About Metamagic Rager...

At 5th level, a metamagic rager can sacrifice additional rounds of bloodrage to apply a metamagic feat he knows to a bloodrager spell. This costs a number of rounds of bloodrage equal to twice what the spell's adjusted level would normally be with the metamagic feat applied (minimum 2 rounds).

Refer:

(a) all spell from Bloodrager spell list
(b) all spell from Bloodrager spell slots

Example: Metamagic Rager 5 / Sorcerer 15 -- can use rage rounds on Color Spray cast from sorcerer spell slot?

I would say no. But that's because it's not being cast as a Bloodrager spell. It's definitely cast as a Sorcerer spell. This pains me that even I'm ruling it that way, because being able to do that would be superb.

Yes unfortunately any time they mrant spell list theyve said it(see alchemists and copying wizard spells) a bloodrager spell would be one cast as a bloodrager granted by it.

No, based on the Magus FAQ about non-magus spells and spell combat:

Magus, Spell Combat: What spells can I cast when using spell combat?

The relevant text of the ability is:

"As a full-round action, he can make all of his attacks with his melee weapon at a –2 penalty and can also cast any spell from the magus spell list with a casting time of 1 standard action (any attack roll made as part of this spell also takes this penalty)."

The spell you cast when using spell combat has to be a magus spell you know, and it must be a magus spell prepared with one of your magus spell slots.

(Other magus abilities may modify what spells can be used with spell combat. For example, the broad study magus arcana explicitly states the magus can use spell combat to cast spells from the selected non-magus spellcasting class.)
