On Dec. 15, the Beginner Box Bash will conclude and the four demos will be released for free downloads. After that date, the PFS boons will no longer be made available. I wanted to make sure I gave a full month notice in case people have not had the opportunity to schedule or participate in the event.

The boons are a limited-time reward to support the release of the product. If you play the Beginner Box quests after 15 December 2011, you will not be eligible to earn the existing PFS boons.
Just because I have just recently realized there is a PFS applicable portion to it. Is there a link I can be directed to, on how I could run this at my local PFS day event, and also provide the boon?

Have your store email me when they have the event scheduled. Make sure the store has signed up on the retailer portion of this board. Once I confirm all of this, the Beginner Box Bash will be placed directly in the stores email account.

Well...we don't play at a game store, since they close at 8pm and we're all working adults. They don't let us play there on Saturdays and Sundays giving priority to the CCGs. They flat told us that we don't generate enough income to give priority.
We play at a local grocery store due to late hours and easy access to food, and a 3x as large play area compared to the game store.
Maybe one day I'll win the lotto and be able to have a "real" game store in our area.

I am not speaking for Mike here, but to me at least the Purpose of the Beginner Box Bash was not for regular PFS game day play, but to
1. Help the Store/Paizo Sell the Product
2. Introduce new Players to the Game
3. Introduce new Players to PFS
The Boons though are helpful for number three they are also there to help the GMs volunteer their time for Paizo to Introduce the Beginner Box set to new players.
Sucks about your Store though, No other in a reasonable driving distance?

Happily, the quests don't take much longer than 45 minutes to an hour to play through, so you might still be able to get in 1 or 2 of them before you have to leave.
They don't need to be run all in one session.

That may be possible. It would be simpler if I could run it where the board game crowd runs, at the local univesity's weekly game day, or anywhere where RPG's are actually welcome.
As far as new players, I personally advertise a lot and through word of mouth we pull in 1-2 new players every week so far. Big tag line in our area for those fence sitters, "You can't know you'll like it, till you try it."
