My family has a tradition of baking many types of cookies for Christmas day. Sitting at a table with such variety made me ponder if cookies could correspond to character classes.
My brainstorming:
Fighter: layer bar (because the class abilities repeat in layers)
Druid: a granola and flax seed "natural" cookie
Rogue: those frosted animal cookies (no one eats them any more)
Barbarian: cayenne peanut butter cookie
Bard: gingerbread man with frosting and pop rocks
Cleric: biscotti (good for dipping)
Oracle: fortune cookie
Someone else at the table suggested that the Gunslinger should be fruit cake, since it makes so many people angry.
What else?

I would say Rogue would be the biscotti -- I've personally not commonly seen clerics considered "good for dipping," but rogues frequently get dipped into for class skills, extra skill ranks, and abilities like uncanny dodge or evasion. Alternately, rogues would be Thin Mints (at least with my consideration of thin mints). First the box is there, then its contents mysteriously disappear. (Or maybe that's the shadowdancer cookie).
And alternately alchemists could be the biscotti, not because people dip into alchemist, but the idea that they're best mixed with a liquid before consumption.
Clerics I think would be like an oreo or jammy dodger. Hard on the outside (armored) but with a delicious magical filling.
I want to say Wizards are snickerdoodles, but I can't put my finger on why.

This made me laugh. You know that could be the Drunken Master monk too. Wizards are snickerdoodles because wizards SAY they are snickerdoodles.
