-Starting to PBP
-English is not my first languaje, if you´re going to use slang or bad english be sure I can understand it (a little translation in discussion or spoilered will be great)
-I´ll make the initiative checks for combat, and some saves (the ones I need inmediatly the result).
-Feel free to make suggestions to improve the game
-Have all your character sheet copied in paizo, I can´t reliable check other webs.
-I can only be sure to make 1 post from monday to friday(GMT+1). I´ll usually can make more, but not always.

@ Korvalis, you ask for the movement and not for the 20HP!!! (I know, it´s legal, but...)
Also, I suggest if you are power-hungry you should ask yourself wich kind of power he seeks (mistical, physical, political, financial), and use adjetives related to that power in your presentation (or when you have and opportunity as it is your core motivation). For example:

Greetings Janira, surely we will endure this trial, If there´s harm in our trial, you can count with my weapons. (Physical)
Greetings Janira, surely we will success in this endeavour, I have an eye for business and this journey look promising. (financial).

Heh. I happen to think that surviving level 1 is important, and Herman doesn't have enough BAB to take Power Attack at level 1, so I had to find *something* else to take ;-)


I can´t criticize that, at least 3 of my characters had toghtness at first level and then retrain in another feat.

Sheet fully updated. And actually this character only has Slumber for level 1, since he doesn't get his real abilities until level 2. That is going to get replaced with Point Blank for when I start hurling cards everywhere. And at 3rd level...SPELLS

Ok, for all the people who have played this. Did the previous GMs make you and Spellcraft check to identify the items?

I passed to do that in this game because the items are supposed to be there to help a newbie party, wich have really rough time with DC 20 and DC 32 checks.

I think we usually had to pass the checks, but the other way sounds reasonable for this specific scenario as well.

Yeah, the pearl has the dumbest DC to identify. It's impossible without using a spell. That said, I have always just chosen NOT to give the pearl and give stuff that was more easily identified. Further, there is only one commonly known magic pearl type, so if you are a prepared caster and have spellcraft at all, you have probably heard of it and can figure out what it is...by deductive reasoning.

One thing,in the new map I wrote the rules about the terrain. I´m sayng that because the other group I have playing this same scenario,had few player that don´t know how difficult is to cross the log bride, or asked for terrain rules.

I made Janira´s attack with the initiatives, so if everything happens as supposed, she fails and everybody could act before the minotaur. But... the little halfling had lot of luck and disarmed the minotaur.


Ace, Helm, is your turn to finish the minotaur.


The minotaur is dead and you only have to tell Janira about your findings.

Constructive criticism: while the players still have to hold up their end of things, at least 1 post/day from the GM, even if it's just a recap, can often help the pace of the game move a little faster.

Oh, no posts on weekends is a pretty common thing. I didn't mean to critique that part (although of course, posting on the weekend can sometimes speed up the pace of the game).

I understand how it with kids though--I have a 2-year-old myself.

Also, Herman had problmes acceding to his chronicle, so I checked all. Ace and Korvalis chronicles looks right, but I can´t see Helm chronicle without login, so I´ll try again:
