Here's the best guide I have found to being a wizard.
Treantmonks Guide to Pathfinder Wizards: Being a God

Oh good. Now I know where to end my back story.
Ok, since I finally named my character, here is the new link to Boshak Heuskaurit. If you previously looked at him, I have since switched out bluff for perception (I figured it would be good if I could find traps), switched up his spells, and have part of the first draft of his background.

Hello all! Your friendly neighborhood cleric reporting for duty! I will have an alias and such up in a little while. Would have had it sooner, but I was out of town this weekend.
I haven't had a chance to look at everyone's builds and such. Do we have all the necessary skill covered? Are there any places we are weak that we should keep in mind or out right fix?
Glad for the opportunity to play with y'all! Looking forward to starting this game!

@Roidrage: Hey! Arik hung up his crowbar and grew out his beard. He makes a decent living guarding a certain night club in Aradina now :) I also look forward to playing with you again!
@Everyone else: The next post is the character I will be playing with you all. Please let me know if I missed anything that a responsible cleric would have/do. Thanks!

Tyg is a young dwarf. He has recently entered the clergy of Trudd after failing as an apprentice to a notable blacksmith. Tyg was a decent worker, but his hot temper and wandering mind made him ill suited for such detail oriented work.
Without work, Tyg's family wondered what future he could have other than guarding the Sky Citadel from the Lamia and other fould creatures. His father told him the story of Trudd, Torag's young son of immense strength who was trusted with defending the halls of his father when the Lord of Dwarves was away.
Tyg was infatuated with the mighty, young, dwarf god and immediately devoted his life to the service of the minor deity. In return, Tyg learned a measure of discipline, some martial skill, and, most importantly, the rewarding responsibility of showing strength for those who cannot stand alone.

Ok, sorry I haven't posted in the game play yet. I've wanted to finish my background first. It is nearly completed.
A.T. I need you to check out my background. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to get him back to Janderhoff. Do you have any suggestions?

Holy Crap! You can put spoilers in your Racial/Class signature field? I might have to try it...
Also, I hope nobody minds the southern accent I've given Legnar. I can never get the dwarvish accent right and on the first type trough it sounded more southern, and I got a kick out of it, so I left it as southern.

I didn't read the BG, but you could always have joined a caravan and decided to say here for a while. it's cliche but it works.

Now that is a background! Ok, you say that you were laughed out of Tully's 30+ years ago. This still bothers you to this day. And one day, you receive a message from Magmar.
Dear Boshak,
I have heard of your growing fame, and would like to allow you a second chance to regain your honor here at Tully's. While that is more than enough for you to come hither, I am sure, I will also cover your bed and board each night you perform here, as is Tradition. And I can line you up with some work during the day, if you are interested.

P.S. Day Job might be worthy of an Ode.

Ok, my finished background is now up. I just need to finish appearance and personality, but those are less important.
Also, I wasn't quite so sure about the Basic Defense Bonus. Is my AC essentially 11 right now then?

Knowledge (Geography): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
To know how Korvosa and Janderhoff lie in relation to each other, distance and time taken to travel, and if there are any cities in between.
I don't know about the cities personally, but to save time, I'm going to assume the knowledge roll tells my character everything else.
