I can't keep up with the Discord channel because apparently you guys are awake a lot later than I am. So plan of attack I am envisioning is this:

Buffs first, anything that lasts a few minutes could probably be placed before combat.

Then Dom takes out the zombie right in front of us at the door.

That gives Mehaila a chance to sneak in and take position to the right were the fireball landed.

Rosa moves to stand next to Dom since she probably has the best AC right now. And if Dom misses she can take out the zombie.

Assuming I can cast Protection from Evil just before the surprise round, I'll sneak in and take position on the left.

Then we'll go from there.
