New enemies. The ship's captain, and a brute named Owlbear, are belowdecks. Hai-Jun, Coranzen, and a lot of zombies are fighting them currently.

I think you got an AoO on him as he was fleeing past you to go find the Captain belowdecks - down that staircase next to Sinmara.
