After hours untrackable by the rising and setting of the sun your cavern system feeds into a shaft that splits and goes northeast and southwest.
Stalagmites and stalagtites make it into a surreal wonderland.
Crystals flicker, mad faerie's formations if light is brought;
but it goes northeast and southwest, there seems to be a wellworn path of sorts, a highway under the surface. It's generally 10 to 20 feet wide, and winds generally in those two directions.

The two "yellow" squares are ledges, 20 feet up above the floor of the long cave.
There's a purple rectangle. That is a covered wagon, made of steel, that is by the side wall of the cave.
Around it you can see four shaggy humanoids, 8 feet tall, massive, with scale mail of bone and clubs spiked with jagged rocks.
They're beating on the wagon's door.
Nobody seems interested in opening it.
