@ Athromar - yes, you took 4 hp earlier from a bandit if that is what you are asking.
The frost skeleton turns and attacks Nastarok!
20 = 20, hitting for a possible critical 1d20 ⇒ 11 (but no...)
damage is:
1d6 ⇒ 5 slashing damage and 1d6 ⇒ 3 cold damage
Players are up.

Athromar Karthis |

Athromar is also down.

Oliver Hoffman |

Athromar, I healed you for 5, right after you dropped to -4. You should be at 1 right before Wraxus pulled you aside.
Watching Nast go down, so soon after he just healed Athromar, Oliver is in a near panic. He rushes past The man on the floor, and goes to offer his last heal to the newly fallen companion. Be wary friends, there is little much else I can do now."
Move to behind Nast
Cast CLW on Nast 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Out of 1st lvl spells

Athromar Karthis |

Thanks Oliver. Somehow I missed that!
Athromar backs away on full defense even in destruction these fiends can injure and now Athromar knows it!
Once out of range I sheathe my sword, secure my shield and grab my longbow, will move myself on map when I get on my laptop.

Keith S. |

The skeleton takes a turn chopping at Wraxus!
1d20 ⇒ 8 but misses.
The players are up

Athromar Karthis |

Athromar notches an arrow and fires it at the skeleton.
Compound Longbow 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
Arrow Damage 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Nastarok |

Nast chops at the undead's leg from where he's laying on the ground.
falchion: 1d20 + 3 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 3 - 4 = 2
He slips in a pool of his own blood and does nothing to even inconvenience the creature.

Oliver Hoffman |

Oliver tries to offer at least a little help to their current hitter on the front line. Once again, he casts to provide assistance, this time on Wraxus instead of Athromar.
Cast Guidance on Wraxus

Oliver Hoffman |

Rolling for Wraxus
The heavy Half-orc winds up his swing, and delivers a powerful underhand swing right up into the sternum of the remaining skeleton. He smacks it hard.
Flail Attack (w/Guidance) 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 1 = 24
damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

Keith S. |

The skeleton collapses in a heap of bone.
All within 5 feet take 1d6 ⇒ 3 cold damage, half if you make a DC11 reflex save.

Keith S. |

Out of combat time. The lodge is quiet for the most part, other than your panting and breathing.

Athromar Karthis |

So we encountered 5 bandits initially, then two more came out of a side door. The two skeletons joined in the combat. Including the bandit in the outhouse than makes 8 bandits and 2 undead we have encountered thus far. There was a leader, Rokhar, who I am thining we may have not encountered yet. Gret told us there were about 10 bandits so I think there may be more here somewhere.
Athromar looks at his companions. "There may be yet more here. If our information is correct we are missing something. We should check the rest of the doors here and then move up the stairs. If our kidnap victim was brought here, that may be where we will find her".
As I speak I want to scan the room to make sure that none of the bandits are still moving.
Perception 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20

Oliver Hoffman |

Oliver nods, but there is concern evident on his face, "Let's not be too hasty in looking for more fights. You and Nast need more healing still, and I'm all out. Maybe we can find some here." With that, Oliver turns his senses to looking for magical auras, as he moves around the fallen. If he can find any potions or the like on them, he will feel better.
Detect Magic scanning the room.
Perception 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17

Nastarok |

he looks to Athromar "You're probably right about the numbers, we've probably dealt with most of the bandits."
"Somebody must have sent those skeletons down the stairs to help the bandits, I'm betting the leader is up there somewhere." he continues.
"We need to make sure we're clear down here before we go getting ourselves pinned between two sets of enemies. Is there anyone else in that room to the south?"

Athromar Karthis |

"Thre is wisdom in what you say Oliver but I fear we have no time to rest with enemies still lurking about. I agree, let us sweep the lower level first".
Athromar shivers with the cold which has so ravaged his faculties, he does not lift his sword but retains his longbow keeping an eye to the stairs leading up and motioning for Wraxus to open the first door near their position.

Keith S. |

None of the bandits are moving.
The room to the south has 5 beds in it. Two are occupied by bandits who appear to be asleep. You can hear them breathing heavily.
The other three beds are empty but someone has been sleeping in them recently.
A window to the south is open, the shutters swinging free.

Oliver Hoffman |

Oliver looks confused at Athromar, "I did not suggest rest. I'm looking for any signs of supplies that can heal. Especially with you and Nast suffering so much injury." Oliver stays close to Wraxus, ready to support him with the borrowed longspear.

Athromar Karthis |

Athromar grins at Oliver, "Apologies I misunderstood your meaning friend Oliver".
He then motions to the sleeping bandits, "We should tie them down for questioning!"
I believe I have rope and will begin tying one to the bed as quickly and quietly as I can.

Wraxus Drake |

Wraxus takes stock of the battle that just befell in the common room of the lodge, looking for any signs of an obvious leader.
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Wraxus looks at the two men still in bed despite the loud commotion caused by the battle that occurred just inches away. "Strange that these two would still be asleep. Perhaps they are sick like the one outside." Looking down, he examines the man Athromar is tying to the bed.
Heal: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
"On a different note, those skeletons came down the stairs, which means someone sent them after us. My guess is their leader is up there. "
double 1's, damn...

Keith S. |

Neither Nastarok nor Wraxus find anything with their survey. The detect magic spells do not detect anything either.
Athromar can quickly bind the two bandits. They moan and their skin is waxen and they shiver at the slightest provocation.

Nastarok |

"Let's leave these sick men to their suffering before we catch whatever they've got" Nast says and he duck back out into the main room.
He steps across the room to try the door to the room marked H12.

Oliver Hoffman |

Oliver nods in agreement, for right now. He intends to return to them later and do what he can for them. Sadly, he informs the others of what he found, or didn't find. "I hate to inform you all, but I see no signs of any available healing. I ask you to proceed with extreme caution." That said, he follows Nast, hoping to reach the door first so that the man doesn't suffer more injury.
