You won't be able to shout this to everyone, hence the spoiler Raen has heard of black scorpions, but has never seen one. They're slow and weak willed, though they are unthinking vermin. They are fantastically tough. Despite their size, their stingers are impossibly fast and the poison is brutally hard to overcome, even for dwarves.

Raen knows that they cannot weather the bombardment for long, nor have much of a chance if the chain is freed, so she flits a little further out of reach and tries to shut down the chain down as best she can.
Her first spell weaves a prison of ice around the scorpion. Icy Prison, DC 24 Reflex save. On a failed save, the scorpion is helpless and takes 14 cold damage per round. On a successful save, the scorpion is instead Entangled and takes 14 cold damage per round. Ice has hardness 0, 42 hp, and Break DC 29.
Her second follows almost instantly, bathing the scorpion, its rider, and the closest ash giant in a shower of golden sparks. Quickened Glitterdust, DC 22 Will save. Affects scorpion, rider, and red ash giant.
Raen loses invisibility, but still has images to help her.
