Hello Paizo team,

I was just trying to restart my card game subscription with the add on pack, but like others here I'm stuck in the loop that sends me back to the shopping card.

Could you please help and fix this? I don't want to miss the promo cards. ;-)

Hi Bish. There is a problem with the PACG subscription. So make sure the subscription is in your shopping cart and customer service can submit it for you. (You might want to post here specifically requesting the submit your shopping cart order.)

Sorry our system is giving you trouble!

To bypass the problems that our system is having, I have moved the subscription starting items in your shopping cart to your sidecart and submitted the order to start the subscription from there. They will get grouped together with Deck 2 for one shipment later this month.

The "My Subscription" page shows the Skull & Shackles Base Set in the next shipment. This must be an error. I wanted the subscription to start with the add on pack, not the base game. Could you please check?

The Base Set showing up on the Example Subscription Shipments section is a display error. We will not be shipping one to you.
