I'm assuming Starsoul will approach; also assuming he won't drop them all in one action.
7 of the remaining cultists do what looks like a spell, and one little fire being for each of the casters zips out of the fire and attacks the party.
On Maria:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1
On Joey:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 4
On Isagoras:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
On Valda:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
On Starsoul:
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Valda Simmons
Moving forwards, Valda lined up as many of the cultists as she could without blasting one of the others, and pulled the trigged. As she did she muttered a harsh sounding word. What came out of the shotgun was combination of lead and ice. It was not friendly.
Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Snowball: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10
rando1000
Valda's not in a great position to use the shotgun, so here's my interpretation: Moving map-north 15' (difficult terrain) she lines up a shot from that angle and fires, hitting 3 of the cultists, who all fall down. Two of the seven summoned elementals immediately disappear.
However, to get to her shooting spot, Valda suffers an attack of opportunity from one elemental.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
1d4 ⇒ 3
Valda's reflex to avoid burn:
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14 (burn avoided)
You have now dropped 5 of the 13 cultists.
Still Pending Starsoul's action, I'm going to run the BBEG now, since Starsoul couldn't reasonably affect his action.
The cultist on the far side of the fire, (now in gray on the new map) mutters and gestures, and two bolts of pure magic fly from his fingers, one hitting Valda, the other Joey.
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Dave and Isagoras finish out the round.
rando1000
I'll go ahead and roll those Reflex Saves vs. burn for those affected:
Maria: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Joey: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Isagoras: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
Starsoul: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
As they were attacked by the elementals, Maria and Starsoul's clothing caught on fire. They will take extra damage next round if steps are not taken to put it out.
This is the last encounter for the story, so feel free to burn (pun intended) those Action Points.

Eagle stats w/ Augmented Summoning: AC:14, HP 7, Melee: 2 talons +5 (1d4+2), bite +5 (1d4+2)
Isagoras clutchs a handful of non-air and molds it into a whirling sphere of tempest. He calls out the words of power, casting sigils drawn of Air and Death. In answer to his calling a winged avater of blood and chaos appears next to the leader of the cultists, slicing the air with the piercing cry of a hunting alpha-predator. In deviance of the natural order, the avian rains down blows upon the body of the mammal.
to hit Talon 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
to hit Talon 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
to hit Beak: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
rando1000
Dave's Stealth to remain hidden after sniping: 1d20 + 9 - 20 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 20 = -2
Dave's position is known after this attack, so Stealthing again will be difficult.
Dave's dart actually does hit...
1d2 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + (5) = 6
Save vs. Poison: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8
Another of the normal cultists falls to Dave's stealthy, poisony might.
Isagoras' eagle appears and deals some scratching to the cult leader (17 and 19 hit).
Joseph "Joey" Adams
Was Joey's reflex save high enough to take half burn damage? o:
At his next turnJoey quickly jumps back and takes aim, shooting at the elemental before him. Thinking to himself, Oh what's this now?? Are they opening a portal to Hell and unleashing demons or something? Better hurry and finish them off before they really summon something horrible..
Five foot step backwards (to avoid triggering the pesky AOO for adjacent ranged attacking) + attack
Attack: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 2
rando1000
Was Joey's reflex save high enough to take half burn damage? o:
You managed to make your save, so as I understand it that means you don't catch fire and take additional damage per round. You do still take the damage from the initial attack, however.
rando1000
I'm going to rule Starsoul knocks out the cultist in front of him, ending his action for the first round. A reminder that both he and Maria need to do something about the fact that their clothing is on fire, or take additional damage on the "Bad Guys" turn.
Top of round.
Starsoul
Joey
Maria
Bad Guys (6 remaining) - Can't do another map right now, but basically the one in front of Starsoul and the one 10' south of him are now down. Also, the "E" directly in front of Isagoras disappears.
Valda
BBEG
Dave
Isagoras
Starsoul
Starsoul weaves his way through the remaining cultists, hitting one with the back of his first before swiftly kicking another in the stomach. The forum map won't load on my phone so if I can't hit two guys at once after a 5-foot step assume I move and hit one guy once.
US 1: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
US 2: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
After landing his attack(s), Starsoul claps his hands together, awakening his prana and hardening his skin. He spends an action point to ignore the next 5 points of damage from being on fire.
Maria Socorro Castillo Santiago
Maria casts Infernal Healing (I'm not a cleric so it's okay... mostly :P) on herself and spends an action point to ignore 5 points of fire damage.
Oh and that reminds me, I alwaaaays forget to buy a spell component pouch on casters, mind if I go ahead and subtract the money for one?
rando1000
Joe already posed his next turn, he was attacking something
Thanks, missed that.
In that case, the bad guys go again. One next to Starsoul strikes at him with his bronze dagger.
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14
1d4 ⇒ 3
Two of the summon two more elementals, one of which attacks Dave(having been spotted from sniping) the other Valda.
Dave: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Valda: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Both miss handily.
The remaining cultists cast some sort of spell as well, though it has no immediate effect.
rando1000
Of the original elementals summoned, one attacks Joey, one Valda, and one Isagoras.
Joey: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
1d4 ⇒ 4
Valda: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
1d4 ⇒ 1
Isagoras: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
1d4 ⇒ 3
Anyone hit (which I think is everyone) must make a DC 11 Reflex save to avoid catching fire.
Valda's action
Joseph "Joey" Adams
On both rounds that Joey took damage, I'll use APs to reduce his grand total damage received to a crippling, utterly staggering 1. :P Otherwise, it would've been lights for our favourite Investigator xD
Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Managing to avoid catching his favourite trench coat on fire, Joey smiles with a sense of relief passing over him.
"Thank God. Don't wanna ruin my coat.. It's my only one!"
Joseph "Joey" Adams
Poor Maria :C At least you helped us annihilate Cpt-Minaiairarakik easily! You'll have another chance to shine - but it almost seems like Paizo knows whenever you're in combat! o: Conspiraciessssss!
rando1000
While we're holding, the BBEG (who will probably not be affected by Valda's action) gestures, and a sphere of fire appears near Starsoul and rolls onto him
3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 5) = 10
Starsoul is entitled a DC 16 Reflex Save to avoid the damage:
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Which he just makes.
still Valda's action, as well as Dave and Isagoras, at this point.
Joseph "Joey" Adams
Lol Davey just burly scratched it x3 Almost as manly as Joey falling down after shouting to the bad guy.
THIS CAMPAIGN HAS A FUNNY WAY OF DEPICTING SCENES!

The Eagle continues it's assault upon the leader of the cultists.
to hit Talon 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
to hit Talon 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
to hit Beak: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Isagoras slides back a few feet to give himself some room, then launches an orb of ephemeral green acid at the cultist closest to him.
Conjure Acid Dart ranged touch: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
damage acid: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Also, a Reflex Save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 = t3h f41lZ0rZ
rando1000
I'll move Joey and Starsoul to Valda's initiative.
Of the five remaining cultists, one heads off northeast on his own. One of the elementals disappears.
The one running goes past the eagle, sparking an AOO.
The one in the furthest north breathes fire on Starsoul.
Starsoul's Refl Save:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Three gang up on Dave.
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
1d4 ⇒ 3
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
1d4 ⇒ 1
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
1d4 ⇒ 1
Pitiful.
Starsoul, Joey, Valda, Dave and Isagoras' actions. The BBEG is still out.
Isagoras the Light

Eagle's AoO on dude running NE:
Beak AoO: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Beak AoO damage!: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Isagoras frowns in concentration. The cultist running away simply can not be allowed to escape. He shouts back to Dave: "Apologies!"
The Eagle flies after the cultist running to the NE and stabs at him again with his steel-cutting beak.
Beak Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Beak attack damage!: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Isagoras ponders that the brief statement might be insufficient. So he tries again.
He takes a five foot step back, and launches an acid bolt at the nearest of Dave's attackers.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
He calls out again, "Apologies, but the needs of the far-reaching future have greater import upon the contingencies of the present. 'Tis meat that one would pluck the encroaching roots of the invading oak afore the acorn takes root, not after maturity has been reached!"
He nods to himself, satisfied that all is now clear.
Valda Simmons
Sorry, it's not showing new posts on this thread for me.
Closing on the nearest Cultist, Valda opened up again.
Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
rando1000
This one drops, having been shot. He's not down, but he's surrendering at this point. All remaining elementals disappear. The leaves two standing near Dave, plus the unconscious leader, who will be out until Maria's turn next round.
Starsoul and Joey's actions.
rando1000
Seeing how it's been a while...
Joey fires a shot at Dave's opponents
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
1d8 ⇒ 2
Starsoul knocks the leader down to 0 HP (non-lethal).
The remaining cultists surrender.
Suddenly, each of them, including the leader, bursts into flames. Dave and Starsoul have to jump back in order to avoid the flames as the corpses of all the cultists are consumed by a supernatural fire.
As the bodies burn, the central fire from the ritual fades to the size of a small campfire.
