Kern Dead-eye
Yay MW double-axe!
Kern stares in wonderment at the beautifully-carved double axe, the nicest he's ever seen.
"I will use this in the name of the Thunderer, and will cleave limb and head from the bodies of our enemies."
Thoku the Bloodied One
Thoku hit his own chest as in just a few more praises to the thunderer,
"i thank you may our god be please..."
as thoku walks with Choot "ahaha did you see the look on the pathetic nail bender tribe as we called the attention of the thunderer, this has been a fantastic gathering eh cousins"
Thoku look at the equipment given to them these are truly masterfully made peaces of Orcish art, but i will not need them as i need to feel the flesh of my enemies tearing under my claws as i rend them apart and i will not be using the the armor ether for you see this..." Thoku takes off his vambrace and shows it to the others
"this here is made from the flesh of the first human i killed ahaha if i am going to replace it, it mush be from a truly worthy foe haha how i long to find a fire giant that would be great skin for me NO ahahaa.. now lets eat and enjoy the praise we have won for tomorrow is the trial of might oh will be well known as the bloodied one then ahaha"
Choot Othul
Choot nods in assent to Thoku's suggestion. "The work of the Gods make us all hungry indeed. There are not Trials today? A shame this day favors us..."
Kraq Skysplitter
Efficiency for my character would mean 2 more today if someone wants to do Might, distract so I can grease for the Tribe, or the Rat, might as well milk this for what its worth I say, need to get our prestige up!
Choot Othul
Whisper ad Tribe are the last that Choot is interested in himself, he will of course assist his nee comrades in arms with their trials should they choose to enter!
Thoku the Bloodied One
then I would like to do r he trail of might...

I'm easy. Truth to tell, I'm a little confused. Are we doing more before the next day?
Kern Dead-eye
Let's try the Trial of Might.
Kraq Skysplitter
To the newly gathered champions of the tribes,
Whispering"I can aid you in the trial of wrestling with a substance that will make you very slippery, are you interested in such a spell, it will last only a minute, so you would need to win relatively quickly."
Dragonofashandflame
The Burning Angel is a bloody lump in the western sky when the Trial of Thunder is completed. It is the time most sacred to Nulgreth; when he has show the might of his thews once more by slaying the Burning Angel and she bleeds her life upon the sky, painting it the sacred color of the Blood God. It is the proper time to begin the Trial of Might!
As the six companions walk leave the Trial of Thunder, great torches and bonfires are being lit. The fires burn, sending up dark smoke into the sky. As the companion walk, the sounds of merriment rise from sleep-tents throughout the camp: drinking, feasting, rutting. The mettle and lusts of the orc are powerful, indeed. Never more so than during the Flood Truce! Soon, the companions find what they seek: a great pit lined with long spikes. A shaman of Nulgreth stands in the center. Her body bears the scars of countless battles, a few are fresh wounds and freely weep blood. A metal plate has been nailed to the left side of her face, covering one eye completely--no doubt lost in some great battle dedicated to the Blood God. She lifts the double-axe high above her and roars, silencing the crowd around the pit, and summoning even more onlookers. "Now is the hour of the death of the Burning Angel! Her blood stains the sky in the color most pleasing to Nulgreth! The Blood God demands blood! The Strong One demands strength and rage! Who will contest? Who will challenge their strength in this scared hour?! Come, if you dare!"
An answering roar calls out from the throng, and the Shrogkar's great brute of a warrior leaps over their heads and lands at the shaman's feet. He roars again, and one of the audience tosses a human slave into the arena. The brute grabs the slaves an holds him high above his head by torso and leg. His muscles bulge and he pulls. The slave screams in agony. The sound is pleasing to the Chiefs in Fire and Blood. There is a great ripping sound and the human tears in twain, bathing the brute in his blood. The brute roars again, and tosses the remains to the side.
The shaman grins and nods in approval. "One is brave to stand in Nulgreth's sacred pit! Who else is a warrior? Who else will test the might of their thews against this proud warrior!" None from the crowd answer the shaman's call.
Kern Dead-eye
Kern looks to Thoku. "This looks to be right up your alley, as they say, cousin."
Kern will aid Thoku in the combat if he can do so from the sidelines. He does not participates in combats that will likely lead to the death of himself or another orcish cousin unless he is forced to.
Choot Othul
Choot slaps Thoku on the back, "yes mighty one. Show them that you are Chosen this day for greater things!"
With his touch, Choot "blesses" Thoku with the invulnerabilities of the Undead for one round.
Thoku the Bloodied One
Thoku sees the sight before him and grins in a low voice to Kern "yes this is my game..."
K{local}to see if this orc is anything special: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Thoku give a loud defining scream some orc jump out of his way as Thoku steps forward "Arrg you know ME! I am Thoku the bloodied one and ill give my own blood to Nulgreth..." using his own claws Thoku drags them across his face and chest and blood runs from his new wounds "The only way is to wash you with my own blood for from wounds I give myself..For that is the only way you will ever taste the glory of Nulgreth"
And Thoku screams to him "Victory will be mine"
Intim: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
Kern Dead-eye
Kern and Grell will roar their agreement, trying to help distract the opponent.
Kern Intim: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Handle Animal on Grell: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Kern gets something caught in his throat and ends up in a coughing fit, but Grell roars fearsomely.
Hakak & Fleshripper
Hakak and Fleshripper menaced Thoku's foe from the sidelines.
Hakak Intimidate: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (15) - 2 = 13
Fleshripper Intimidate: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (4) - 4 = 0
And I am terrible again.
Hakak & Fleshripper
Hakak goaded Fleshripper into a more impressive display.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Because I was reminded that Handle Animal is good for that. :)
Shakraal Kringsdaughter
Aid Another: Intimidate: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 8 + 2 = 25 [skill + mask + trial bonus]
Shakraal lurks by Thoku looking at others in the "audience" menacingly, making sure it is evident just who her champion is...
Dragonofashandflame
Thoku sees the sight before him and grins in a low voice to Kern "Yes, this is my game..." Thoku unleashes his own deafening scream, causing a bystander to leap out away in fright.
Before he leaves, Choot slaps the disciple of the Blood God on the back. "Yes mighty one. Show them that you are Chosen this day for greater things!" The dead-speaker's hand Thoku's back with a freezing fire and the warrior feels a shadow enter his body! Zagresh has blessed Thoku with his dark gift and steeled his thews with shadow and death!
The warrior raises his mighty fists in the air, roaring once more. "Arrg you know ME! I am Thoku the bloodied one and ill give my own blood to Nulgreth..." Using his own claws, Thoku drags them across his face and chest and blood runs from his new wounds "The only way is to wash you with my own blood from wounds I give myself..For that is the only way you will ever taste the glory of Nulgreth"
"Impressive Thoku..." As Kern speaks, Thoku's blood pours freely from his body, congealing about his body in a slick coating. He is truly the Blood God given flesh! "Thoku is my choice for victor this day. Show no mercy and prove yourself to your Blood God." Boldly, the blood-soaked disciple of Nulgreth walks to the center of the pit, staring the nameless giant orc in the eyes. This warrior is unknown to him, worthless, despite the scars of his battles. Thoku only remembers that the brute and his master, the shaman Shrogkar, were shamed by Thoku's own comrades in the Trial of Thunder but an hour ago. The brute's dim eyes burn with rage and he lifts his fists in the air and roars again
And Thoku screams to him "Victory will be mine" Coated in blood with the Destroyer's blessing of skulls and roaring demonic orcs appearing in the red paste, and surrounded by the roars of his companions, Thoku is a terrifying sight! He is a sacred warrior of the Chiefs in Fire and Blood. Even the dim brute can grasp that Thoku is thrice-favored! The beast whimpers and cringes back as Thoku approaches!
The brute looks up into the crowd and whimpers worse than he did when Thoku made his entrance. The brute roars and launches himself at Thoku. His fingers slip and slide in Kraq's spell, but the brute's arms slip past, and clench around Thoku! The brute squeezes, and the warrior feels his ribs creak! He is caught in his foe's awesome thews!
DC on the intimidate was 20 So that's a total of 35 on the check.. ya's he cowed for 3 total "rounds" Additional Aid Another checks will extend those penalties :)
Reflex Save on Grease: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 5 - 2 = 17 DC 16, but he needs to keep making checks each round to maintain the grapple
Grapple Check: 1d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 13 - 2 = 17 CMD: 10 grappled!
The Brute's CMD is 23

Thoku the Bloodied One
DAMIT he has a +13 wow...I think I might fail this one...that would really suck for my character to fail the one trial that is for him...
Thoku is surprised by the fast action from the brute and is not abled to react fast enough as the brute gets his arms around him I will not be disgraced in this... Thoku thinks to him self as he feels his ribs cry under the pressure. And instinctively he bites at the brutes shoulder trying to draw more blood out..
bite: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 = 13+2 trial bonus im splitting them up as I go.. can any one else let me have a bonus...lol
and so I don't hold you up here is my roll for the next round
grapple: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 5 + 2 = 27
edit
oohh I might have the next round unless he rolls a 14 or better...
Choot Othul
Choot screams at Thoku's opponent, "Flee, for your life lest the Bloodied One offer you as a sacrifice to Zagresh and Nulgreth!"
Use my screams to cover my casting of Cause Fear on Thoku's opponent in round 2, he gets a Will save.
Dreadmasque'd Shakraal
Round 2
Shakraal eyes the opposing grappler and hisses loudly suggesting his loins are better suited to being sundered, scraped clean and cleansed with the Burning One's effluvium. An act which she describes in short, brutish and graphic detail, offering to complete the procedure herself...
Aid Another: Intimidate: 1d20 + 3 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 26 [class skill + rank + mod + trait + mask + trial bonus]
I added stuff wrong in the first round, so I've given a breakdown AND actually using my Trial bonus in this round...
Kern Dead-eye
Kern yells again, hoping to aid Thoku.
Intim: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Handle animal: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Kraq Skysplitter
"Blood champion prove your worth and pin this foe for your God!"
Looking around trying to notice if anyone is aiding the other combatant, perhaps hidden spell casting or something.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Hakak & Fleshripper
Once more, Hakak shouted from the sidelines and goaded Flesripper into a display of ferocity.
Intimidate: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (14) - 2 = 12
Handle Animal: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Dice scripting must be broken. Neither of those rolls was a complete waste.

Thoku is surprised by the fast action from the brute and is not abled to react fast enough as the brute gets his arms around him I will not be disgraced in this… Thoku thinks to himself as he feels his ribs cry under the pressure. And instinctively he bites at the brutes shoulder trying to draw more blood out. He teeth sink deep into the brute’s hide, and his mouth fills with the strength of his foe! The Blood God’s wrath burns within him, and claims his foe’s power as his own!
Choot screams at Thoku's opponent, "Flee for your life lest the Bloodied One offer you as a sacrifice to Zagresh and Nulgreth!" Zagresh's power thunders across the arena and the warrior's visage turns even more mighty and deadly: his tusks seem sharper, his eyes redder, his roar deeper, his thews greater! The brute's eyes widen in terror and he bats at the avatar of Nulgreth with his club like fists. They are but the bitings of mosquitoes to the Bloodied One!
Thoku's companions smell the brute's weakness and descend on him like wolves savaging a yearling pig.
Shakraal eyes the opposing grappler and hisses loudly suggesting his loins are better suited to being sundered, scraped clean, and cleansed with the Burning One's effluvium. An act which she describes in short, brutish, and graphic detail, offering to complete the procedure herself. Hakak and Kern add their own warcries to the cheers of the crowd, goading their fierce animals into mighty displays of power!
Unmanned, the brute cowers before mighty Thoku, the giant of an orc making himself low before the Bloodied One, and showing his neck in submission. His hands are raised up in defeat. His water muddies the dirt of the arena as he whimpers and whines like a caught animal in a trap.
Kraq Skysplitter, keen-eyed and full of the smoke of Selzarian, sees the cowering brute with clear eyes. The brute is has been changed by the Fire God's gifts. His flesh has long been made full with the smoke of the Burning One, so that he towers as though a giant among the warriors of the Horde! It is an old working, though, the breath of flame and thunder that empowered the brute was done long before this Flood Truce, many years ago. No matter the fire that has forged this foe, he is a geldling before the Bloodied One! "Blood Champion, prove your worth and pin this foe for your God!" Kraq's words ring out across the arena and they fill mighty Thoku with power! His blood quickens, the gift of Nulgreth surges to life in his thews! Sinews like steel surge and with a powerful roar Thoku seizes hold of the coward of the Twisted Nail and bends his body to his will!
Fear Save: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (14) - 2 = 12
Fear Duration: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Normally, I'd use initiative and all that jazz, but since this isn't actually combat or anything, we can play things a bit loosey-goosey. Ok, so the bite was Thoku's "action" for round 1 and he gains another helping of 1 of his current evolutions. Cue round 2. Before brute can act, Choot gets his cause fear. Fails that due to current penalties from previous intimidate. Everyone else's intimidates go off, rendering the poor guy a quivering mass of terror (he's panicked for 4 rounds, and simply shaken for another 5 on top of that). Kraq detects a few magics that have been cast on him long, long ago-that have been made permanent, like enlarge person. Either way, it doesn't matter, Thoku has control of the grapple and can opt to pin the guy to the ground or force him into the spikes on the side (he gets a save at +4, with a ton of minuses if he opts for spikes). Either option will give him the win for the Trial because he's sporting the fear affect for so long. Congratulations, you scored a knockout on the first run.

wow just wow so I win? I'll type up so good fluff for my character soon if all I need to do if make my victory awesome ^_^

Thoku the Bloodied One
Thoku roars with power as he lifts the larger brute above his head and slams him to the ground, pinning him with a foot pressed on his chest as the brute cowers in the mud. Thoku looks around at all gathered be for him "Nulgreth! I honer your greatness in this trial aaahhr"
Thoku makes a show of cutting the palm of his hand holding his open hand in the air above the face of the brute "Taste the power of Nulgreth for it flows in me and maybe one day you wont be such a disgrace to the blood god" with that Thoku looks up at the Shaman and pounds his chest "I AM THOKU THE BLOODIED ONE KNOW ME" his voice carries and rising above and resonating in all gathered, motioning to his companions to join him as Thoku walks forward to the Shaman
٩(⚙ȏ⚙)۶awesome work everyone woot we rock \\\└(‘ω’)┘////
Kraq Skysplitter
Grasping his mighty forearm in an embrace, with a pat on the shoulder saying,
"Strong work Thoku, honored you are by the Blood God."
Does anyone want to try the Trial of the Rat, or any others, or are we finished?
Choot Othul
"Well played mighty Thoku. All have witnessed your prowess this day!"
I have found the ones I seek...
Dragonofashandflame
The shaman sneers at the cowering brute from the Twisted Nail tribe and then spits a large glob of phlegm into his face. The pathetic orc whimpers and flips onto his back exposing his underside like a whipped dog.
"Come! Take this filth from the eyes of Nulgreth! I would slay this unmanned thing, but its blood would not sate the Blood God's thirst!" The crowd parts and Shrogkar and his warriors step into the pit. The shaman of the Twisted Nail looks furious, although he still bears the muddy streak across his mouth and throat from the Trial of Thunder. He snaps his fingers and the brute crawls towards him through the sand, his face pressed into the dirt, to place his head on the shaman's boots. He whimpers and whines again. The shaman sneers and kicks the giant orc in the face, shattering his nose. The brute whimpers all the louder and crawls back to Shrogkar again. "This thing is broken! How is it not gelded to keep its weakness from corrupting your tribe?! Bring your price, let this be done. You presence in the Flood Truce disgraces all the Chiefs in Blood and Fire, orc-feaster!"
Shrogkar holds a hand up and another warrior steps forward to offer a fine bow of exceptional skill. Shrogkar himself tosses a pouch of gold at Thoku's feet before turning away, his brute crawling after him like a whipped dog.
Thoku wins a composite longbow (+2 str) 50 gold, and gams +4 fame, everyone else gains +2 fame for helping out and being known as Thoku's friendly friend. I'll let you RP a bit before turning over to the next day
Thoku the Bloodied One
ok weekend's over may the force be with you all on Star Wars day lol little nerd humor for everyone :-)
" , haha, did you see that he came in blowing like he was the most important orc but I showed him who the true blessed in this tibial in this gathering is. My new friends I implore you to join me in the feast tonight. We will celebrate the victory as we had today and prepare for the victories we will surely have tomorrow."
Moving next to Choot, Thoku gives him a friendly punch to the chest " I thank you for the small blessing you pass to me before the fight began." to all the rest" and I thank you all for the cheering and cheering you pass to myself and my opponent , did you see how heavily the coward came out of him, perhaps with the small amount of blood I gave him...in day Nulguethel will bless him as he has I"

Choot laughs as he is knocked back a step by the mighty Thoku, "Yes, we have shown ourselves to be destined for greatness. I shall indeed join you. My tribesmen I can meet with as I bed down for the evening. Together, we shall all walk the path of victory!"
Kraq Skysplitter
"Yes we shall all eat well this evening, we have been truly blessed this day that is for certain. This is turning out to be one of the best clan gatherings I have ever heard of; this is my first, the magical training has been intense from my tribe. Why is it you are all here, what are your goals?"
Looking around individually to each of the companions,
"My goals are simple, become the greatest magician in all of Belkzen, and perhaps the world."
Dreadmasque'd Shakraal
"No lofty desire that eh Kraq?" ribs Shakraal.
The wyrdwarrior looks askance, toward the Bloodtrail encampment. Then looks to her companions as if appraising…something.
"My "goal"? Supplant my mother, plant her head on a pike, and kill all my offspring before they do they same to me." Shakraal ends this with a throaty laugh.
Choot Othul
"I serve the will of Zagresh not mine own. I am a mere vessel of his desire. He would see the Orcs strong once again, conquering our foes and crushing them under our boots".
Kern Dead-eye
"Conquering, yes. But I feel there may be more use for some of the lesser creatures such as humans and elves than you let on. The elves have shown their proficiency with using the natural world, and I would learn from them, instead of slaughtering all of them. And given that my mother was a human slave, I cannot hate all of humanity either. But, we must become strong first, before we can set a new order where orcs reign supreme and the other races recognize our power and authority."
Choot Othul
Choot cocks his head at Kern's response. He pauses for a moment then bursts out in laughter, "A tamer of beasts and a Bard spinning jokes for our amusement. For a moment I thought you were serious".
Choot's laughter subsides, "Worry not about your human side, Orc blood courses through your veins, you are worthy. Your accident of birth is no fault of your own and the Gods of our people smile upon you!"
Thoku the Bloodied One
Thoku hears what this group has said and turns to kern "a haha fear not cousin for I too was thought to be week before my power came forth, half or full and orc is an orc is an orc. Just look at me and you'll see the truth of it."
Thoku then give another friendly punch to Choot "my friend you think to simply, for the best way to rife to world of the pest that plague it. It to make all be orc for how do you rid your self of an enemy than to make their children family eh" and at family thoku make a ruting motion as to express his point

As Thoku walks ahead of his new companions, as he walks a group of orcs that stand in his way and part quickly once hey see the Bloodied one walking up looking on in aw of the group gathered with him
Sorry i just can't get the sight of how imposing we must be to everyone else right now lol, if its an issue with me taking some creative leeway i just had to ^_^
Choot Othul
Choot shakes his head, "Zagresh the Destroyer is not pleased when his chosen representatives reproduce. What message would that send to adherents of the faith?"
Choot Othul
"A sound argument Kraq. Think upon it though, how long before our young are powerful warriors? Twelve years? Longer? No, our energy is better spent converting those who are already raised to be warriors then watching younglings suck on teats and mewl like animals. I abhor even to see such weakness in our people! Children disgust me almost as much as the pointy ears do."
