Between Nostrum's Brother and the Temple, we might be able to sort them out. What are the age ranges of them? Are any of them old enough that we could ask them? Obviously it's a bit chaotic for us to be running over the city looking for their parents now.
In other news, my internet is out at home for the moment. I'm going to be able to post today while I'm at work, but over the weekend my attendance will be a bit more spotty. I'll try to use my phone, but either way I'll be back full time on Monday.

The ones that remained are mostly the younger kids, the ones too afraid to brave the streets on their own. They're between 5 and 9, basically. Kester is around 12.
Their situation is pretty close to that of any child that winds up in Gaedren's "care", and for the most part they are orphans.
To be real, the vast majority of his "Lamms" are homeless children that voluntarily showed up on his doorstep because he promised a roof, a bed, and food daily.

Any objections or alternates to Nostrum's plan? Last-minute questions to pose to Zellara? Choices on which items you want your PCs to identify today? Interparty roleplay? I'll be moving us along when I get home later today (in like eight hours), and if you miss out just stick an Earlier... tag on it.

the Temple
Which Temple would this be? Sorry I'm blanking on that; I've been run ragged all week.
Any objections or alternates to Nostrum's plan?
Just a couple concerns that I'll write about IC.
Choices on which items you want your PCs to identify today?
The obsidian wand and the two liquids in vials seem like good choices. The other wand came from Yargin, who's name we don't even know IC and who was thus too much of an obvious pissant to carry anything worth having :P

The Temple could be referring to that of The Brethren or perhaps just a more mainstream good-aligned temple, such as Zellara suggested.
You already know, but the wand is of magic missile and the liquids are each one dose of silversheen and keen edge, respectively. I'll explain IC when I make my next post (Which I'm foreseeing as being very very long).

Hey, just sayin'. I said I'd post then and I did not cause I was still out XD
Dice~ for random things.
Actually, for that last drawing I just used the cards from the right suit that matched your alignments most closely. The only one I had to skimp on was Raijinn's cause LN had already been taken.

For some reason, Goff, I didn't imagine you as being from the US East Coast. I'm in Boston myself.
I'd blame the medium, but even people I've known for some time IRL have a hard time placing where I'm from. I know not why.
For what it's worth, I'm a New Yorker. My profile says Baltimore because I created it when I was at university and never bothered to change it. I should do that...
EDIT: oh, and this is apparently my three hundredth post with this alias. Yay!

Thank you for the support - I will be getting back into things as soon as I sleep. I apologize for the dramatics, its been a dramatic kind of week. I appreciate your concern and help.
I think I can speak for all of us when I say to take whatever time you need - it sounds like something pretty serious took place.

Oh right. You know, I've lived up in this area for most of my life and I only went to New York for the first time, a little over a month ago. Stayed in Astoria with a friend, walked Manhattan, went to the Met, hit up a lot of bars and bookstores, typical touristy things. It's a solid place, just not really for me.

I'm an Islanders fan, and the only time I've been in New York they had only away games. I had to go see the Rangers in Madison Square wearing my Islanders jersey.
Awkward.

Madison Square Garden is a tragedy. The place, that shall not be named, that the Islanders play is just a scam.
I appreciate your concern and help.
Considering what we, isolated individuals nowhere near where you are, can actually do, concern and help are pretty much the same thing. Therefore, for what it's worth, I hope you find yourself safe and can look forward to happiness.

with the chaos and tragedy going on here in Boston
Oy vey. Has anyone claimed responsibility yet?
(I'm okay)
Good to hear. Stay safe!

Hey sorry guys - with the chaos and tragedy going on here in Boston (I'm okay) I may not be around much for the next day or two.
I'm super glad to hear you're ok. How far away from it all were/are you? My prayers go out for everyone over there, it's tragic that people do this to each other.
| Raijinn |
Thanks guys. <3
Has anyone claimed responsibility yet?
Not to my knowledge. Information has been hard to come by, even so many hours later. Near as I can tell: Two bombs went off at the finish line, and a third some blocks away at JFK Library. Two additional bombs were discovered and disarmed. Cell service was completely shut down in case phones were being used to trigger them, and all subways have been closed as well. So far, no one is in custody.
There are a lot of posts on social networking sites asking for people to submit footage of what they saw, in the hopes that there's some kind of evidence in there that will point in one direction or another.
The first bomb went off about a block away from my office, but the marathon is such a big deal here that I was given the day off and was in my apartment. It's still terrifying, though. This place is my home, it has been for years.
Oh geez! I'm glad you're okay, and hope you can help!
I'm not sure there's all that much that I can do - I lack any relevant skills, but I'm going to down to the hospital tomorrow to at least donate as much blood as they'll allow me to.

I'm about a 20 minute subway ride from it when I'm at home. But, you know, I'm in that area all the time. I walk by where the first bomb went off twice a day, every day. I was actually planning to run the marathon next year or the year after, but now, who knows.
I don't think anyone I know was harmed, so there's that, but goddamn, it's really messed up.

Now I feel kinda bad for not having gone to donate when I was re-able to. I probably should soon, though.
Anyway, Raijinn, good job with being a good person :D Your blood will help many.
I'm not a good person. But I try to be.
The Red Cross said that they had enough on hand to handle the victims for today, but they will be looking to restock over the next couple weeks, so if any of you guys are eligible, you should see about making a donation. It's never too late!

They won't let me donate blood - I weigh too little. :(

I'm a fairly regular donar, and I'm b- which is fairly rare in Australia. That being said, I don't know that my blood will help you guys overseas at all :(

You become more and more intriguing by the day, sir.

Ah, well, it'll help people there at least, which is still excellent. :) I'm O+, so I try to make a point of donating when I can.

So, to a pawn shop or to the Citadel?
Y'all should also decide now which of the things you want to keep (and who gets them) and which you'd like to sell. And unless you'd like to haggle a bit, it can be assumed that the sell price is as listed: 1/2 base price.
Also, Goffred, there are 15 gold bars (instead of 12 cause we have 5 people instead of 4) so that's 3 gold bars apiece, 'erryone. Each is worth 100gp and can be sold for exactly that much at the Bank of Abadar or used as tender elsewhere (although poor or run-down shops likely won't take it. A random drugstore won't be able to break up the $5,000 bill that it basically is.)

There are, I think, only three unclaimed items on the list that it would be foolish to sell: the Chelaxian gold ingot (worth 100 gp, same as the Korvosan ingots we've just gotten, and probably subject to the same guidelines), the oil of keen edge and the silversheen. Raijin could probably get the most use out of the oil, given his scimitar's already high critical range. Akiki could probably get the most use out of the silversheen, in the event that we encounter something that has DR/silver and cannot be easily subjected to sneak attack...like the imps that are endemic to Korvosa. That's just my opinion, though.

Sheet updated to reflect this.
