It only takes three to dance, but I may be able to help too. My rogue was in a PBP that folded after 2 encounters. No chronicles, etc.
But during the game I completed a GM run of Dragon's Demand in campaign mode.
In theory, my PC should be treated as out of play the whole time, and therefore eligible for all 4 sheets from the module.
If so, he could be ready in time. A straight almost Core only rogue, so definitely underpowered compared to many other martials...

Season zero tends to run quickly. If the players post with some regularity, this has the potential to wrap up in just a few weeks.
I find that some creative posting, trust in your teammates, and direct action go a long way. The first encounter is ...intricate, but the scenario on the whole is quick and succinct.
:-) I'd like to finish before Thanksgiving.

Ok, I checked the dates on when I finished running my game and when the other PBP died out. They overlap just a bit, and rather than risk running afoul of the rules, I had better apply the chronicles to a different character.
That said, I don't have any 7+ free right now (my next best wold be 6th).
If you have enough players without me, I am willing to step down. I am also willing to run a pregen, but only if the game will be in low tier.
I prefer to play Amiri (barbarian) or Kyra (cleric) if that is the case, and I will set up a profile with the correct stats if that's how we decide to go.

Were you the GM? The overlap shouldn't matter so much then. This one officially started today (1 Nov 14), so if the other one is done already you should be good. :)

Right, I was the GM for Dragon's Demand. It ended on Oct. 16th.
But Darius was in a PBP at that time. The last post from the other GM was on Oct. 17th. The game didn't officially die until this week, when enough players left to kill the table. I hadn't been very active leading up to this, but never officially dropped out.
So technically Darius was locked in a game, and I have a few other PCs who the chronicles could be applied to. Just not sure, usually you have to the chronicle when it's earned and Darius probably wasn't quite a legal option on the 16th...

OK, I see what you mean. GM credits are a little different as you apply them when the character is eligible (usually comes in tier) not when earned. You may sit on them for months (or years in the case of my first chronicle :). The way I see it, you can apply the chronicle signed on the 16th when [Darius] became eligible (finished the other game), on the 17th or 'this week.'
I could be wrong of course. :) Does that sound right to you Dungeon Master S?

That might work, but honestly I've had my doubts about this character a bit. I had another one I was pretty excited about leveling. I applied for two games that looked like they might not take off, and now both did!
So I have no free characters in range for either game, except if I use my DD chronicles on one of them.
I think both groups have at least 4 without me, so I'm not getting us to a legal table anymore.
I am willing to play a pregen if you feel 4 is too thin. Either way, I would prefer not to play high tier, and would ask to step down if that is where APL leads us.

I know Wreck is wrapping up on another game, so should be here shortly. We have not heard from DaWay but suspect he will be here as well.
So with both, we have 8+9+10+10 = 37/4 = 9.25. Even with a pregen at 7th that would be 44/5 = 8.8, so we would likely have to play down anyway unless we get a 6th person, then it would be high-tier.
For scenarios written in Seasons 0 to 3, when the APL is
in between subtiers, a party of six or seven characters must
play the higher subtier. Parties with four or five characters
must play the lower subtier.

Yeah, that sounds right to me, and it sounds like we're playing down since that math is correct. While we've technically started I'll let the dust settle with your choices until tomorrow morning, then its full steam ahead.
