this temple does look impressive, especially in the middle of basically nowhere in the wilderness. I wonder which god was it dedicated to. Probably a forest one... I always forget their names".

Assuming a mounted charge is out of the question from my current location...

Eadric readies an action to intercept the bear when/if it attempts to charge/attack any of the party members (including himself), charging the bear if possible, to attack.

Ride check (guide with knees): 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (5) - 2 = 3 Fail Good grief!

Eadric uses his shield hand to control his mount and continue the attack.
AC drops to 18.

Attack w/lance: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Damage 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

If charge is available, please add +2 to hit, (another) -2 to AC and double my damage from the lance.

16 AC versus the bear's counter attack? I believe Eadric is going down... hard. :(
