That being said, with Du Moire there's certainly room for a connection, perhaps the family who owns the summer house in #20 was his family or something. Obviously don't have Du Moire appear, but he could be mentioned as a son who left to go do some freelancing for the Chelish Navy. Then players who do HFI later will have a nice reference point, and those who did it earlier could sweat a little knowing they killed the guy's son.

Also, once we write these things, Paizo owns them. So I think all you're doing is referencing Paizo content, and that sounds fine to me.
If you just want to be courteous and thoughtful, considerate and kind to Hitchcock? Bah - I wouldn't bother! He's a mean, mean man. Tim Hitchcock's so mean...Santa stops by his house to pick up the coal.
:)
(uh oh, sounds like a word game.
Tim Hitchcock is so evil...
1. Santa stops by his house to pick up coal.
2. There are no stray cats in his neighborhood. At all. Anywhere.
3. The undead seek him out for advice.

... he baptized Satan's firstborn.
... he genetically engineered those velociraptors to be able to breed in the wild.
... he sneaks into other people's houses and PHYSICALLY steals their cable/internet.
... he drew mustaches on all the pictures of Cthulhu in the Necronomicon.
... he looks just like Sean Penn.

Tim Hitchcock is so evil that...
He killed a man in Reno just to hear him fart.
He glues woodpeckers to the spines of cats.
He prances into children's rooms at night in a tooth faery outfit and leaves a coin for every tooth he collects... with pliers.
He adopted a Save the Children kid just to be able to send her hatemail.
He actually beat a man to death during Gen Con 08 in a drunken rage when overhearing the guy brag into a cell phone, "I am the 39th best Heroclix player in the world!" Tim doesn't seem to remember it, or how and where we buried the body, so I haven't brought it up until now.

Is is true what he done to the guy that accidentally rolled a d20 into his cheese dip at Gen Con?
That was Gen Con 07. Tim let him live because the guy rolled a natural 20, but he filled his Visine bottle with hot sauce when no one was looking. Who knew that could actually permanently blind someone?
Tim did. That's who.

Tim Hitchcock is so evil ...
... he heckles at funerals.
... he built a car that only runs on baby-seal blood.
... he went back in time to assassinate Mother Theresa.
... he ruins the movie The Shining for all of his friends because he keeps saying "Yeah, that's based on me."
... he taught his dog to only pee on churches.
... he learned all the world's many languages just so he could degrade and insult people no matter where they were from.

Oooh! I'll play!
Tim Hitchcock is so evil he:
…was banished to Coney Island, NY.
…volunteers at the local animal shelter (administering the gas).
…has a crush on Janet Reno.
…reads his baby daughter Lovecraft books before bed.
…calls me just to chat when I’m late on deadlines.
Hey! I do actually read my 18 month old Lovecraft-ian books before bed! Ken Hite's "Where the Deep Ones Are". It's her fave book. She thinks the Deep Ones are "octo! octo!" (short for octopi).
Now actually, Tim is so evil he
...calls Daigle when Daigle's under deadline, pretending he's calling to just chat, but really checking up on whether Daigle will meet deadline...

Tim Hitchcock is so evil that...
Corpses flip over onto their backs and clinch their cheeks when sensing his approach.
The day he dies flowers will bloom all across the desert and the ozone will return.
When his coffin is interred the Earth will Ptooie him out like Old Faithful.
Thought Black Hawk Down was the feel good hit of the summer.
Vampires see him in the mirror.

He went a Air Supply/Olivia Newton John/Cutting Crew show...and LOVED it!
Tim once went to Hell and slapped ol' Scratch in the face with a kitten.
Speaking of kittens, Tim is the reason that they think of nothing but murder all day.
He gives lost people wrong directions on purpose.
He stands outside movie theatres and tells people the endings to whatever movie they are going to see.
That half-seen glimpse of shadow in a dark alley that makes you nervous and want to get in your car and then the car wont start right away and then some piece of newspaper blows by and you hear a clank of metal on metal? Tim.

If you push aside my collection of blistering metal, you will find almost the complete ONJ and Air Supply catalog, Nomad. I know we've talked about this before, but I want you to know just how truly evil I am as well.
I Just Died in Your Arms Tonight... MTV's first buzz clip. I can play it on keyboards (as could a baby chimp). FEAR ME!

Yes we have. But does your liking these artists make you more evil, Tim less evil, or me crazier?
Ok
Tim is soooo evil he went to a Metallica show and stood the whole time with his arms crossed and a big frown on his face. Not because they didnt play "Jump in the Fire" or "Master", he just did it because.
He also travels to historic landmarks in every state and burns them to the ground.
He also influenced George Lucas in his last few quality-control decisions involving beloved movies of our childhood!

I'm so evil that I'm chaotic neutral.
Evil has too many constraints, it totally takes the fun out of things.
Kinda like you Lou.
