Pressing her ears to the doors, Kaley can make out no sounds that indicate the giggling came from either of the doors in the north hallway.
I've got a large yellow arrow near you guys on the map to indicate North.

While Qot is able to notice a set of green arms with a bow poking out from the doorway to the south, he is unable to react in time before it looses an arrow towards Qot.

The arrow plinks into the shadowy figure surrounding Qot. A blackened arm parts ways with Qot's limb to grasp at it as it floats in the air, and sends the arrow clattering to the floor.
Qot can now act in the surprise round. He has one standard action available. After Qot's action, normal rounds will begin with Kaley and Coglen.

Qot's arrow unfortunately misses the goblin as well, and soon the fight breaks into melee as the others become aware of what is happening.

Kaley moves toward the goblin as quickly as the terrain will allow. As she moves, she shifts her sword into one hand and draws her sling, grimacing at her inability to effectively close in on the assailant.

The goblin at the door way chatters maniacly, loosing an arrow towards Kaley before retreating from the door.

While Qot shoots at the goblin at the opposite end of the room, he fails to notice two more hiding behind the beds of this gloomy chamber, who proceed to take their own shots at him.

One arrow sails through the door and manages to punch throw the ethereal shadow surrounding Qot, while the other hits the doorframe of the chamber with a definitive thud.

The party advances, getting into position outside the room the goblins hold. Kaley prepares to launch herself into the fray.

Kaley winces as the arrow makes it through a gap in her armor.
"More goblins," she responds to Petros.
She struggles forward, peering around the corner.
"At least three of them, I think. If you can get to the door, you might want to get one of those explosives ready."
Beyond frustration at the unnavigable floor, Kaley shoves her way past Colgen and drops to the ground in front of the doorway, raising her sword arm over her head to deflect oncoming arrows.
"Go on!" she calls with false bravado. "Who wants to take the first shot?"
Dropping prone and using total defense.
Kaley's AC against ranged attacks is now 26, against melee attacks it's still 18.
Since she's in front of the doorway, I believe her square can also provide soft cover (+4 AC) as long as the attacker is farther away from her than the target is.

I spent the longest time trying to figure out where the extra 2 AC was coming from, but then I remembered Kaley had downed her mutagen in one of the previous fights. +2 Natural AC.
When Kaley dropped down to the ground, the goblins began shouting with glee. The goblin at the back of the room drops his bow, moving up while drawing out a horsechopper. He takes a swing at Kaley.
Goblin Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
The horsechopper bounces off Kaley's armor however, as it rings like a gong.
Qot's turn now.

The first arrow struck the goblin square in the chest, leading him to screech in pain, but he was still cogent enough to duck under the second arrow.
With that, one of the goblins drops their bow and moves in with a horsechopper, attacking Kaley.

Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Again, Kaley's armor sounds off like a gong as the blow reverberates back into the Goblin's weapon.
The goblin at the rear meanwhile, fires a shot towards Coglen...
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
The arrow sails past his allies, over Kaley, and embeds itself in Coglen's shoulder. With that the Goblin cheers before stepping over to the door at the back of the room. The goblin nudges the door open with a foot while yelling, "Nyeah nyeah Nyea-boo-boo!" and then blowing a raspberry, spittle flying off his blackened tongue as he does so.
It is now Dorin Ironbars' turn, followed by Coglen, Petros and then Kaley.

As Dorin moves through the doorway, the goblins swing their horsechoppers at him. Attacks of Opportunity

The second horsechopper manages to get through Dorin's armor!
Dorin's weapon makes a resounding wet crunch as it strikes the goblin, but it remains standing.
Next, Coglen is able to pass through the door unimpeded by horsechoppers as the goblins have focused on Dorin's entry. He slips past the reach of the goblin, and slashes at it. The blow unfortunately bounces off the Goblin's horsechopper.
It is now Petros' turn, followed by Kaley.

Digging about in his pockets, Petros took out one of his explosive mixtures as he muttered to himself and stepped into the doorway.
"I have to say, even as someone who comes from a nation with talking wolf-things, goblins are quickly becoming my most hated enemies."
And with that, he flung a vial just behind the goblin facing Dorin.
Bomb: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Petros is moving fifteen feet and throwing a bomb to hit the one facing Dorin with Splash Damage. DC 14 for half damage

Tossing the bomb just around the corner of the door frame, the goblin looks up briefly. At first the goblin smiles, uttering out "Ooh! Fire!" before the bomb lands behind them, and an eruption of flame shoots out.
Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
The goblin ducks, the majority of the flames passing over his head, and while it's badly singed, goblins are not renowned for their reliance on their heads. The goblin remains standing.
Goblin made the save to reduce splash damage from 4 to 2.
It is now Kaley's turn.

While the goblins attack Dorin, Kaley takes the opportunity to jump to her feet and slip past their polearms, dropping her sling and brandishing her sword.

The goblin next to Kaley, sensing that the battle is beginning to turn, elects to try and flee, while he carefully avoids a wayward swing by Dorin, he bolts within potential reach of Kaley...
Goblin makes a withdraw action, avoiding a AoO from Dorin, but provoking from Kaley.

Kaley swings with her sword, but arcs it too high, going over the goblin's head. As it feels the air current of the near-deadly blow, the goblin chirps and barks in a panic as he makes his way out of the room.

Both arrows hit one of the bed-posts in front of the goblin. The goblin then steps out from behind the bed, and takes aim at Kaley.

The arrow doesn't come close to hitting Kaley.
Meanwhile, the goblin trapped in the corner attempts to flee, ducking and diving to do so.

The goblin is able to elude both Coglen and Dorin, and then he hops onto the bed and scampers onwards before leaving the room.

Dorin moves through the rubble-strewn bedchamber, brandishing his axe. As he come to bear down upon the goblin.

Hocking a glob of spit into the rubble, Petros stumbled towards the rest of the group. As he approached, he drew upon his buzzing center of arcane energy and pushed it towards his ring. This time, he was not attempting to knit flesh and bone back together, but to draw upon fate's favor.
Stopping just as he drew even with Kaley, Petros pressed his ring to her side.
"Pharasma be kind.." he whispered.
Petros is going to move fifteen feet to stand beside Kaley and use his 'Fortune' Hex on her.

Kaley steps up to the goblin ahead of her and swings toward it with reckless force, yet the supernatural energy flowing through her blade lends it uncanny accuracy that comes as a surprise even to her.

Striking with great force, Kaley is able to cut down the goblin, a suckling gash opening in his chest as his eyes roll upwards before he falls to the ground.
From the next room, you hear the sound of drinking.

Next, Qot moves forward into the room, stopping behind Dorin.
Goblin Stabilization: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
The goblin fails to stabilize, and continues bleeding.
Lastly, you hear the sound of more drinking from the next room.

Dorin moves in to the doorway, keeping his shoulder against the wall and preparing to lash out at the Goblins should they come close.

"Petros," Kaley replies, smiling slightly as she steps through the doorway. "I'm pretty sure we're bringing the danger with us."
As Kaley finishes speaking, she begins to transform. Her skin ripples into a sickly green shade, her teeth jut out into tusks as her hair shoots back into her head, and her eyes begin to glow with an inexplicable light. And her arms, her wiry, contorted arms ending in vicious claws stretch out and out, further than human arms have any natural right to reach.
Her words now seem almost a growl. "Let's see if they feel like coming this way."
Kaley uses her alter self spell-like ability to transform into a Sewer Troll (gaining a 10 foot reach with her claws).

The first goblin steps up. to match Kaley's claws with his horse chopper. "You pretty now, but that just skin-deep."
With that he swings the horsechopper at Kaley

Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Kaley bats the horsechopper away with ease!
Next, Qot moves in behind Petros, and fires at the goblin that just swung at Kaley!
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Qot is however unable to get a clear shot past all his allies.
Lastly, the second remaining goblin moves up, and attacks Coglen from the dark!
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
The goblin seems well-versed in combating mortal men, as he catches Coglen on the shoulder, drawing copious amounts of blood as he drags the horsechopper across his chest. The blow sends Coglen collapsing to the floor in a heap. The goblin chatters triumphantly, calling dibs on Coglen's intestines and liver.
Coglen has fallen unconscious at negative HP. It is now Dorin Ironbars' turn.
