Edit: Dm, Jax will be using perception checks (+7) to look through the crowd and actors for anything out of the ordinary. Like halflings or short people.
[roll roll]
hm! Okay, three things.
One, Landlord Barhold is here, and he does not look good. He's obviously upset and distracted -- although he's well dressed, his cravat is askew and his belt is on backwards. He is constantly turning around to scan the audience, and during the play he's craning his head from side to side as if to look into the wings.
Two, Captain Edderly and Mrs. Mott are ostentatiously not looking at each other. It's one of those "once you see it, you can't not see it" type of things.

I would expect us to be posting until early Tuesday about actions during the play, is that fair? Do we not go after the patrol before the play then?
Well, it's Sunday night here. I can pace this however you guys like.
DM, please amend that before the play Cуровую purchased two outfits, and her letters were sent the day of. Also, somewhat important where is the bathroom/privy for the guests?
Sure, done.
DM I'll assume I used the level 3 Disguise Self scroll which I would have given Xen, and had cast Mount for the day. Fair?
Yep. Mark that sucker off, now. (And don't forget the special ink you got from Irin.)
Judge Tohram Quasangi
Specifically, the Judge is interested in what type of items Ms. Mott would be interested in. Of course this is being asked in relation to purchasing items for the wife of the Judge's lord to the south. Once I find what Mott thinks his wife would like, and who in the town might have them. Then I shall have Jax make a purchase of that item in the guise of Capt. E., or a "guard" working for Capt. E.
The idea is to plant the item in Ms. Mott's room with a note from Capt. E. where Capt. Mott will find it knowing that it is what Mott thinks his wife would like, but is not something that Mott had purchased.
Xenfal
Xen will aproach the Cleric Dunnigan, as he hopeful to join the guard persona
Hello father. Enjoying the show? I wanted to meet you. I am hoping to join the guard soon
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 diplo or maybe that is bluff in which case it is only +8

I have no objection to this, but... you do realize you've already got enough evidence to incriminate both of them about six times over? Like, fairly explicit letters that she wrote to him, and that you know have? Not even counting the stuff from Barhold's stash?

pfft. what the /hell/.
Okay, well... Xen, congratulations! First it was the alchemist. Now it's kindly Father Dunnigan. As far as he's concerned, you are his *new best friend*. Ask him anything!
Douglas Muir 406
Father Dunnigan is a big guy with a big heart. He's tall and stout, with broad shoulders, a big fat belly, a big bald head, and a big wide face that is currently beaded with sweat. He's mopping it with a big handkerchief held in one big hand.
At first glance, he's almost the perfectly stereotypical plump jolly priest. Looking more closely, though, you can see that there's muscle under the mass; he is a military cleric, after all, and a man who once led a party into a lair full of demon cultists. He's a little older now (when Edmin knew him, he was ten pounds lighter and still had hair) but he has kept in shape quite well for a guy in his forties. You have the distinct impression he could be a nasty character in a fight -- and that's before he might start throwing spells.
But of course, right now he's all smiles and warmth! He's sincerely /happy/ to see you, his broad face beaming with kindness and warmth, his eyes twinkling merrily. "Really, my son? How wonderful! There's no better place to serve Mitra than in the Army -- well, except for the Church, of course!
"But you look like an educated man. Are you thinking to apply as an officer? That's no small thing. But of course, of course, I'll be happy to help any way I can!"
Cуровую зиму
Sleep much needed, will post today finally when I wake up, I was wondering if we ever figured out what this was. It's worrisome.
I'm going to roll some d20s now, just because.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
1d20 ⇒ 3
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1Snerk
Cуровую зиму
I thought it was Percepton first, but now it looks like a few (bad) Sense Motive rolls and only Jax may have a chance to pick it up. It's not readily obvious but there are only five rolls and there are six of us. I don't see the Judge's +8 to Sense Motive rolled. DM is making me jumpy.
Xenfal
An Officer? I had not thought of that. I like the think I am clever, I have a good head for numbers and organization. I like to dance...though I guess that doesn't help does it? laugh I know we don't have much time right now, but maybe I can treat you to a drink or lunch or a drink sometime soon and you can help me clarify the options. I mean I just want to become part of it all. So many inspiring people and stories. My head is swimming right now Father!
lets start simple here. Since we probably only have time for 2 or 3 questions now.
Cуровую зиму
Time to use 'corn' the night of the 13th, before the Judge starts laughing maniacally ... well laughing more chaotic maniacally.
Yep DM has that dead eye 'your all worm food to me' look patented.
Judge Tohram Quasangi
Cy seems to have come down with a bad case of paranoia. Kudos to DMDM.
Regarding Captain Mott - the more that we have to enrage him the better. A gift of a trinket together with a letter or two. I just figure that Mott is pretty unstable anyway, and by pretending to have given her what Mott would have wanted to give her - because he is the best lover and ladies man in the army - would just be the extra necessary to stoke his ego into a rage of violence.

Father Dunnigan beams at you. "Ah, a drink sounds like a wonderful idea! Tell you what. Tomorrow I'm going around town to meet with some parishioners -- the old, the sick, the lonely, and such. Well, now, really they're Father Jole's parishioners, of course. He's the town's Head Priest. But Father Jole feels his age now and then, so sometimes it's just easier for everyone if I do it.
"Well, I should be done by late afternoon, and I expect I'll have worked up a thirst by then. So, what say we meet at Mama Kolo's for a mug of ale and a chat?" He gives you a paternal clap on the shoulder. "Sound good?"

[b] Great! [b]. Xen shakes his hand or clasps forearms and makes his way elsewhere.
we can ambush him leaving or going or whatever if that day doesn't work I imagine I can arrange a second meeting
Dren of the Dark Tapestry
Dren and Grumblejack watch the tower from a distance...measuring the people coming and going...
Soon my large friend, all of this will be brought to ruin...their screams will marr the ages.
Soon you will be able to have some fun as well. We have planned and schemed and it will all come to pass... he whispers...
Cуровую зиму
Okay, then... so does that wrap up intermission? Everyone back for Act Two?
Sorry been work hectic three days, no weekend for me, would I be able to do something before the intermission? I'm sorry, it seems I always get to post, except when there time constraints :(
Also I requested Xen to please speak to the magister briefly. Like why did he leave his spellbook home! :)
Judge Tohram Quasangi
The Judge keeps his eyes on the gnome seamstress trying to determine whether she is actually a halfling he.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Yep, another day of not paying attention/crappy rolls. Probably payback for getting a nat-20 on a new Ranger I just started on his first attack with an earthbreaker, and then confirming the crit.

What was the third thing?
May Cуровую make a Perception to see what or who the innkeeper is looking for?
Judge Tohram Quasangi
I repeat, we messed with the Innkeeper's stuff and stole his stolen wine. I think we know why he is paranoid unless there is something else that everyone thinks he knows. What we want is to let him be paranoid and not to dig into things which might tip him off to the fact that we are the ones who searched his room.
Dren of the Dark Tapestry
The other option is that he gets so paranoid and crazed that he is noticed and confronted by someone in power that gets him to tell the truth.
I think it would be better to control him rather than let him go off in another direction.

Xen while in your Disguise did you want to banter with the soldiers before they left for patrol?
Guys we should take the opportunity to explore, while the play goes on? Morsum, Dren, through the secret tunnel and the rest of use during the play, perhaps towards the middle.
Xenfal
dmdm are any of the soldiers going out on patrol those that Xen has a good relationship with?
good cal zimu

Please use your charms with the magister if you would Xen.
Douglas Muir 406
Okay, the play draws to it's dramatic conclusion, with much loud music and special effects. (Just a bit too late, it belatedly occurs to you that this would have been a great time to go sneaking around in the upper levels of the Keep, above the Great Hall.). The audience applauds wildly!
Filing out, there is a certain amount of mingling and chatting, so if you want to try talking to someone else, you can.
Dren of the Dark Tapestry
Please keep in mind we are waiting for Landlord Barhold to return to the Inn. Just as he arrives I will be aksing for a word just outside, so he can send his wife on. Grumbles will be in an ally around the corner.
As I see him I will activate my armor of darkness, cast a silent Guidance, drop my disguise to appear in natural form, and then turn into the closest approimxation of Nimpy I can do just as he walks up.

I suggested that Morsum, while in communication with the Judge do just that and Dren and possibly Jax use that time as well. Did we give Morsum and Dren enough time to post?
Cуровую will most certainly use this time to speak to the magister now.
DM did you get the message about the privy/bathroom? I asked because the Judge could summon Morsum from there.
Dren of the Dark Tapestry
The problem was that we don't have invisibility handy and the guards in that lower room were probably still there so gthere was still no good way to get upstairs or at least I didn't see a good way.
Judge Tohram Quasangi
That did get lost in the shuffle. Morsum was supposed to be summoned behind the cellar door so that he could wander around the fort like a shadow.

I posted it thrice in gameplay, (and I PMed DM but that was from an iphone and let me tell you how much service sucks in New York), also Paizo ate one huge post I made.
Ask DM if we could do it because I had asked about the bathroom several times.
