This will help me plan the startup of my next campaign.
I looked into printing Alpha when release two hit. Staples wanted 36$ for a color copy and 10$ for B&W. And that wasn't including the extra pages from Alpha three.
OF course the kid at the store couldn't figure out how to get the machine to work, so I couldn't print it anyway.
Now I am just anxious for the book! :)
August.
yeah...............
I got that much. I was hoping for a:
last week of July, 1st day of august, last week of august etc. type of answer.

More than likely either right before or right after GenCon. I would go with the latter as the more likely one.
Maybe with copies available at GenCon. Who knows, they might even do a limited run cover for GenCon with alternate artwork like they did for Pathfinder #1. Or they might do that for next year.

Considering our products have to come from China and go through customs, we generally don't have precise dates until mere days before arrival. All I can say is that we're going to do everything we can to make sure we have it at Gen Con.
(And there will only be one edition of the Beta, but we will have an alternate cover for Pathfinder 13 at Gen Con, with leftovers coming back for sale on paizo.com.)
