As you finish gathering up the items you come under sniper fire from a nearby tower. It appears that a group of the raiders have defeated the defenders within the tower and are using their vantage point to snipe any Trunauan's that are trying to hold off the orc rampage. The sound of war drums can be heard from the top of the tower.

The drums at the top of the tower boom with heavy certainty as the party arrives at the shattered door leading inside. Orett and Ghun easily push aside the splintered remains of the door but are met by a trio of large and savage hounds as well as their javelin throwing orc handler. A large human stands by her side brandishing a great sword.
