Rsss’tak
Round 3 action
Rsss'tak cries out to his new comrades, If you see an enemy, surround and finish it quickly!
Activate tactician ability to give the teamwork feat, Precise Strike, to everyone. +1d6 precision damage if you are flanking a creature, stacks with sneak attack.
Will last for 3 rounds from this one.
Fate and Fortune
These are for the end of the round, since you remained within the ravens:
R: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
V: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
B: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 3 - 2 = 10
Rsss'tak offers some tactical advice, as you all fend off the ravens, and Palag manages to find some respite from their fury. Rsss'tak and Visssila remain undaunted by the ravens, but poor Benjamin cannot seem to fend them off adequately, his resentment toward them likely getting in the way of clear thought.
Entangled PCs for Round 4: Everyone except Palag, Rsss'tak, Visssila, and Quetalcoatl! What that means: Move at half speed, you can't run or charge, you take a -2 penalty on Attack Rolls, and a -4 penalty to Dexterity (-2 AC, -2 Ref Saves, total -4 ranged attacks, etc.), and casting a spell requires a concentration check (DC 15 + spell level).
Time for round 4. Remember to make Ref saves at the end of the round if you are inside raven-squares.
Yochtanl 19
Djatrix 7
Tharrek 4a
??? 4b
Rsss'tak 3a
Vess'Sothek 3b
Palag 3c
Benjamin 3d
The raven-dots at the bottom are to show where the ravens stop, roughly, from what Palag can discern.

How deep is the water? And would someone under it be able to see or is it too murky?
From where you stand, the square portion of water appears about 2 ft deep. Based on the height, you'd assume the round part of the fountain is a little over 3 feet deep, but you cannot see into it from where you are. It appears relatively clear, as the fountain is constantly flowing. Some leaves and feathers.
Vess'Sothek

before resigning himself to the overwhelming flock. Looking for an out, he glanced into the fountain.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Though shallow, a partial cover would be better than none. Going under the fountain's water may save us from the birds! he exclaims to the rest of the group. Though he didn't have a good feeling about the fountain in the epicenter of the mayhem, he was a fish in the water, and it spoke to him of safety. Before taking his own advice, he takes stock of whomever else he can see, trying to gauge how badly off they were.

Round 4, part 1
Yochtanl drops his spear, and slashes with his claws, felling one with a crunch and a spray of blood. The ravens are so thick about him, though, that he cannot keep his bearings well. Entangled for round 5.
Djatrix leaps into the pool of water collecting in the cracks of the fountain's floor. He searches a hole about 4 feet deep, but finds no sign of creatures, just rocks, feathers, and droppings that have settled at the bottom. The water is now murky with debris where he stands.
Tharrek unbuttons his trousers, and urinates into the fountain defiantly, fending off hungry ravens in the process. Full round, falcata in shield hand. I can't believe you talked me into this...
As Tharrek's stream mingles with the water, you all hear a shrill scream of rage emanate from somewhere around the fountain, and the water jets shoot about twenty feet out for an instant; the birds momentarily pause their raucous at its alarm.
"TSAULOU'ERI UENSEII'R LAU!!!
Rsss'tak and Vess'Sothek are the only ones that speak Sylvan, correct?
Tharrek, make a Will save.
A moment after the enraged cry from the fountain is heard, a miniature arrow flies toward Benjamin, skewering him in the upper thigh. Ben: 5 damage.
Perception checks from Benjamin, Vess'Sothek, and Palag.
Almost forgot:
Djatrix is entangled on Round 5.
Rsss'tak is up...
Vess'Sothek
Round 5:
Perception:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
As he was looking around back at the group during the time when the words were spoken, he turns back, closer to their source.
Seeing the sturdy humanoid relieving himself in the fountain along with the anger from the seemingly empty being around them was enough for Vess'Sothek to put the pieces together: Duerforge had, perhaps literally, pissed off the entity. Tharrek, you fool! Look what you've done!
REF: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Djatrix
Djatrix turns his head away from the spraying water, suddenly wondering if the fountain is not just a distraction. Djatrix dives into the central water, so that he stays completelly submerged and outside the effect of the murder of ravens and asks the spirits to help him see magic once again. Maybe it will allow him to see the entity that has been controlling the ravens.

Round 4 Part 2
Visssila's nostrils flare, and the steed looks toward the fountain, and then toward the tree line to the south. She heads toward the trees, and stops, sniffing wildly up a tree, but unable to see the source of the alien aroma.
You both end in I/J 19/20, you are both unentangled, being out of the raven swarm.
Vess'Sothek kills another raven, and heads toward the fountain, debating whether he should dive beneath the waters or not.
Palag quits laughing and surveys the trees around him, focusing where Visssila's attention is.
Everyone, please include the round # with your post. If it is before your initiative is up, please put it behind spoilers.
@Benjamin: I'll give you 'til tomorrow evening to post. If you haven't by then, I'll assume you leave the raven circle and head south toward the arrow that hit you.
Palag Torufo
As soon as Palag makes out the figure in the tree (in J20?), he starts shouting and pointing with his crossbow. "There! Someone in the tree!" The sight of it makes him feel a little uneasy, and he would rather be in hiding, but what with the ravens flocking and him laughing, he hasn't had much time to hide lately.
Busy week here too, term starting and all. And a busier weekend coming since I'll be at a convention. I should be able to come online anyway, and maybe next round I'll actually wait for my turn, heh.
Benjamin Korvon
Round 4, Part 2
The arrow came suddenly to Benjamin, just like the pain. Now he was injured and he couldn't get these ravens off of him.
Strength:1d20 ⇒ 12
Strength:1d20 ⇒ 7
Struggling with the blasted ravens did him no good. He was still in their grasp. If he could see where that arrow came from though, perhaps he could warn the others.
Perception:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Fate and Fortune
Benjamin: The entangled condition does not prevent movement, for future reference, it just halves it. You fail to see beyond the ravens and foliage, but you can make out Palag pointing and shouting.
Round 5
Yochtanl's turn!
Yochtanl Torufo
I forgot to say the spells I prepared...
Can I get an updated map?
Round 5
Yochtanl, hearing that the others seem to have found the real problem, spins around to see what's going on. Seeing Vissila sniffing up into a tree, Yochtanl moves to her side (or in that direction if I can't make it all the way when entangled.), hoping their enemy will reveal itself soon. He swats at another raven with his claw.

Vess'Sothek: If you want to make that part of your round 5 action, that is fine. But since you acted before Palag, his shout would not allow you a free perception check. Fair warning, the ravens are thick and the enemy stealthy... get closer!
Round 5, Part 1
Yochtanl moves toward Visssila and swats at a raven, missing it narrowly. Its caw seems to mock Yochtanl, and the ravens renew their assault on him. Yochtanl is entangled for round 6.
Djatrix jumps into the fountain, negating the effects of the ravens, and casts detect magic again, noting the presence of magical auras.
Tharrek is up. You still out there, man?
Tharrek Duerforge
Sorry, I thought you were movin all weekso I didn't check the game.
Round 5:
I grin madly at the reaction and say, Damned faeries always pranking people and can't take a joke themselves...
Tharrek finishes his business and moves south, where the action seems to beat, saying to Djatrix, You gonna be okay over here on yer own, buddy?
Double move to L18, re-wielding falcata on the way.
Reflex Save for end of round I forgot my +2 v.s. spells/(sp)!!! ugh!:

Round 5, part 2
Tharrek arrogantly strides toward his companions in the tree line, and as he approaches a miniature arrow flies from the trees at him, and catches in his shield.
A faint cry of frustration can be heard, while those around the tree see their target dart behind the trunk and nearby leaves rustling above...
Djatrix then feels a creepy-yet-peaceful feeling wash over him. For a moment, his eyes feel heavy and his muscles fatigued, but the sensation passes as he focuses on his surroundings.
Rsss'tak up.
Rsss’tak
Will circle around the back of the tree and determine if we can spot the creature. Attack if we can see it or ready an action to do the same.

Sorry for been MIA. I had a weird weekend :P
Djatrix pushes his head out of the water, worried that whatever has tried to make him fall asleep would succeed and he would end up drowning.
"There is something here!" He yells out. "It dived into a hole in the fountain!"
Djatrix grabs some loose rock, causes it to shine with the help of the spirits, and drops it into the hole.
Casting light on the stone, so that it goes into the hole and (hopefuly) give me an idea of what is inside. How large is the hole? Would I be able to go inside?
Palag Torufo

Stealth: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19
He prepares to release the bolt from the crossbow and snipe the thing once he sees it. So, Attack if Palag sees it and Ready the attack to once he sees it if he doesn't right now; same as Rsss'tak.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Stealth for sniping: 1d20 + 14 - 20 ⇒ (16) + 14 - 20 = 10
Fate and Fortune
Rsss'tak and Visssila circle to the back of the tree to find where the tiny archer fled. Visssila still smells it somewhere in the same tree, but neither of you can see it.
The Sylvan exclamation gave Vess'Sothek pause; he glanced around for the source of the voice; it seemed as if it came from somewhere behind the fountain's statues, to the north. Seeing Tharrek relieving himself in the fountain--along with the anger from the seemingly empty being around them--was enough for Vess'Sothek to put the pieces together: Duerforge had, perhaps literally, pissed off the entity. "Tharrek, you fool! Look what you've done!" cried Vess'Sothek. Tharrek's parting remark did not help the situation, and now Vess'Sothek stood right next to the strange fountain, in the midst of a maelstrom of ravens, though he took comfort in Djatrix's presence--hard as it was to see him across the fountain.
The birds were still too thick to make out what was going on with the rest of the party, and Vess'Sothek knew he and Djatrix were not alone in the fountain... Entangled for round 6.
Palag lets out a short curse in Vesh as the little figure hides again. Following Rsss'tak's example, he takes a couple of steps to the other side of the tree in order to find their target again and better hide himself, as well. Unfortunately, the cover he finds also obstructs much of his view of the upper parts of the tree. Palag then prepares to release the bolt from his crossbow and snipe the thing once he sees it.
Benjamin's turn... Remember, you can move out of the ravens, even though you are entangled.
Map will be up after Benjamin's post. If Benjamin does not post for a while, I'll have him move south out of the swarm of ravens and cast clw on himself.
Yochtanl Torufo
For my next round:
Single move to J18, then an attack on the raven swarm.
Claw Attack: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
As he tries to keep the birds away from his face with his claws, the vesh shouts to Palag over he din of the ravens, "Is there something in the tree there?"
Reflex against the swarm: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Vess'Sothek
Round 6:
REF:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Ready action until a more overt threat presents itself.
Fate and Fortune
Benjamin stops trying to futiley fend off the ravens and heads out of the swarm, near his allies, and heals himself. 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Round 6, part 1

Yochtanl continues to move toward Vissila's side, closing on the tree that seems to be where his allies' attention is focused. He wonders if there is something up there as he wounds a raven with a swipe of his claw. As he tries to keep the birds away from his face with his claws, the vesh shouts to Palag over he din of the ravens, "Is there something in the tree there?"
Entangled for round 7 since you did not leave the swarm.
Giving up on trying to pinpoint the magical auras, Djatrix pushes his head out of the water, worried that whatever has tried to make him fall asleep would succeed and he would end up drowning. "There is something here!" he yells out. "It dived into a hole in the fountain!"
Djatrix grabs a loose rock, causes it to shine with the help of the spirits, and drops it into the hole. The stone drifts down the sloped underwater ground, through the murk and settles roughly fifteen feet below. With all the disturbed sediment, it is hard to tell how large the watery space is, but it seems large enough for a few people to stand in, were it above water.
Tharrek stands ready near his allies.
Tharrek's player called me and said his internet is out, so he's holding his action for now.
Djatrix and Vess'Sothek then hear that strange and alluring voice sing again, this time with what seems an air of menace. Djatrix is not affected by the voice, remembering it from before, but Vess'Sothek succumbs to its malign magical effect.
Djatrix: Immune
Vess'Sothek: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Silence comes from the tree to the rest of the party surrounds... It's as if the little creature vanished.
Rsss'tak's turn, same initiative since nothing triggered your readied action up to this point. Vess'Sothek, you are after Rsss'tak: the voice clearly came from on/behind the fountain's statues.
Palag Torufo
Round 6:
Confused, Palag keeps peering at the tree – the creature couldn't just have vanished, could it? He would express his agreement with Rsss'tak, but since he's hiding and already out of the ravens' swarming area, he continues peering and aiming at the tree for now. So, same as last round, readying attack.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + (3) + 1 = 8 (Second d6 is sneak attack again.)
Sniping stealth: 1d20 + 14 - 20 ⇒ (1) + 14 - 20 = -5
Fate and Fortune
It is, and if he wants to keep his previous action as listed that is fine, but I figured he may want to alter his action based on his new staggered+entangled condition.
I'll assume he is readying unless he changes his mind tonight. If I do not hear from Banjamin, I'll assume he is also holding/delaying.
Vess'Sothek
Between fits of hissing-like snickering, Vess'Sothek manages to relay: Get out ... of my head! with a heretofore unheard stentorian voice to whomever is in earshot. His claws grasp his head, and he falls to his knees in a physically futile attempt to exorcise the menace from himself.
WILL:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
The interloper maintains its hold on the reptile's mind, his panic growing by the second.
Tharrek Duerforge
Gah! Blasted buggerlings! Show yourselves forest-folk or I will kill every blue plant here!!!
On my turn, I start hacking at trees and vegetation with my falcata, throwing every curse and insult I can think of to enrage these things. (i just hope they speak common...)
Intimidate: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Djatrix
Sorry for going MIA. I had to spend a week at out office in Buenos Aires and got stuck in neverending meetings and a chronic lack of free time :/
Fate, sorry for the 'thing that dived in' bit. I could swear I read it somewhere, so maybe I'm going inside :P Lets just say Djatrix is seeing things if there is nothing in there.
Djatrix dives head first into the hole, seeking his glowing stone, intended on examining the hole. He keeps his morningstar ready, in case there is danger nearby, his other hand touching the walls and floor in search of entrances or any hidden recesses.
If needed:
Perception 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
