Red. They're Dorzhanevs (Broken Ones).

Quick refresher: Dorzhanevs are red, Jezeldans (Demon Wolves) are black, Mordrinacht (Silverhides) are silver-gray, Vollensag (Primals) are dark grey, and Princes' Wolves are primarily brown, with some grey.

I went back and saw you'd described your Feral Mutagen as giving you black fur, so I figured it appropriate that they'd think you were a Jezeldan.

Like isn't concerned about you being there. It's kinda hard to see on the map but he's basically on the roof of the second floor or some such. That first set of stairs leads to inside the first floor.

He can't shoot you there, but if you want to know exact details for why his concern lapses, you'd need to ask him directly.

Going to move sort of out of Initiative now unless Zin plans to take on the archer.

As the rest of you (and Duristan) make it halfway up the stairs, you catch sight of two more of the enormous, muscular Vollensag you fought a moment ago.

There comes a scrambling from up above, and the sound of multiple claws scraping on stone. A moment later a volley of arrows slam into the charging Primals from above, from what seems to be 4 archers this time, though the arrows don't do much more than annoy the more powerfully built werewolves.

You make it to the top, and inside the Stairs of the Moon at the same time the Vollensag arrive at the base, though they don't ascend the stairs, instead deciding to leap as high as they can, grab on, and climb the stone sides up to where the archers are using their claws to dig out handholds in the rock.

As you turn the corner, you find yourself in a cavernous ampitheater of crumbling stone, lined with pillars.

The rough dirt floor is strewn with bones, and the skeletons of deer and other larger game animals hang from several of the columns, all of which are painted with crude symbols and marred with scratch marks.

The southern portion of the room contains an elevated dais, connected to the earthen floor of the amphitheater by short stairs on either side. To the rear of the dais, an open archway leads deeper into the ruins.

"So, what is this place, you wonder?" Duristan says.

Darius sees it...just as it enters Duristan. He catches a glimpse of a swirling mass of air, with a mouth full of teeth and six inch claws.

A moment later, you hear Duristan's fingers crack, and claws shoot out of them, forcing his sword and shield out of his hands. His face splits and a muzzle forces its way out, filling with vicious fangs.

He looks at you withe death in his eyes and growls.

Jones' Sense Motive is high enough to recognize Duristan is no longer in control of himself. Kn. Religion to identify this thing.
