skald and extra rage power feat

This has popped here and there and I've got mixed answers.

So: does extra rage power feat counts as a "different source" for the purpose of inspire rage
OR
Different source is just rage powers from other classes' abilities (barbarian, bloodrager, viking, etc)

It counts as the same source. Only multiclassing would give you rage powers from another source.

Need a few more opinions here.

So far it is 4in favor of it counting, 2 not counting....
