What is everyone planning on bringing to this?

I'm bringing Kelevan, level 2 support sorc.

This suddenly appears to be a very cat-friendly party. Catfolk monk, lion-shaman drood.

Err, catfolk aren't PFS legal, are they?

You have to have a boon/sheet thingy. Usually given out a conventions.

Actually, good point. I just checked additional resources and I don't think there is a boon for that. Not quite sure why PFS hates friendly furry feline people.

Azil: if you are looking for an animal themed character for PFS, you could do Kitsune (shapechanging fox) or Tengu (bird) - both of those are currently allowed in the official play campaign without any sort of special boon needed.

Hm completely forgot to click on the discussion section of this for the longest time XD. I really dislike how PFS isn't legal for catfolk... but it is from the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Race Guid. Which the organized play PDF says is legal. So does that mean it's still illegal I'm a bit confused on that.

No need I found it, Suppose I'll just remake the character as kitsune and then see if it's good. Thanks for letting me know the ruling written in the PDF was a tad vague.

Glad to help. Im sure at some point a boon will come out that lets someone play a catfolk. If I get one, I will gladly give it to you.

Alright well in that case I suppose I'll use Lynn here, but I do have one more question before I think I'm done. When selecting favored class bonuses we must chose between the races favored bonus or 1 hp or 1 skill point correct?

Did you choose a faction? I see Grand Lodge on you profile flair, but I think that's default.

Right, I'll have to add that extra bonus from the favored then.

Yes I actually selected the Grand Lodge. Seemed like the most reasonable choice given my character's location and the general ideals/goals of the Faction, although I may not be able to actually help with the season 6 goals for a long while.

Hey, it's almost season 7! And bards are usually pretty good and doing faction missions (unlike, say, droods).

You might also want to check out the Faction Journal Cards. They're kind of this seasons gimmick thing. The mechanical bonuses vary, but are decent for Grand Lodge Members. It's mostly a flavor thing though - the best part is that you can try and sweet talk others into joining your faction for a bonus.

You don't really need to. It will show up on your campaign page either way.

Hey Red are the Npc's that you described doing anything? It feels a bit weird if we just went over and started up conversation or something if they were busy.

They're all sitting down having drinks. Yargos Gill is reading a large tome, but otherwise everyone seems to be free to chat.

I'm heading out tomorrow on a camping trip, and will be back next Tuesday or Wednesday... or possibly Thursday, depending on how lonely the bears are. I won't be posting during that time.
