Dolok Kadarn |

Unless anyone else insists, Dolok is more than happy to take the lead/be in the front row.
"True, I do not have the sharp eyes or keen ears as some of you might, and I do not know how to move without raising sounds. If you want, I am more than willing to accept a scout ahead of me, or us. But if no one is good for scout role, than it is my duty to be here, protecting us all"
He awaits the answer from his comrades, while studying his own scale. 1d100 ⇒ 16

Putting some light first towards the northern and then towards the southern tunnel, Dolok notices how they both seem to curve gently towards east.
"I would not be surprised if the tunnels join again at some point later. Anyway, whoever is at the back, please take special care that we do not get surprised from behind. So we move North, eh Tanith? Fine with me." - the cavalier speaks in a low voice, his sword and shield at the ready.

The party heads NE in formation one, you guys walk about 12 minutes or so and come to a large room. In the SE corner you see a tattered and frayed bedroom and the remains of a campfire near it. the north end of the room is a pile of rubble, bones, and broken equiptment and just a whole bunch of junk. The cave continues to the east some more.
To keep movement straight, There is a A-Z line going down and a 1-99 line going east west.. Campfire reminants is in E-6.

initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
As the Cockroaches hear your voices you can hear them making noises almost like a hiss and that they are starting to move out of the rubble that they are in.
Geeze I so much for getting the jump on you guys in this combat either..

No crit confirm, if a crit range attack is high enough to hit something it auto crit at a simple melee dmg x crit rating. As in roll 20 vs ac 20 = crit, roll 20 vs ac21 w no modifiers to your hit its a miss. But wow, very good way to start this combat. two are dead.

Leto V. Derexhi |

Charge: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 212d6 + 8 ⇒ (2, 5) + 8 = 15
Leto watches the others and then charges through trying to lance one of the things.

Dolok Kadarn |

For some reason I did not see the updates on the Campaign tab :(
Not sure if I love or hate their "tactics". But it's working so far...
Suppressing the war-cry on his lips, Dolok feels adrenalin pumping through his body, as he follows his friends in a mad charge towards the hideous creatures.
Charge att: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 2 = 17
Potential dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

Leto your wolf is smart enough to bite at something even though your riding him, hes smarter then a herd animal like a war horse that could kick or bite. the wolf can bite, it just cant trip things when your on top of him.
Heres the map, it did not link properly, im sorry shoulda pointed that out.
there are two with in c3 and two within c4 that get hit by the grease spell. they all fail saves.
there is one by itself in c-6.
The others are dead. If you havnt rolled init, please do so and if you havnt acted yet, in round 1 please do so, know the if you want to attack the ones hit by the grease they have slipped so badly that they are on their backs, you need to Not roll a 1 to hit them. These cockroaches are in grease almost up to their thoraxes, if you had any alchemists fire you think..
<--Klokk posting with an old GMPC character im going to use him instead of Klokk for my posts.

Tamaell |

Tamaell smiles as the creatures slip and fall.
He hangs in the back ready in case the frontliners need support, but confident they can take care of things.
He moves up and readies an attack with his mace.
Round 2, when time, move up and ready an attack with his mace in case any leak through.
mace hit/damage: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 201d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

Leto V. Derexhi |

Since often many people complain about animal companions, i decided not to use the wolf that often. Only if necessary. Also he doesn´t like the taste of vermin. But i know quite good what the wolf can do. It´s a real good flanking partner....
On his way back Leto would charge the sole vermin.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 192d6 + 8 ⇒ (6, 3) + 8 = 17

Round 1: Hissing Cockroaches fail a supprise check, not to mention their initative check. So in the 6 seconds it takes them to crawl out of the rubble this is what happens. Tanith slams his sword into one, Niesen does the same with his staff, Dolok splits one with his scimitar, Leto's wolf tramples one as it charges to the one that Leto spears. 3 Remain covered almost to the top of their carapaces in Greese from Tamaell. They all failed saves and spend round 1 getting to their feets again.

Leto V. Derexhi |

Leto looks for a space to make a ride by attack and charges on Blackpaw.
Charge by: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 182d6 + 8 ⇒ (3, 4) + 8 = 15

You feel a sense of slight safety flowing over all of you and you know that the hissing cockroaches are all dead.
Looking around the room after the battle is over you notice there is a huge pile of rubble in the north as well as an exit to the east and the one that leads back west-ish that you entered from.

Tanith Petrovich |

Do I need to make a new perception check to search the rumble or does the one from when we entered the room still count?
"Good Job, everyone, did anyone get hurt?"
Tanith looks over his companions and the room carefully.

Dolok Kadarn |

Sweating profusely in the enclosed space, Dolok wipes his forehead, scimitar still in hand. "Not hurt...good job indeed"
Keeping close to Tanith, Dolok moves slowly across the room towards the huge pile of rubble. He was not so much interested in potential loot, as he was afraid of new surprises, and his chivalrous code required him to be in the front row, taking risks and protecting others.
Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 1

As your all poking through the rubble, Tannith you notice Dolok about to step on a small very tarnished silver amulet. You do stop him in time so hes doesn't step on it.
The Old Elf Speaks up "These caves down here, who knows how long it has been since anyones walked here. The rot from the Abyss does aid vermin in growing larger than normal. I recon we will encounter more then our fair share down here. ITs not as though this is on the standard patrol path for the crusaders above?"

Leto V. Derexhi |

Even more of that bugs? How awful, there is no honor or glory in fighting those. Let´s see that we get out of here. And no, never seen something like that. Ain´t no grave digger.
