Robilar casually slides to the last pplace in line, his crossbow firmly held in hand.

OK, I'm going to assume the following order - Jarif/Haska/Ehlers/Ka'narg/Robilar. I've moved you into these positions on the map. Note this means, with Jarif standing at the door, only Haska can see over his shoulder to the east; everyone else is backed up in the corridor to the south.

Jarif gives a hard shove on the door, which has softened considerably in the damp conditions. It breaks from its hinges and collapses, loudly and inconveniently into the pooled water, where, after an initial splash, it floats back to the surface.

The room itself is filled with water, probably as deep as the outside corridor. The chamber is in an advanced state of decay, with a gaping hole in the ceiling admitting a constant trickle of water. Three stone sarcophagi stand at regular intervals, almost completely covered in a thick carpet of moss and fungus.

As well as the one that Jarif just destroyed, there's another door at the southeastern side of the room. Also at the far side of the room there seems to be the remains of a human body, bloated from the water, bobbing slightly but looking as though it is sitting on something.

The water is about 3 ft deep and should be treated as difficult terrain for walking/moving for medium creatures, which I think you all are. Moving through the crowded corridor is also difficult terrain.

Three gigantic frogs, alerted by the noise, start to move towards the party.

Jarif: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Ka'narg: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Robilar: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Ehlers: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Haska: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Frogs: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17

So, basically, { Jarif/Haska (whoever posts first), Ka'narg, Ehlers }, frogs, Robilar. Jarif, Haska and Ehlers are up (I am botting Ka'narg for the foreseeable future). Ehlers might want to wait for those in front of him to move to clear the way. Roll20 updated.

The rotted door gives way in a loose wet mess as Jarif give it one more powerful shoulder heave, nearly falling face first into the water, but catching himself on one knee before completely immersing himself in the standing water. Seeing the giant frogs begin to advance, the limber old man quickly climbs onto one of the sarcophogi in hopes that he can gain a height advantage. When he finds himself steady footing, he draws his masterwork short sword and the magical dagger.

Jarif Selvaunt wrote:

Just in general: you can (house rule) drop your pack as a swift action but are otherwise encumbered by it. Dropping it in the water will have consequences for the contents. Jumping between sarcophagi, given the conditions, is Acrobatics at -5. If you fail you won't take damage but a fall into the water leaves you dazed for 1 round. Climbing the sarcophagi is Climb DC10, failure = you stay where you are, in the water.

Haska - should have had a climb check but given the delay I'll give you this one.

Ka'narg wades into the room, to the south of the sarcophagus on which Haska and Jarif are taking refuge (double move, difficult terrain).

I've updated Roll20 with Ka'narg's move, Robilar's move (subsequent to the frogs) and to label the frogs A, B and C.

Targeting:
H,K: 1d2 ⇒ 1H,J,K: 1d3 ⇒ 2
So B is Haska, C is Jarif

Two of the frogs (A and B) remain where they are, while the third swiftly swims forward, to the first sarcophagus. All of the frogs suddenly reach out with their huge tongues, trying to catch the adventurers and drag them towards them.

This is a combat manoeuvre (this scenario loves them). Basically this is a CMB vs CMD check to grab, then a successful grab gets a free further check to pull you forward 5 feet. If you're pulled off the sarcophagus you fall, as above, and will be dazed for a round. A attacks Ehlers, B Haska and C Jarif (just a note, as usual I picked the targets randomly from the range of the available targets at the same proximity to the attacker; but had B attacked Ka'narg it would have used a bite attack rather than the manoeuvre below).

Frog A on Ehlers: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Frog B on Haska: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Frog C on Jarif: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Free pull check on Haska: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Two of them miss, but the third wraps its tongue around Haska and pulls him forward, tumbling him off the sarcophagus and into the water.

Robilar, given the difficult terrain, can only move as far as the doorway with a single move. He only has line of sight on Frog A and is firing through soft cover (+4 AC, per Robilar's post; the critical hits).

Robilar's hasty shot pings between Jarif and Ehlers, missing both, and scores a direct hit on his intended target (Frog A), which blinks in pain; however Robilar doesn't seem to have killed it.

Haska is grappled and dazed (and has moved - I've updated Roll20). Frog A is at -11 below max hp.

Round 2: Jarif, Haska, Ka'narg & Ehlers are up.

Thanks! You can drop it in your own space; it doesn't require a space of its own.

Given Haska can't take any actions, I'll resolve this and also take Ka'narg's move.

Jarif's flurry of blows all hit their target; again not sufficiently to kill the creature in question ...

... however, Ka'narg, standing knee deep in water and swinging his two-handed orc double axe, brings the weapon round in a wide arc, slamming into the same target and killing it stone dead.

Having taken 51 damage, Frog C is comprehensively dead. Ehlers is up.

Note, I've also marked the frog's tongue (between the frog and Haska) on the map - these are, when extended, attackable in their own right, though Haska can't move at this point (this was a function of the fall, not the grapple, to be clear).

Also, Robilar, I think I sorted out your counter.

The doctor scratches his head before muttering "Why do these never resemble the book's illustrations?..." befire standing up again and concluding "I don't have the minimal idea of how much time this man has been dead... it's bloated and all kinds of, umm, gooey. But that ring may... ring some bells, hehe."

Heal DC20, trained only, can't take 10 or 20:
The man's been dead 3 months.

Jarif deftly slips the ring off the man's finger and grabs the bag of gold. He steps back, making room for Robilar to take a closer look, and steps over to Ehlers.

He looks to Ka'narg. "Lake's denizens? What's that mean. More of these frogs? And what could these coins have to do with it?"

Looking up at the elf resting on the sarcophagus, Jarif pinches the ring and pouch together between his thumb and forefinger, and holds them out in front of him. "Anything here magic? If these coins are cursed, we'll want to leave 'em behind."

Ehlers:
The ring is magical. It's a ring of swimming. The coins are simply coins.

At Jarif's questions, Ka'narg shrugs. "No, I simply mean that there's something in that lake, that people like this should stay away from. And it was far bigger than one of these frogs, judging from the size of the teeth marks. I don't think there's any link to how these poor people died. But there's definitely a link between the men. Few people from hereabouts would be carrying newly minted coin."

@Robilar, no, it's like a knowledge check. I just left it in there in case anyone else was in a position to check, so I wasn't processing them one at once.

"your rashness goes unpunished. No curses. There is indeed a little magic in this though..."

Ehlers reaches out and plucks the ring from Jared's hand

"... See this wave pattern on the band, this ring will evidently aid a wearer in any swimming he must undertake."

Ehlers slips the ring onto his finger and admires it before slipping it off once more and tossing it back to the rogue.

"I, of course, have no need for such trifles. Besides, its garish. Suits you though. So your lot weren't the first here, Orc. Seems we have ourselves some tomb robbers. Incompetent ones at that."

Jarif deftly catches the ring and slips it on his own finger. "Garish indeed; that is my style. You get me, Ehlers, you really do." He flips the ring in the air and catches it, then slips it over his own finger. "I think we likely sell this later--and split the proceeds, of course--but somebody should wear it while we have it, anyway."

The old man then eyes the sarcophagus that Ehlers is using for a perch. "Shall we be better grave robbers than this one?"

"Oh wait, this isn't Kassen, is it? One of these?" He points from one sarcophagus to the other two, a question in his eye.
